Defining Asperger’s Syndrome

aspergers-dog

Aspie is one of those words that gets tossed around a lot these days. A friend of mine has been Official Diagnosed with the condition, which his therapist justified with a two-point definition:

A) Poor Social Skills, and
B) Lack of Executive Function

The second point is one of those fancy terms that psychologists, motivational speakers, and charlatans like to throw around, so let’s see what Infogalactic has to say about it.

Executive functions (also known as cognitive control a...

The #BLMKidnapping Atrocity

If you’re at all plugged in to social media, by this point you’ve heard all about the Chicago Four; the hashtag #BLMKidnapping exploded yesterday evening, along with video of this sadistic event. If you aren’t, I’ll provide a brief recap – but keep in mind I’m not a newshound, and this early in the cycle there are likely to be misreported facts and inconsistencies. While these do not affect the overall picture, I include this caveat for future readers, for whom some of the facts may have chan...

NVSQVAM (nowhere) by Ann Sterzinger

nvsqvam-22

I recently had the pleasure of finishing Ann Sterzinger’s NVSQVAM (nowhere); I’ve never laughed so hard at a book that made me feel so terrible. Her novel follows the life of Lester Reichartsen; an ex-singer turned academic who’s stuck living in the South with a wife, a cat, and a child he never asked for, who tries to cope with the sadistic ennui of living amongst today’s proletariat by ignoring and hurting those around him.

Lester is a terrible person.

The fact that he is a terrible person...

It’s Your Game to Lose, America

rock-casbah

The king called up his jet fighters
He said you better earn your pay
Drop your bombs between the minarets
Down the Casbah way

As soon as the Shareef was
Chauffeured outta there
The jet pilots tuned to
The cockpit radio blare

As soon as the Shareef was
Outta their hair
The jet pilots wailed

In 1982 The Clash released their hit “Rock the Casbah”, the third track on their album Combat Rock; it’s a song which thumbs its nose at the Islamic dictatorships which were taking over the Middle East and...

Laramie Hirsch on a Return to Catholic Monarchy

Laramie Hirsch has an interesting series of posts on returning to a Catholic Monarchy. I’ll refrain from any major commentary at the present time, but I heartily recommend that you give it a read. For now, I’ll just say that his arguments are in alignment with what I’ve been saying about the necessity of an upward pull for civilization, and we Catholics ought to be setting the example. We must double-down on living a Godly life.

The Kingdom of Católica America

Introduction to the Alt Right Part 2: Vox Day’s Sixteen Points

11-alt-right-logo-w710-h473-2x

Back in August, I wrote an introduction to the Alt Right geared towards those who were immersed in the mainstream; an explanation of why the new generation of political thinkers has deviated so greatly from traditional discourse. Around the same time, Vox Day described the movement in sixteen points as a starting point to guide future growth. I think it is an excellent summation; new movements without guiding principles will inevitably fall prey to subversive entryists with pre-established a...

Slamming the Overton Window Shut

Tila Tequila and two allegedly Jewish men throwing up the “Roman” salute.

Last night I recorded a livestream about the NPI conference from last weekend; specifically, the Nazi Salute image that’s been circulating throughout the media. The Bechtloff and RooshV were good enough to join me for the second half.

My thoughts on the matter are captured by the title. The recent election has seen a major shift in the Overton Window. Topics which have been relegated to the alt media for years – feminis...

Great God Leviathan: Our Hubris Will Destroy Us

I am working on a book. The title is Great God Leviathan; The War Between the Material and the Ineffable. It will be not only a critique of Thomas Hobbes’ similarly titled work, but also the past several centuries of political theory, in particular the 20th century with its oceans of blood.

Hobbes’ book is usually viewed as a spirited defence of monarchy and the social contract – a conservative work, standing in stark contrast to Locke’s Liberalism. It is nothing of the sort. The two were no...

Why the World is Broken Part 1: Fear of Death [Video]

I’ll be uploading this series between now and the end of the year. Each episode will examine how a particular mental block or spiritual failure leads to the wreckage we see all around us. In this first episode, we’ll consider how fear of death turns us into zombies.
