New historicals are coming!
So happy to announce the sale of a new historical romance series set in the Scotland of James I featuring three brothers to Meghan Farrell at Tule Publishing as part of a three-book deal. The series entitled ALL THE KING’S MEN begins with THE KING’S WITCH. More details, especially a publication date, will be coming very soon.

Gerri will join 60 other authors at an Autograph Party that is open to the public. She will also be a featured speaker and will be participating in other conference events throughout the weekend for conference attendees.

“Readers for Life” Literacy Autographing at San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina – 333 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101
At the “Readers for Life” Literacy Autographing, hundreds of romance authors meet with and sign books for fans in this two-hour event, with the proceeds from book sales going to literacy organizations. In 2015, Romance Writers of America raised more than $48,000 to benefit literacy programs — bringing our total donations since 1990 to $961,300. Help RWA hit our $1 million goal for literacy donations!

Best Practices for Self-Publishing: May 25, 2016
As part of the King County Library System’s “Playing with Words” program, Gerri will be discussing how to self-publish for unpublished and published authors alike. This is a “how to” workshop, not a “should I do it” workshop.
Gerri will discuss things to consider before you self-publish, how to prepare your manuscript for conversion, then take you through the steps for producing a converted document for .mobi (Kindle) and ePub (All other e-tailers). It’s a must for anyone considering self-publishing.

At the “Readers for Life” Literacy Autographing, hundreds of romance authors meet with and sign books for fans in this two-hour event, with the proceeds from book sales going to literacy organizations. This year’s beneficiaries are ProLiteracy Worldwide, Literacy Partners, and Literacy Assistance Center. In 2014, Romance Writers of America raised more than $53,000 to benefit literacy organizations. Since 1990, RWA has raised more than $878,000 to fight illiteracy.
