क्रोध को कैसे हैंडल करें ?

क्रोध एक स्वाभाविक चीज है। हम सभी को गुस्सा आता है। कुछ लोगों को बहुत आसानी से गुस्सा आ जाता है लेकिन कुछ लोग अपनी प्रतिक्रिया को बेहतर तरीके से हैंडल करते हैं। हम क्यों क्रोधित होते हैं ? क्या क्रोधित होने का कोई मूल कारण है। क्या कोई चीज है जो हमें क्रोधित  करती है ? क्रोध के प्रति अलग-अलग लोग अलग-अलग तरह से प्रतिक्रिया क्यों करते हैं? क्या क्रोध को नियंत्रित करने का कोई बेहतर तरीका है?
