Our house was built in 1929. The wood floors creak. The staircase to my office is deadly in heels, and I tell people there’s a friendly banshee in the basement. “Hope in Orange” featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul
As many of you know, a big part of my life in Arizona was prison ministry, but I wasn’t peddling religion; I brought books behind bars. For three years, I was honored to be a Gina’s Team book club volunteer at Perryville Prison. “A Good Match” featured in Romance Magazine
When I write romance, I tend to fall in love with the male lead. “A Good Match” is no exception, but I had no idea how hard my first readers were going to fall for Lord George Carleton.

Evolution of horror films: The Babadook and mad mommies
If you know me at all, you know I love scary movies. I find them therapeutic, as in, “Well, at least I’m not THAT person, being chased by the psycho with the butcher knife!” Really puts life in perspective.
