My Review on the Interesting, Intense and Haunting Ghost Story Tuning In To Terror by Deborah McClatchey

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting, Intense and Haunting Ghost Story, August 24, 2015
By AngelThis review is from: Tuning In To Terror (Kindle Edition)I always found stories about haunted houses fascinating—pretty scary but fascinating—and this one was a real treat.
Tuning In To Terror is the interesting story of Bobby, who moves into a ghostly house with his family. After he finds an old radio in the attic, strange/scary/evil things start to happen.
The book is quite intense and frightening, and the reader keeps on wondering what that “presence” is and what does it want from Bobby.
It’s a good read for adults and maybe teenagers who like horror stories, but not for younger children.

"I love the amazing descriptions of a different Greek island in each book. Add mysterious, suspenseful plots and hot romances, and it's another winner..." 5-Star Review

5.0 out of 5 stars Another brilliant mystery romance novel in The Greek Isles Series, August 9, 2015By TwoFromTxVerified Purchase(What's this?)This review is from: Dark Shadows of the Past (The Greek Isles Series Book 4) (Kindle Edition)I'm a big fan of Angel Sefer's Greek Isles series, as all take me back to exotic locations and make me truly feel a part of the storyline.

I’m hooked on this series—for so many reasons, and especially love the amazing descriptions of a different Greek island in each book. Add mysterious, suspenseful plots and hot romances, and it's another winner.

Dark Shadows of the Past was just as wonderful as the previous novels, if not better. Breathlessly following the action-packed plot from Atlanta, to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northern Georgia, and finally to the island of Kefalonia, I just couldn’t put my kindle down.
The descriptions of Kefalonia in the book reminded me of the fascinating setting of the movie “Captain Corelli’s Mandolin”. Read it and you’ll see what I mean.
Well written with descriptive scenery and sharply developed characters, make this fabulous storyline a worthy five star read!!

In this final book, a hitman is heading to Gordonston, and the intriguing plot thickens with unexpected twists and turns, all the way to a brilliant finale.

"Another great addition to the Greek Isles series!" 5-Star Review by bestselling author Caroline Fardig for Dark Shadows of the Past

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great addition to the Greek Isles series!, August 6, 2015By Caroline FardigThis review is from: Dark Shadows of the Past (The Greek Isles Series Book 4) (Kindle Edition)DARK SHADOWS OF THE PAST was immensely suspenseful, with some great twists and turns that kept you guessing until the very end. The romance was sweet and steamy, leaving you rooting for the main characters to find a way to be together.

The settings and scenery descriptions were wonderful and spot on, as I’ve come to expect from the author. I think I’ve even found a new vacation spot in Helen, Georgia! I’d recommend this book to anyone who loves mystery, suspense, and romance!

"WOW! This is a great story!" 5-Star Review for Mystery/Thriller Romance Dark Shadows of the Past

5.0 out of 5 stars A great story!, August 8, 2015By OCMD "bookworm"Verified Purchase(What's this?)This review is from: Dark Shadows of the Past (The Greek Isles Series Book 4) (Kindle Edition)WOW! This is a great story! I love characters with secrets and troubled pasts that come back to haunt them, and Christina is that heroine. From the moment she wakes up in an alley with no memory of how she got there, the plot thickens. The suspense builds and the twists and turns kept me reading. It all takes place against beautiful settings. I wanted to pack my bags and hop on a plane. Five stars for a good sense of character, a solid story, and beautifully described locations.
