Fighting shame with selfishness
Guestpost alert!
I’ve written a few hundred words for sweet Kate Love over at her homeTruth Freedom Love for her February series on falling in love with yourself. And of course, I wrote about how to use self-ishness to overcome shame.

30 before 30
February 2, 2013 marks the beginning of the last year of my twenties. On February 2, 2014, I’ll be turning 30 and officially becoming A Real Grownup, whether I like it or not.
And rather than just letting the year pass willy-nilly, I’ve decided to take the year as a chance to both seek experiences that I’ve missed out on, as well as prepare myself for this new stage of life. Thirty goals for thirty years. [Note: I've cheated slightly. The first entries are my 12 New Things list.]
