New Year Update
Hey everyone who still checks in on this or is subscribed. Its been a while since I posted on this, but I have a good reason, I swear! I've been stuck in the weird time vortex that is medical school. I was given a chance to look up from textbooks and found it to be January 2019 and thought there might be a few people left waiting for books.
Sadly, medical school is an all consuming beast so I won't be publishing anything in the near future.
That isn't to say I've stopped writing all together, it's just that my pace is less 1000 words a day and more a few ideas a week that I occasionally turn into maybe a hundred words.
Sorry to all of you that were looking forward to a new book, but this has to take priority if I don't want the 70k per year I'm taking out in loans to mean something.
So, I am signing off and will post again when/if I have some time to write again.
As a parting gift, I am making all of my books free on B&N and Smashwords, with hopefully Amazon to follow if it ever gets with the program.
Thank you to all that have supported my writing and wish me luck!

Free updates
I've been writing as much as possible while working a new job. In unrelated news, Feros and the Underworld Prince is free on Barnes & Noble and Smashwords as well as its related eBook sites like Apple. Amazon customers, sorry but I can't lower the cost past a dollar. I'd suggest getting the mobi copy from smashwords or converting an epub copy using something like calibre.

I'm writing again
I've had some pretty big life changes in that I've moved to Minneapolis, started a new job and am still applying to medical school. Third year's the charm, right? While I've been busy with work, I started a new project. Just like before I finished Fractured, I got tired of writing my current project and started a new one that's a sequel to The Gods' Executioner Series. It still features Cole but is closer to high fantasy. I'll post when I know more!

Still Alive
Hey everyone!
I'm still working on The Necromancer's Pet and I only have about 20,000 words left or so, but I don't know when it'll be done. I just started applying to medical schools so I've been pretty busy and haven't had much time to write.

Fractured is Complete and has been Published
So it's finally done and has been published on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Smashwords.
As always, it will be available on Amazon and B&N in about 12 hours while it will be about a week for Apple and the other retailers that are affiliated with Smashwords.
I will update this post with links as the become available.

Fractured is Finished
All the writing is done and the editing is about 88% done because I edited most of it before finishing. The final word count is at 156,000 or about 624 pages, making it my longest book to date. I'm still looking at a release date before the new year, depending on if there are any major changes that need to be made as I'm editing the last 20,000 words.
I'll post again when I've published the book.

Fractured Nearing Completion
Now that I'm on break, I've been writing at a much faster pace and Fractured is almost complete.
The writing is 95% done.
The editing is 90% done.
The cover is finished.
I should be able to release it before christmas, but sadly due to the Apple bookstore annual lockdown around this time, apple users wont see it up until after 12/29.
Amazon and Barnes & Noble users should see it the same day I publish it.
As always, I'll keep updating and post everywhere once Fractured is released.
Happy Holidays Everyone!

Fractured Restarted and Almost Complete
So as some may know due to a couple of my author pages being linked to my twitter account, I've restarted work on Fractured and I'm now 130k words in with about 20k to go. Instead of making this pre-sequel to The Gods' Executioner Series a separate series, I've decided just to make it one long book.
I'm hoping to have it released before the end of the year since I'll have some time in December to really work on it, but my classes are currently consuming all of my time. However, that doesn't mean you should lose hope since it is certainly possible thanks to the fact that I already have the cover done and that has pushed a release date back by three weeks in the past.
Should I go on a three week writing binge when the semester is done and ignore my family over the holidays (which is honestly my ideal vacation) then I might even be able to make enough progress to release the first book of my new series before the new year, but that is much more doubtful.
As always, I'll keep the site up to date with word counts to give you an idea of how close I am to the release.
