Website Wiggling
Hehe, I bet you’re wondering what the hell I’m on about.. website wiggling? Well, today, I’ve been pratting around with my website and blog… can’t you tell? It’s a new look!
I’ve also been reading through part three of Marina’s Naughty Nookie tale, Frustrated Instincts, as this week, I’ll have to send it away for perusal by my typo/grammar squad :D I can’t deny, I’m loving what I’m reading. Yeah, you might think I have to say that, but trust me, there’s no bigger critic of my work than ME!
Anyhoo, been a blow-off kind of day. Not a blowjob kind. Lol. So read that back if you originally saw an act of oral sex ;) And take a moment to check out my website :) I’ve worked hard on it! :P

Review: Chasing Sam by Krystal Shannan
Book One in the Vegas Mates series.
The lowdown
Sam is studying to be a doctor; her goal is to work with Medecins Sans Frontieres. Her family, however, want her to be a society miss. And to complicate matters, she’s a werewolf. Why’s that a problem? Well, her family is part of an ancient lineage and the ancients do things differently to the ‘normal’ werewolf folk. This includes, upon a female’s 25th birthday, being hunted by three dudes and the winner of the hunt gets to be her mate.
Chase is a soldier, an old but everyday Joe werewolf one. At seventy-odd years, thanks to his werewolf genes, he’s been able to fight in way too many wars. He’s tired and wants to settle down… but can’t until he meets his mate. Which he does, when he lands in Las Vegas and bumps into her… Sam.
The review
4 stars
While short, this was a jam-packed novella. The background was credible, and enjoyable. I liked the set up for the future books, which concern Sam’s sisters. The mythology behind it all worked and I’d definitely read more of Shannan’s books.
Chase seemed to be a good guy and while Sam was a bit of a pain at times, (hello, she was about to be hunted!) I could totally understand why she wasn’t at her best. Lol.
Yeah, I enjoyed it. :) 4 stars.

Just A Woman has been live three days and already I’ve had...
Just A Woman has been live three days and already I’ve had some fab feedback from peeps! As always, I can’t dwell on my current release as I’m already in the throes of writing the next one.
I’ll be releasing the cover very, very shortly for part three but I can reveal the title is … FRUSTRATED INSTINCTS! :) It is the continuation of Marina’s life which has taken a turn that has shocked most of the people who’ve read the book! :)

I hate that whole: the only certainty in this world is death. I consider myself to be, to some extent, fatalistic. But still, I work hard to ensure that there are different certainties. Maybe we shouldn’t aim to be rich, or have goals that will make us successful… we should focus on creating certainties in our lives that have nothing to do with our expiration date!
