Getting ARCs of ICE LIKE FIRE.

Realizing that said reviews mean people will be reading ICE LIKE FIRE, and finally, FINALLY, I will not be left to suffer all by my lonesome.

The final Kingdom of Summer Character Profile: FOOD!
Full Recipe:
1lb sweet potatoes (about 1 large potato)
4 plum tomatoes
1tbl oil
1 onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp yellow mustard seed
6c liquid (broth, water, etc)
1c milk (coconut, almond, cream, etc)
1/2c nut butter (peanut, almond, etc)
1tsp lemon juice
1-2 chipotle peppers
Chop your potato, onions, and tomatoes. Set oil to heating in a stew pot; add chopped onion and cook until browned. Add all of your spices and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add your liquid, potatoes, and tomatoes, then bring to a boil and boil for 30 minutes. Mash up with immersion blender or potato masher. Add milk and butter along with chipotle pepper(s). Return to boil, add salt and pepper to taste.
(I added a little cornstarch later to thicken it a bit more.)

The one piece of advice I always always pass on is this: keep moving forward. Persistence is the only difference between a published author and an unpublished author. EVERYONE in this industry experiences a lot of rejection, but if you can keep on keepin’ on, you’ll be well ahead of the curve!

okay, but i mean, because they cycle through the seasons, does that mean that their climate for each season is less... extreme than that season kingdom? or are they as extreme? (besides paisley, of course)
Oh! Yes, that’s exactly what that means. The Rhythms have far more “average” seasons, whereas the Season Kingdoms have the extremes of each of their given seasons.
