Diego says no. I SO say yes! I wish I had a good shot of Diego close up but I don't. They are even almost the exact same age.

A little about Legend of Michael since he releases Sunday!!:)
Legend of Michael is coming! YAY!
Legend of Michael is book one in a series about soldiers who were told they were getting immunizations and they instead received alien DNA. They become Super Soldiers. But some of these soldiers want to rule the world, they see themselves as evolution.
Part one of the story is an extended prologue meant to set up the entire series. You see the hero and heroine start to date and begin to fall in love but something big happens …… Part One ends with a bang when it does.
Part two — Two years later. Michael has some transformations that make him believe he is evil. He already feels dark and damaged so add these transformations, and some events that make the woman he loves — who is now in danger — doubt he's trustworthy, and its a rocky road filled with danger and heart ache.
Book two is Sterling's story who you meet in book one.
Book three is Damion's story who you really get to know in book two.
All three books are written. Will there be more? I hope so!
It all depends on how these first couple sell. Fingers crossed well!:)

Protector for FREE and Healer for 99 cents
Hi all!
As a gift to my readers PROTECTOR the first book in my Underground Guardians is FREE at Smashwords. Healer is 99 cents. The Guardians was a series I wrote years ago and it inspired the spinoff series ZODIUS that is with Sourcebooks. Book one releases May 1 — YAY — THE LEGEND OF MICHAEL.
The Guardians was a series I loved writing but I knew there were things I should have and wanted to do differently. Years passed and I didn't write more books, despite the requests from readers, because I was torn about what I wanted to do differently. Blaze and Nocturne came along and numerous anthologies but I never forgot that series. Eventually I wrote a spinoff and I am so glad I did. That series begins with LEGEND OF MICHAEL. The Guardians is very different in many ways but its a similar premise.
I hope you will enjoy PROTECTOR for free and give Healer for 99 cents. And you might notice there is DIEGO the doctor is in HEALER. Some of you know I have a Diego going to med school in my life:)
One note — I have some blank pages in e-books at the very beginning by the copyright info. I just can't get them out at SMASHWORDS. They don't allow a preview over there so it looks right on my screen but when I download the free version of Protector there are a couple white pages at the beginning. So please forgive the formatting that adds a few blank pages at the copyright and title section:(

Many readers have asked me about THE UNDERGROUND GUARDIANS. The Underground Guardians was originally published through Ellora's Cave many years ago. As time passed, though readers asked for the next book in the series, I knew that there were things I should have done differently, that I wanted to do differently. More time passed, and this series stuck with me. I WANTED to write more stories. So finally, I sat down and said – how do I write more? How do I get from where I started to where I want to go? There was only one option. A spinoff series. So I wrote a new series — THE ZODIUS series — which debuts in May 2011 with Sourcebooks Casablanca with the book THE LEGEND OF MICHAEL.
But these books – The Underground Guardians – inspired the Zodius 
series. Without them, the Zodius series would never have taken form. So here is a look into the young writer's vision into a world that later became the more mature writer's world. You will actually meet my inspiration for the Zodius version of Michael (LEGEND OF MICHAEL) in this book. In fact, there will be many things in the Zodius series that you will find familiar to the Underground Guardians series, but you will also find many things very different.
I hope this free look into the world of the Underground Guardians will intrigue you enough to make you want to read the Zodius series, starting with LEGEND OF MICHAEL.

The story behind the story
This is a 12k short story. I wrote a novella YEARS ago called Man Made Delights. I thought it rocked THEN. Oh man it was so bad. Why why did anyone publish is? That was like 2003 I think. Maybe 2004. I was so irritated recently when it showed up on pirate sites. It sold less than a 100 copies in the old days when ebooks where next to non-existent so I was pretty darn frustrated that one of those 100 people t.d
So anyway — I decided to rewrite it. I ended up rewriting every word but about TWO. Seriously — it was that bad –the old version. So much was changed that I re-titled it. This is not the same story. Just the same premise.
It's live at Smashwords and Barnes and Noble nook. It should be live at kindle very soon.
