Another Career First with Harpeth Road!

I had this crazy little idea that there was a unique way I’d like to publish my books, so in 2020, Harpeth Road Press was born. Little did I know that 3 years later, I’d be setting records for my own career with my company.

Earlier this season, my novel with Harpeth Road, The Magic of Sea Glass, hit simultaneous number one category positions in both eBook and paperback, a career first. Harpeth Road has now provided yet another career first in the same year: my novel Butterfly Sisters hit the top ten on the BILD Bestseller-Liste, Germany’s biggest newspaper! It also went on to reach the top 5 on Amazon Germany, hitting number one in three categories.

I couldn’t be more excited about the success of Harpeth Road Press. It’s a perfect reminder to always follow your gut and when it starts screaming at you, it’s time to take the leap, trusting yourself.

The Magic of Sea Glass!

Pre-order

I’m absolutely over the moon to announce that my latest novel The Magic of Sea Glass is available for pre-order in eBook! The eBook, Paperback, and Audiobook will be released May 9, 2023.

Here’s the retail description:

From the USA Today bestselling author of The Summer House, with over one million copies of her books sold, comes a heartwarming beach read, perfect for fans of Sheila Roberts, Jill Shalvis, and Debbie Macomber.

After the loss of her fiancé a year ago, event planner Lauren Sutton can’t seem to go on with her choice of career or the life she’d built with her fiancé any longer. Floundering emotionally, she makes a snap decision to sell her half of the business and spend the summer among the sand dunes and changing tides of the Outer Banks, taking care of an old inn in Rodanthe, North Carolina with its elderly owner Mary Everett.

Perhaps the salty breezes of the Atlantic and the warmth of summer sun on her face will help her find her direction. What she doesn’t expect to find is a story hidden away in a string of sea glass that will change her life forever.

And complicating things is local fisherman Brody Harrison. All she’d wanted was to sink her toes in the sand and let the coastal breeze calm her aching heart. But Brody shakes up her plan in ways she’d never imagined.

An uplifting summer escape that will strengthen your family bonds and have you believing in the incredible power of love. If you enjoyed the TV movies based on Jenny’s books and are looking for more feel-good, small-town romance, look no further!

My books are in the news!

This morning, before anyone in my family was awake, my alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. I climbed out of bed, made a quick cup of coffee, and was cleaned up and sitting in front of my computer by 5:15 to be on the Panama City Beach, Florida channel 7 news. I talked about everything from my books to Hallmark movies to my new publishing company Harpeth Road Press. The interview was split into two segments. You can see both segments (one at the top of the page and the second at the bottom) by clicking the button below. Enjoy!

A Hallmark Christmas from Your Williamson

As many know, I do most of my work in coffee shops. And this meeting was no different. With the glitter of Christmas trees around us, nestled in at a table adorned with a fresh winter bouquet, Amelia Rose Smith, Managing Editor at Your Williamson and I settled in. While we ended up chatting enough to fill the entire magazine (she’s lovely!), we honed in on the romance of the season, discussing my novels and the Hallmark Christmas movies based on two of them. It was an absolute treat and a wonderful way to kick off the holiday. The article is below, but if you want to read all the gorgeous pages of Christmas around Nashville, you can click the button at the bottom of this page to view the entire magazine—it’s well worth it! Local people, it’s available on newsstands all over Williamson County. Grab your copy today!
