This book is a great teaching tool for young children. A little worm sets out on a shape hunt. He needs to find six shapes for school. When he is unable to find any, his friends come to his rescue. Wiggle Worm finds his shapes, and when he finds each shape he counts to see how many more he likes.

I have a friend on Facebook who always delights me with the bits and pieces she finds that relate to the visual and performing arts and all facets of history.  I have learned much from the results of her gleaning and it prompted me to ask her if she had a blog.  "No?  No blog?  Oh, dear.  Well, would you like to guest star on mine?"  I am sure it will not take her long to outgrow a position as a contributing author, but while we have her to ourselves let us enjoy some of the gems she finds in that vast ocean of information we call the Internet.

Remembering: I Believe there are Angels Among Us

Today is September 11, 2013. It has been 12 years since our country was attacked. Each year I watch the documentaries and each time I cry sympathetic tears for the families affected by that day; tears for our nation and our soldiers. Some ask why I watch the documentaries if I react the way I do. Some have said, "Why do that to yourself?" or "Why put yourself through that?" It’s because each time I watch the programs I feel like I am paying my respects.

I've been asked to write an article on writing. Since writing is one of my favorite things to do, this should be a piece of cake, right? Well, we'll see.


I'm often asked how I can put out so many books in such a short time. Granted, I still work a full time Monday through Friday job, so this isn't always an easy task.
