what if you found a genie


and he was like, “okay, so you can have five hundred million dollars. all you gotta do is tell every single mean thought or every single nice thought you have to the person they were about for a week. your choice, mean or nice.”


so you think about it for a minute


you decide on telling everyone the nice things, because you figure it will be less destructive that way


except then the genie laughs at you


because turns out the nice stuff is going to ruin your life forever


while the mean stuff would have just fucked it up for a little bit


you have five hundred million dollars now but you’re doomed to die alone
