It Sounded Better in My Head

From debut author Nina Kenwood comes a tender, funny, and compulsively readable novel about first love and its confusions, and all of the awkwardness of teen romance.

When her parents announce their impending divorce, Natalie cant understand why no one is fighting, or at least mildly upset. Then Zach and Lucy, her two best friends, hook up, leaving her feeling slightly miffed and decidedly awkward. Shed always imagined she would end up with Zach one dayin the version of her life that played...

Review: No Man of Woman Born Anthology by Ana Mardoll

No Man of Woman Born is a wonderful collection of short stories that center trans and nonbinary characters in traditional fantasy-story roles and prophecies in ways that are always true to their gender.

Destiny sees what others dont.
A quiet fisher mourning the loss of xer sister to a cruel dragon. A clever hedge-witch gathering knowledge in a hostile land. A son seeking vengeance for his fathers death. A daughter claiming the legacy denied her. A princess laboring under an unbreakable curse....

Review: Deadline by Stephanie Ahn

Holy damn, this is one of the best paranormal/urban fantasy mysteries Ive ever read! It has pretty much everything you could ever want in a book: magic, lesbians, humor, terrifying creatures that might not be so terrifying once you get to know them, demons, cute fire sprites, a bit (ok, kind of a lot) of kink, and a really cool mystery around a missing needle, I mean, sword. But is it really missing?

Disgraced witch Harrietta Lee has made a lot of mistakes in her life; theres a reason shes...

Reviews: "Striker" and "Constant" by Lexi Ander

I recently read Alpha Trine and loved it to pieces. I immediately had to read the sequels, and was so consumed by them I even forgot to post my review for book 2, Striker, when I finished it. Now that I finished book 3, Constant, heres both my reviews in one post!

I received ARCs for both books and reviewed honestly and voluntarily.

STRIKER

The peaceful respite for which Zeus and his intended, Dargon and Alpha, had been hoping is shattered when Zeus is unexpectedly drawn to the Waters of...
