I’m surprised you noticed. Her voice chimed through his head again in a tone that made his stomach roll and his heart ache. It was her tone. God, that damn tone in her voice. Defeated. She'd bought a new dress for their date. How long ago? He tried to think about her mentioning going shopping, but he couldn't remember. All he could seem to remember was her talking about gymnastics, ballet lessons, what crazy stunts Simone was up to, and PTA meetings. She used to share every bit of her day. When had she stopped sharing? Or had he stopped listening? I’m surprised you noticed. He turned again to look at her, watching her face twist slightly, a tear falling from the corner of her shut eyes, and his heart stopped. What could she be dreaming about to make her cry? Instinctively, he moved into her, pulling her body close to him, loving the way she felt next to him and how easily she molded into his body, wrapping her leg over his thigh. He breathed in the scent of her hair and tried to remember the last time he’d held her close. He closed his eyes in pain, not able to bring it up. I'm surprised you noticed. She wanted to take the girls to Santa Barbara, to a house that was a mess and needed work, over staying here. Instead of staying in their home?

Through high school, I wrote erotic stories, kept them in a notebook, and let a few girlfriends read them. I played football, baseball, and ice hockey, but my brain never stopped thinking of sex. I’ve often been asked what inspires my writing. Sometimes it’s a photograph, a sunset or an attractive woman. The jiggle of a full ass or heavy breasts will set my mind in motion. Sometimes, out of nowhere, an idea will come to mind. I record and write down my thoughts constantly.

Review:

This is one of those books I've been waiting for for a long time. The story is fresh and it's an all around new idea. The tragic lover in the story with his obsession for the main character is completely incredible. I'd love him to be my book boyfriend. (which christy's male characters have a habit of being) I wouldn't mind receiving my own library in someone's will. The story itself has so many twists and turns it keeps the reader turning pages wanting to know what happens next. Christy's magic draws you in and doesn't let go till the very end and it leaves you breathless and wanting more. I highly recommend this book!
