This talk of a 72-page Island makes me sad. Please don't make it permanent.

Image wants to try it out with #7 for a few issues, and then we’re gonna see how sales are and what’s possible. My main goal is to keep it going as a place where creators can do long form stories. but yeah, ideally it’ ll go back and forth from 72 to 112 depending on the issue.

I've been loving Island so very much. Quick question: in #3, was Dilraj Mann's story cut off or just an except? I feel like it sort of just ended and I was missing something. Thanks!

Dilraj’s whole story was in there. It’s meant to end kind of abrupt like that. With the lady telling her ex about going to a gallery. 

Originally he’d published it as a zine that he colored for Island. 

Will there be a massive omnibus collection of every volume of prophet in one book like image do sometimes? I had to get them digitally because of geography, but I'd love to have a hard copy!

Hi Brandon, Will the InkStuds book you're working on be available in stores? Or was it kickstarted? It would be so awesome if the Archie story (with Emily Carroll) made it in.

It’ll be in stores. Through Image.

& yeahhh I hope the Emily stuff is in there. I think she said she was cooool with it. I just like the idea of both of our Archie shorts being back to back in it.

I’m not exactly sure when that’ll be together. I should be able to start it when I’m done with the Wicked and Divine issue I’m on now. 

I was thinking of calling it Royalboiler or Walrus 2 Walrus in the city. maybe Capybara. 

and yeahhh, I think the Sam drawing will be in there. 

The Inkstuds book is the same thing. I think there might be some Simon Roy art in there and some Marian stuff and I wanna run the Emily Carroll Archie thing if I can.
