Happy New Year…Revised book goals
So I made all these promises with respect to books on the to-write list and now I’ve changed my mind. So here is my updated list of projects this year.
1. The Bargain (Vargas Cartel, Book 1) – This book is finished, but I’m going to start book 2 before I do anything with it.
2. The Deception – This is a new book. I’ve written a few chapters, but I think I’ll focus my time here for the next month.
3. The New York Stars Series – I started working on this again.
4. Vargas Cartel – Book 2
5. Hating You (Before You Series, Book 4)
6. Once and Forever (Chasing Forever Series, Book 2)

Shattered Illusion
I’m just about done with the first book in a new series. I still don’t have a title. I keep changing my mind every couple days. Right now, the working title is Shattered Illusion (The Illusion Series, Book 1). This book is different from the Before You and Chasing Forever Series. There’s more action, betrayal and a twist at the end. I’ll do a blurb reveal next week.

Wrecking Forever has a release date!
Wrecking Forever, the prequel to Chasing Forever will be released on December 9, 2014!

I only have a couple more chapters before Wrecking Forever is done. It’s Regan and Lucas’s story when they met in college. I loved the small flashback in Chasing Forever and I wanted to write the whole story.

Alec chuckled as his lips twisted into a cocky grin. “You don’t know what you’re talking about.” He reached around her back unclasping her bra, sliding the straps down her shoulders with a reverential swipe of his fingers.
Her eyes fluttered as she arched toward. “You’re so out of my league. We’re not even in the same hemisphere.” She was the girl next door, whereas he was larger than life, living in LA, probably brushing up against stars, attending functions she couldn’t even fathom for his job at the agency. She wasn’t meant for that type of life.
His hands paused, no longer moving and she opened her eyes.
“What’s wrong?” she asked.
“Don’t say that. It’s not true.”
She opened her mouth to object, but he placed his finger over her lips.
“If anyone isn’t good enough here it me.” Darkness flashed across his face. He had secrets lots of them, she realized and a tinge of unease slithered down her spine. “I’m not a good person, Violet, but when I look at you, I want to be.” He looked up at the ceiling momentarily. “Maybe that counts for something,” he mumbled, his voice almost inaudible.
