M. G. Ryan is the author of the Urban Fantasy series – ‘The Vampire Hunter Prophecy’. ‘From Dusk’, the first book in the series, is now followed by the sequel ‘To Dawn’.
M. G. Ryan has enjoyed writing in different forms, including short stories and poetry. She enjoys the freedom that writing offers, with all first drafts written in free hand. It was after an inspirational trip to Scotland, that she came up with the concept for ‘The Vampire Hunter Prophecy’ and started taking her writing more seriously, with ‘From Dusk’ her first major work.
M.G. resides in South East Queensland with her husband and two children. With 31 years of creating, writing and storytelling as a hobby, Samuel thought it was time to fulfila dream he only just acquired. In 2015, he quit his job as a chef of 17 years, due to several factors one being a full-time carer for his mother and the lack of creativity in his life.

Like the legendary R M Williams, Matt was born in Jamestown in rural South Australia. But that’s where the remarkable similarities between these two end. AUTHOR BLAST – Alex James
Alex James is a writer who lives in Adelaide, South Australia.
He was born there on October 15th, 1967, and has lived there ever since.
Alex studied European History, Classical Mythology, Film Studies and Screenwriting under the Communications and Liberal Studies banners at the South Australian College of Advanced Education (now the University of South Australia) but kept dropping out and going back and never finished anything (at least not to his knowledge). He then dabbled with being an advertising copywriter, was apparently quite good at it, but did not enjoy it. He read Tarot for a while, wrote thousands of trivia questions for Imagination Games, and was a ‘film culture’ columnist and reviewer (paid) for the print version of the Adelaide Independent Weekly, before the internet made everyone a critic (unpaid).
Between 1992 and 2005 he wrote many, many, many outlines, treatments, concept documents, bibles, pilots and screenplays, for just about every active Australian production company there was. During that time, a few of these things even almost came close to nearly being made.
A confirmed telly addict who was binge-watching series on videotape decades before it was even a thing, Alex is also a life-long film buff, who has lost count of how many billions of films, and zillions of episodes of television he has seen. Alex saw Star Wars at age ten, arguably the perfect age, which led him immediately to Doctor Who, after which he never looked back. Growing up on BBC series from the ’70s and ’80s, he was honoured in 2002 to be one of several to have a go at the long-touted revival of Blake’s 7. These remain, when all is said and done, his favourite things, alongside The Alan Parsons Project, The Waterboys and All About Eve.
Alex is also a comedy aficionado, whose comedy heroes are too numerous to mention here, but will no doubt one day find their way into a dedication.

Renee Spyrou was born in Australia in a small town thirty minutes south of the Queensland border, to Australian and Greek parents. She studied Fashion in college and has worked in the rag trade since she was 20 years old. She loves creative arts and was sewing, knitting and crocheting from the early age of five. She grew up reading Greek mythology and always had a book or a paintbrush in her hand. She met her husband of 24 years in Greece when she was 22 years old on the small Island of Kalymnos where she’d been living for a year and a half with family. It was love at first sight; they were engaged after a month and married after two months.
Renee lived in Africa, the Democratic Republic of Congo, formerly known as Zaire, for three years. She was there when two point five million refugees crossed the borders of Rwanda into Zaire, during the Ebola outbreak, and when Mobutu’s rule fell and the rebel leader Kabila overthrew the government. She’s been held up at gunpoint, seen people shot; and seen the adverse effects of war, famine and disease.
Renee started writing when her son was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease called Adrenouleukodystrophy. Sadly, her son died four years after he was diagnosed. Writing helps her escape the sad reality of losing her firstborn child.

It was the windswept deserts and ancient routes of the Middle East that set me on this journey. A 23yr old photographer, hitch-hiking acrossSyria in what is now a war zone, driving the King’s Highway through Jordan, skinny dipping at midnight in the Dead Sea, and standing inspired by the magnificence of Petra as dawn rises. The Dead Zone.
Code Name: INFERNUM
For the past five years, a mysterious city has appeared in the middle of the desert every day at sunset.
No one knows what happens within the city’s walls as there is no communication and no escape for those that enter; and when the city disappears again at dawn, the bodies of those who have died inside throughout the night are left behind in a sick and mutilated form.
This hasn’t stopped the government from allowing the public from entering and transforming the worst kept secret into the world’s biggest tourist attraction. Why they allowed it is still unknown.
Mercenary, Jonathon Raker, is devastated after being informed his sister, Jazz, has entered The Dead Zone. Suspicious as to why she would do this, he soon discovers that she may not have gone in of her own accord, and she wasn’t the only one.
Raker’s only choice is to go in after her, knowing when he does he’ll never return, nor can he save her in the way he wishes. This mission has only one outcome — their deaths.
