This series of thermal oil boiler is a quick mounted horizontal forced circulation fuel oil organic heat carrier furnace. This series of organic heat carrier furnace has a compact structure. The heating surface is composed of inner, middle and outer (or inner and outer) tightly arranged disk tubes. The inner tube is the radiation heating surface. The middle and outer coils are convective heating surfaces.

During the combustion of this series of industrial boilers, the fuel is discharged in the combustion chamber composed of internal coils. After absorbing most of the heat through the radiant heating surface, the high-temperature flue gas enters the convective heating surface for heat transfer. The flue gas after heat exchange is discharged through the flue gas outlet of the furnace body and enters the air preheater for full heat exchange with the air. After heat exchange, the flue gas then enters the condenser for heat exchange with water. The flue gas temperature drops to below 100℃ and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
