Dragonfly Ripple | Iron Man (2008)

David and I continue our Marvel Cinematic Universe watch-through with the movie that launched the series-proper. We focus on characters and the seeds that grow the universe, but also have a fun discussion about just who Nick Fury was thinking of when he said, "You think you're the only superhero?"

Growing up in the South, my family was glued to The Dukes of Hazzard every week. On the most recent episode of Nerd Lunch's Fourth Chair Army InvasionEvan Hanson, William Bruce West, Rob Graham, and I take a good, long look at the first season, trying to figure out what holds up and what doesn’t have the sense the good Lord promised a turkey.

Dragonfly Ripple | Agent Carter

To get through the long wait before Avengers 4, David and I are rewatching the Marvel movies and some of the TV shows in more or less chronological order. Having seen Captain America die at the end of The First Avenger, we deal with the fallout of that in the two seasons of the ABC TV series, Agent Carter.
