Hard Work Pays Off ❤️
While I was stuck at home in my cast, I had to stay active in some way or I was going to lose my mind. Sitting in a chair with nowhere to go is mind bending and staying occupied is the only thing that stops you from tearing your hair out. So I read and I coloured and I finished a few TV shows I never got round to.
And I worked on my books. I got in contact with some amazing people who helped me make The Seven available in paperback so it could be bought physically as well as digitally. Then I dove into editing Monday to also make it ready for paperback publication as well. It kept me busy during a difficult time in my life and it's a joy to finally be able to hold the final product of both in my hands. And just in time for Christmas!

Monday in Paperback! ❤️
I'm excited to announce that Monday, the prequel to The Seven and the first book in A Week of Stories, is now live and available to buy in paperback!
Believe it or not, this book, and this series, has been in the works since the first publication of The Seven. A lot of things got in the way of my creativity and motivation between then and now. But I persevered and now here we are.
I want to thank Maria Spada for the gorgeous cover art for both the paperback and Kindle editions of Monday, Rachel Hayes for helping me format my work for publication and @myweirdartstuff for the stunning artwork of Matthew and Finn seen below ❤️
Finally, I want to thank my family, friends and everyone who has continued to believe in me over the years. This is for you

Monday in Paperback!
I'm super excited to announce that Monday, the first book in A Week of Stories, will be available to order in paperback on November 30th!
Monday follows Matthew, otherwise known as Monday's Child, in the late nineteenth century as he navigates a world not built for him or his burgeoning ability. But when the final member of The Seven is found, life for the shapeshifter becomes even more complex. After spending his existence changing his appearance for others, how will he cope when someone finally sees the real him?
Thank you to @myweirdartstuff on Instagram for this stunning artwork of Matthew and Finn
Monday releases in paperback November 30th. Or, if you're impatient, it's already available on ebook at https://amzn.eu/d/8EA4qIz

Flashback Friday
Eight years ago, in my college media class, I took photos of my best friend Niamh behind the Grove in Downpatrick as part of a project. The project was to create media either for an existing or hypothetical piece of media.
My project was to create covers and posters for the novel that I was writing at the time. It didn't even have a name yet, so I titled it "Thursday" after the main POV character. These were some of the final products.

Going from my novel being a hypothetical idea for a school project to being on the way to becoming a multi book series is crazy to me. Never give up! Believe in yourself, always, even when things feel hopeless. Your dreams are yours to make!

A Week of Stories
Seven members.
Seven time periods.
Seven stories.
A Week of Stories will take you into the head of each member of The Seven, starting in 1896 and spanning all the way to present day. Ancient beings always have stories to tell, and each book will give a glimpse into the tapestry of pandemonium that they called their lives before the events of The Seven.

I'm super excited to finally be able to announce A Week of Stories. Technically, it's already kick-started with Monday, but since its only been available on Kindle and a lot of people don't have access to that, I decided to wait until the paperbacks were on their way. Which they now are!
Watch this space! Commencing soon!

2,652 Copies Downloaded!
2,652 copies of The Seven were downloaded onto Kindle devices during the Stuff Your Kindle event over the weekend. I can't wrap my head around that number and have no words to truly express how much it means to me that my book was given a chance by y'all. If even a quarter of those people read and enjoy my work then that's more than I could ever have asked for!
Thank you all so, so much! And of course, thank you to the organisers of Stuff Your Kindle Fantasy Event for giving my book an opportunity to shine like this!

Progress
Today I finally got to go out into the city on my own. I was able to go for a coffee, read some of my book, and see my therapist, who I haven't seen since the accident. I felt so free for the first time in forever.
As basic as these things seem, remember that I couldn't go anywhere unaided since July 3rd. So today was a massive milestone. It's been a journey and a half to get to this point. But I did the work, still am doing it, to keep improving. The only way is up
