Today Chloe Branson joins us on our countdown to Kids In Love!

I think every Saturnite wants to know, how has dating Milo Grayson has changed your life?

It's been so super crazy! Simple things like grocery shopping have turned into a paparazzi frenzy. People notice us everywhere we go. There's no privacy at all, anywhere. I'm still trying to adjust to life on the 'other side.'

How did your meeting with Darby McMillon of Darby's Daily Dose of Drama go?

Darby's so sweet. I think the reality of SAS was a bit of a shock to her, but she seemed to enjoy the entire experience. I think she's absolutely great. 

Rumor on the street is that Spaceships Around Saturn's new single is actually about you. Can you verify this, or is it classified?

Well, I'm not supposed to verify anything, but I'll say this. The song was written by Milo during lockdown, and there are quite a few similarities between the girl in the song and myself... ;)

So what has the band been up to lately?

Since lockdown ended about a month ago, the guys have been insanely busy. I've only seen them a few times, mainly at events. They just wrapped up shooting a music video, and they're about to head back on tour - hopefully no gunshots this time around!

I know your social media accounts have been attacked in good and bad ways by the Saturnites. How do you handle all the negative posts from the fans, and how do you react to the positive ones?

I wasn't prepared for the social media attacks at all. I knew the fans would react, both positively and negatively, but some of the things that have been said to Aralie and me have been outrageous. People tell us everything from how much they love us to how they hope we die slow and painful deaths. I do what I can to ignore most of it. There's no way to reply to everyone, even the positive ones, so I just report/block the bad stuff and continue to live my life as best I can. That's all you really can do.

Is Noah still your best friend since lockdown has ended?

I adore Noah! Like I said earlier, the guys have been so busy that it's hard to see them, but I text with him on a regular basis. He keeps me informed of everything that's going on, even things I don't want to know - like what Jules has for breakfast or what color boxers Tate is wearing that day. 

How has Emery reacted to the fame of being a Branson sister?

If anyone loves fame, it's Emery! She'll pose for the camera any day. It drives my mom crazy. Emery never meets a stranger, and she's the first to speak up and let everyone know exactly how special she is. Sometimes I just want to pretend not to know her! haha!

Today Nikki Godwin, author of the Saturn series, the Drenaline Surf series, and Falling From the sky, stops by to let us in on some secrets floating around in the Saturn atmosphere!

What has been your favorite experience from the Saturn series thus far?

It's always super exciting to hear from readers who loved the book. Reader e-mails are by far the best, and I get a lot of Saturn feedback.

If you had to be anyone in the entire Saturn series, who would you choose to be and why?

Although I'm not really like her, I wish I could be Aralie. She's very self-assured, knows who she is, and doesn't let the craziness get to her.

How many books do you have planned about the SAS guys?

There are seven installments - five full length books and two shorter ones.

Who is your favorite member of SAS?

Benji Baccarini

I know you like to cameo other characters and places from a lot of your other stories into each other. Can we expect any cross over in the Saturn series from your other books?

There will definitely be cross over between my Saturn series and my Drenaline Surf series, so if you haven't read the Drenaline Surf books yet, go look them up! It's always more fun to auto-recognize the cross over and shout outs when you read them. It's like being in on a secret.

Would you want to be a Branson sister?

I AM a Branson sister lol, but you know, our last name is Godwin.

Are there any Saturn secrets you can leak into the galaxy for the Saturnites?

Hmm. The future for SAS holds... a wedding... a funeral... a break up... a hook up... and a whole lot of drama! ;)

Hey guyyyss! So I decided to give you guys a sneak peek at a future Mutilated book. On Mutilated Skies is book #3 in the series, and it will be from Nightmare's point of view. So, uhm, yeah. Here it is! :) <3

The city lights around us light up the street like a landing strip for an airplane. Emerson stares wide-eyed out the windshield like this is the first city she’s ever seen, and right now, in this moment with her in my passenger seat and Bleeding Sirens pouring through my car’s speakers, I feel like this is the first time I’ve ever seen this city, too. It doesn’t feel like I grew up in the town over or like my brother bought his first guitar at the music shop around the corner. This city has changed about as much as I have. Emerson rolls down the window, grabs the handle on the ceiling, and pulls the top part of her body out of the window as far as the seatbelt will allow her to go. I watch her reflection in my side mirror. Her hair flies crazily around her face, and her eyes stay wide open as she takes in everything around her. She stays like that until the Bleeding Sirens song ends and the next one starts.“OhmyGod!” she yells and falls back into the seat. “I love this song!”She reaches for the volume and turns it up as loud as it will go. She joins in with the lead singer in the middle of the first verse and sings at the top of her lungs. I’ve never seen her this happy. Maybe it’s because her other band members are too worried about her life to really let her live it. God, is that what I’ve been doing to the guys? Have I been too worried about our secret getting leaked that I won’t let them live? Emerson dances around in the seat beside me and throws her arm out the window and holds it up to the sky with her index finger and little finger stuck up. I drum along with the song against my steering wheel and watch her dance. She laughs and lets out a yell like she would at a concert at the end of her favorite song.“Brian!” she yells, pointing ahead of us.Oh shit.I stomp on the brake. The tires squeal in protest. My chest slams into the steering wheel as my car comes to an abrupt stop. Emerson’s seatbelt catches her before she can go too far.She falls back against her seat and burst into a fit of laughter. “Shit, I’m sorry,” I say. “I didn’t even see that red light. I should’ve been watching the-”I stop talking and turn slowly back toward her. “What did you call me?” I ask.
She bites down on her lip and holds my stare. A smile slowly creeps onto her face, and her eyes tell me that she knows.

This series has been "my" series since waaaay back before it was even a series. I remember when Nikki pitched the original idea of Chasing Forever Down to me. I was instantly in love with the book.
