Miami Book Fair
Hello Fans,
I just got back from the Miami Book Fair. It was an excellent time and I met some great people..readers and authors alike. Here are a couple pics at the event.

It's Coming
So....drum roll please. The editing is done. Now, it's time to get it ready for uploading. But, while that's going on. I'm looking for some Beta readers. If that's you, inbox me. I'll send you an electronic copy for review and you'll get a autographed paperback upon release.
With that said, I need to complete one last major detail. The book cover and we will be live. Yeah!!! Not sure, if I'm going to get the next one out before the New Year, but I'll try. Anyway..."Another Name For Revenge: Murder," is coming to a website near you.

YOLO.,,.You Only Live Once
It's been a wonderful week...returning from Mexico. I've had an amazing experience. The food, music, people, and drinks were absolutely amazing. Yesss...a must do.
YOLO...
1. Don't so don't pass the opportunity to travel.
2. You learn new cultures meet new people.
3. You learn to appreciate what you have.
4. And as always, you can gain valuable friendships.
5. Expand your palate.
Let's not forget...as a writer, I have new places for my characters to go now. With that said, the countdown begins. Editing is almost complete. I see a September book release.
Until then...enjoy your upcoming Labor Day Holiday. If you have a chance and it's in the budget. Try traveling abroad, You will thank me.

Emotional Week
Good evening Goodreads fans!!
I'm having an emotional week. Maybe it's because I just had a birthday. Maybe it's the climate of the U.S. or maybe it's because I haven't written in awhile. Well...I have and I haven't. I completed the third novel and it's literally being edited and I'm anxious. More anxious of how my readers will enjoy this last book. However, it's not the last but the beginning. Because the next book is entitled, "Chloe' and she's been on a roller-coaster. So much so, I stopped the ride to pause as to why I started this series. More to come on that...
I do want to say...thank you to all my followers, readers, and friends. I really appreciate your feedback. Until we meet again on your Kindle or on those lonely pages...I'm writing or thinking about it. Like me on www.facebook.com/MullinsKE

New Year 2017
Good morning Goodreads Family,
The new year will be here in a few days and I have much planned to kick it off. First, thing is the final chapter in the Ice Series, my new novel "Another Name for Revenge: Redrum." I'm in the process of having it edited and hope to have it released by early 2017.

Decatur Book Festival
One of many things on my to do list...attend book festivals around the country. With that said, I will be at the Decatur Book Festival on September 4 on the Emerging Writers stage at 2:50 pm and signing books shortly after. I'm looking forward to it and hope to see you there. Additionally, I will have autographed books in the Emerging Writer's tent for sale throughout the festival. The AJC Decatur Book Festival is the largest independent book festival in the country and one of the five largest overall. Since its launch, more than 1,000 world-class authors and hundreds of thousands of festival-goers have crowded the historic downtown Decatur square to enjoy book signings, author readings, panel discussions, an interactive children's area, live music, parades, cooking demonstrations, poetry slams, writing workshops, and more.
The Decatur Book Festival is a community based non-profit that counts on your donations to operate each year. We are a 501(c)3 and your donation is tax deductible.

3 Things That Makes This Author Happy
Well...early this morning I finally got the news I'd been waiting for. That was a lil before 4am this morning. Hence, I've tossed and turned since. So...I'm writing this blog.
1. Writing
Of course, that's number one. When I'm not writing. I'm doing other stuff and thinking about writing. What author doesn't?
2. Sales
Sure writing is our first and in some cases only love, but sales are a very nice incentive. Still working on those, hint, hint,lol.
3. Review (Great reviews)
Reviews are like the icing on the cake....it has to be just right. Which takes me back to how this post begin. I submitted a request from Neo Tomes publishing a few months ago and they agreed to write a review for "In the Company of Strangers (Team Ice), " my new release. Well....I got 4.2/5 starts. I'm elated. The review will be on Amazon, Twitter, and some other social media outlets soon.
With that said, if you haven't read it, check it out. Have a wonderful weekend!!
