New Investigation: LINEBORO, MARYLAND BIGFOOT Sighting & Photo

I received this photograph in October 2019 from a resident of Lineboro, Maryland. I posted it at the time, but I really didn't conduct an investigation because the sighting was 30 years previous. Recently, I received a new sighting report from the same area.

I received the following information:

"Hey, I just saw you on a TV show about Bigfoot and I need to talk to you about what I saw with a friend. I lived in Lineboro, Maryland outside Manchester on PA/MD border (Mason-Dixon Line.) Please contact me back because I know what I saw and I saw Bigfoot for sure. Call me, please. Nobody takes me seriously when I speak of it and I am going nuts about it. This thing was huge and walking with such long strides. Please help me to figure out what it is and have some validation. Nobody takes it seriously and it’s extremely serious to me. Thanks for your time. I can meet and tell you about it." CH

NOTE: I called CH and we discuss the sighting and photograph. He and a friend watched the 8-foot creature Bigfoot cross a field behind his house in 1989. He has never forgotten the sighting and has experienced ridicule about it. We discussed the area and I informed him of the number of sightings that have been reported over the years. After talking to this witness I believe that his account is credible, but I have not been able to find other witnesses until recently.

Approximately 5 days ago, another supposed sighting was made in the same general area. The recent witness mentioned this photograph and stated that it looked similar to the creature that they observed. I plan to go to the location since it is very close to me. Lon

RED-EYED 'HELLHOUND' Chases Couple in Northern Idaho Woods

A couple, living in rural northern Idaho, is walking through the woods when they encounter an unknown canine creature that appears to be feeding. It then chases them through the woods.

The following account was forwarded to me:

"I believe my husband and I saw a Hellhound.

We live in rural northern Idaho and we both hunt. So we know everything about animals, even in pitch darkness.

We don't have regular plumbing. We have to turn on an electric well every morning to fill it up. Our tank can last us three to four days, but we like it filled, just in case. There are other tanks like that scattered in the woods. Just waiting for someone to buy the land and build a home.

We were taking a walk and it got dark so we went back home. However, on our way home we saw something, not human or animal, near one of the wells. It was hunched over like it was eating. We walk carefully closer, about 20 feet from this thing. Trying to figure out what it is. Too large for a stray dog or wolf and too small for a bear. But whatever it was, it looked at us with red eyes. I've never been more scared in my life. My husband is scared of nothing and he was scared too. We took off running. My God we never ran so fast in our lives.

It did chase for a while, then it just disappeared. We got to our house and it was just gone. We knew it was behind us when we left the woods, but we couldn't see it. We locked all the windows and doors that night.

We talk to one of the town locals about the thing we saw. He showed us a picture of a Hellhound. He told us stories about people meeting the Hellhound in the same area, always near a well, roads, crossroads, or places of death. Seeing him once will bring us happiness, seeing him twice will bring us sorrow, and seeing him three times will bring us an end.

I don't know what we saw, but Hellhound is the only explanation. DL"

Did I Encounter a CLOAKED BIGFOOT?

A man living near Redding, California, heard noises coming from outside his trailer one night. He couldn't see anything even though there was plenty of light, but the noises were very close.

The following account was forwarded to me:

"I was living in a travel trailer for a time on my sister's property, about 3 acres or so, circa the Summer of 2019. The house was in the front, on half the property, and I was in the 'wild lands' back field behind the backyard. This was near Redding, California, and the Sacramento River, only several blocks away, basically in the "country" (and county) outside of town, but quite a few residences up and down the streets around the area on big lots.

I don't remember what made me open the door and stick my head out to look around one late evening, but something caused me to do it. Maybe some noise.

As I was looking around, I heard what sounded like several very slow footsteps in dry brush, going 'Crack.' 'Snap.' 'Crack.' Like someone was walking away slowly, kind of being stealthy. I then realized it was RIGHT THERE, about 15 feet away, maybe on this side of the 'see-thru' wire fence, but it could have been right on the other side of the neighbor's property back section.

So I was looking, waiting to see some animal wildlife or something, but there was NOTHING. It was dark, but I had my outside trailer light on and there was some good moonlight. If there was something there, I should have been able to see it.

Then I heard "someone" run off into the backfield. It had to be a VERY large (if not HUGE), heavy animal, like a horse. It was "BUMP! BUMP! BUMP! BUMP!" I was surprised it didn't shake the ground or trailer. But not a 4-legged horse-like clippity-clop, it was an obvious two-legged run, probably with a very long stride.

And then it was gone. But I saw NOTHING like it was invisible.

I went back in and locked my door and nothing else happened. I looked around the next day for some footprints but didn't find any.

I can only think that it must have been a Bigfoot. Is it possible that it was cloaked or invisible?" E

Lifelong Skeptic Acknowledges UNEXPLAINED ACTIVITY at His Missouri Home

A skeptic from Missouri, who was raised as an Atheist, was not a believer in the paranormal. That was until he began to observe and experienced various paranormal events.

I received the following account:

"I grew up a hard-core Atheist and nonbeliever in the paranormal. Even the thought of E.T. life forms with technology capable of light-speed travel seemed far-fetched and improbable. God seemed impossible and if God did exist according to a scripture I felt like he was a being without good morals. Around 2017 I became more of an agnostic who shattered his ideals of absolution but still needed evidence for proof. I don't claim to know what could or could not be out there anymore. All I know is that the possibility remains.

My father lives off Highway 44 between St. James and Cuba, Missouri. For several years, he has had strange events and sightings at his house and in his area. Going back to 2018, my father, my brother, and I were out at the barn late at night, roughly 10pm, doing work on my father's truck. We usually have some type of firearm nearby. As I was smoking a cigarette outside of the barn I felt really uneasy. Nothing had happened out of the ordinary but I felt like I was being watched by someone having a scope on my forehead. The neighbors live about a quarter mile down the road on one side of my father's house and on the other side is an open field. In front of the house is the road with the woods on the other side of the road and behind the house is about 4 acres of land stretching all in a square that is mostly open with scattered trees and the forest is the edge of the property. I felt like the "threat" was coming from the woods behind the house. I told my father and brother but they felt fine. He told me that if I felt "off" to shoot several slugs in that direction. So I shot 3 slugs off into the woods. I didn't hear anything more, but the feeling persisted for about another 10 minutes or so. I figured I was psyching myself out and didn't think much of the situation. This happened near late summer or early fall I believe.

Nearly a year later in mid-July, I went back down there. This time my father instructed me to listen for a sound. It was nearly inaudible. It sounded like a heartbeat coming from the floor of his house. It was only possible to hear it if everything was dead silent and your head was near the floor. Nothing shook but the sound was so consistent that it persisted at all times of the day and for over several months. I ask him if it was still happening when I left and he would always tell me that it was, until about October I believe. It was odd, to say the least, but it never made me feel unsafe.

However, in September I went down there for a weekend and had one of the scariest encounters of my life. I felt like a small child who wanted to cry for help. My father, my brother, their dog, and my cousin all went to town. So instead of sleeping on the couch, I went to sleep in my father's room. It was roughly 8-10am when I went to sleep on his king-sized memory foam mattress. I don't know how much time had passed when I fell back to sleep but I was suddenly woke from my slumber when I felt the bed slightly moved. I figured the dog had jumped up but I was so tired I didn't even open my eyes.

Seconds later the bed violently raised and slammed up and down for what seemed to be about 10-20 seconds. Scared out of my mind I was paralyzed still. I didn't hear anything other than the bed slamming and the box fan being swept across the floor. As soon as it stopped I opened my eyes and looked around the small room. There was a closet near the door that was closed and the door that was cracked open which is not unusual. Afraid to move for nearly 20 minutes I just sat there. I was hoping that nothing was in the closet. I grabbed the shotgun near the bed and opened up the closet and it was empty. I then checked the rest of the house. Some open windows with the screens still in and both doors leading outside bolted locked. I proceeded to look online if an earthquake had happened. It didn't make sense because the box fan had been moved nearly 5 feet and was on the floor face down. My family returned after this incident about 2 hours later and I kept silent because I forced myself to believe it was my imagination.

Nearly 2 years later, in 2021, the unexplained phenomena started to happen on almost a weekly basis. My brother moved out so the only 2 people who noticed it were me when I was down there and my father. He started off the conversation when I arrived there one Friday night with "I am not on drugs but I need your eye to tell me if I'm going insane." Since I was more open-minded at this time I agreed to listen and look at what he wanted to show me. It was nearly 11pm and he instructed me towards his room to shut off his lights. What I saw was a silhouette humanoid figure that would almost leave tracers of itself as it would walk between two different trees in the backyard. From point A to point B. However, at Point B, the figure would basically teleport back to point A and repeat the cycle. It also happened in my brother's room except the figure would seemingly disappear and reappear behind multiple different trees but still in a pattern. I honestly thought my father's eyes and my eyes were playing tricks on us and I was feeding off his delusions. That's until I saw a light flashing in the woods. It looked yellowish-orange but it flickered 3 times right at the house in 3-second intervals that would slowly fade down. He didn't see it at that time nor did he tell me about it. But when I told him what I had just seen it was as if I had just confirmed his fears. He said that he had also seen lights in the same area of the woods. We both covered our windows that night with blackout sheets and slept with a firearm next to our bed.

I would also hear almost stomping sounds in the attic late at night almost any time I was down there for a 2-3 day period. Too scared to check we just ignored it. I've also seen rusted metal illuminate green which is highly odd. For the first time, I saw the shadows before I convinced myself they were real. I coughed up multiple ideas as to what was causing them. Maybe it was the moon and the clouds? Nope, it was a new moon and there was a single cloud in the sky. Maybe it was something like a bird/bat/bug flying around the pole lights? The pole lights don't reach the edge of the woods and the silhouette was so dark it was as if some mass had to be right there. These are all my first-hand accounts. I have several other accounts I could add to these but it could just be more of a coincidence than actual strange occurrences. I don't scare easily. Nor do I usually believe in the supernatural. But I'm now a believer." SS

US Army Veteran Describes His BIGFOOT Encounters in Eastern Maine

An Army veteran discusses his 2 encounters with a Bigfoot near his family's dense forest property in eastern Maine. He says it was an '8-foot-tall behemoth' and has not returned since the last encounter.

I received the following account:

"Im 38 and an Army veteran trying to work as a local carpenter In Maine, the state where I have almost always lived. I've had two encounters with the creature I will soon tell you about, one that occurred when I was a teenager and actually one a couple years ago. The house I am currently living in is my father's since he now has multiple heart conditions and would have to live alone. I and my sister grew up in this house which is in eastern Maine. Living here as a child always felt a little off as if something was not right in a way, it's hard to describe. The house is surrounded by woods on almost all sides and sits on a dead-end road with 6 or 7 houses down the way.

We own 70 acres of dense forest that are littered with ATV trails and walking trails. I've been out on these trails over a hundred times probably just clearing them for neighbors who we let use them and just trying to maintain them. But every time I'm out there I feel like I'm being stalked. In this area, I nor my father have ever seen a bear, wolf, or mountain lion nothing really above the size of a bobcat. As a teen, I liked dressing up in military gear and going out to play "war" and games similar, normally go out with my friends Sid and Marvin two guys who lived down the road.

Sid was an older dude around 18 who smoked and did average "tough guy" stuff. Marv, (who I still am friends with today, we even served together until he was discharged) was more on my level. We were both pretty timid young guys who didn't really associate with most people and just enjoyed being out in the woods and chilling.

Anyway, one day we had gone out around 3pm on a chilly winter evening to go play as we did most days. We all grabbed our gear which was stuff that Sid's dad who was a Vietnam vet had given him and then Sid had shared with us. This included medical kits, an ammo box, grenade pouches, etc. He even gave Sid an old handgun (without the magazine or ammunition) but Sid's dad still didn't allow him to take it out of the house. So after a while of walking down one of the paths we come to one of our favorite spots which is sort of like a clearing full of boulders and moss. At the time it was covered in knee-deep snow. Normally my mother would not have let us go out this far but she wasn't there to say "no" since she was in New Hampshire for the holidays.

We had been out there for quite a while throwing snowballs and pretending they were grenades and blasting at each other with our sticks. It was about 5pm when we were starting to gather our stuff because it was beginning to get dark. As I'm scooping up my stuff Marv talks in a confused and worrisome tone. "Hey guys, what the hell is that thing?" He draws our attention to a tall completely black creature standing on two legs, its arms dangling by its sides and dragging through the snow. From our angle at 50 or 60 meters away, we couldn't see its face but it was walking away from us. I remember a weird tightness in my chest after realizing that I had no idea what we were looking at. Then Sid yelled out "Hey hairball!" Then the creature stopped. My chest grew even tighter and it felt like my body was frozen after I saw its abrupt stop. It slowly turned towards us, its face had no facial features but it looked to be plain flesh! No nose, eyes, or mouth. We were so frightened that none of us could talk. It stared at us for a couple minutes before one of us suggested the bright idea of leaving. We crept away as the sun was now really low, while one of us constantly looked back until we got out of sight. Then we bolted back to my house where we hid inside, collapsing onto the living room floor. 

We were silent for a moment before I broke out laughing. The others joined in. After a few seconds Sid said "Ok, guys. But WTF did we just see?" We tried rationalizing but I think we all knew that we had seen something that didn't belong. The guys ended up staying the night at my place that night. We stayed up late drinking hot chocolate and every now and then stepping onto the front porch to see if it may have followed us.

After a couple days, the creature mostly disappeared from our minds. We still got together and hung out having adventures in the woods. I never told my parents about this thing that we saw because they probably would have believed me and I didn't want to go through all the trouble of explaining it to them over and over. Neither did I tell my sister because she wouldn't care and I wouldn't receive any feedback, so it was pointless. We three also never really brought the creature up again, it was like an unspoken agreement.

My 2nd encounter transpired in roughly the same area about a mile or 2 from there 3 years ago. I had just been honorably discharged and been home with my father for no more than a month picking up odd jobs mostly in auto and house repairs, both being skills I learned from my time overseas. It was a summer evening when I decided to head out on the trails and take a look around, after all, I haven't been out there for ages and expected the trails to be overgrown. So I took with me some basic "brush clearings" equipment such as a hatchet, an old machete, and some other stuff and then set out. Sid had recently moved to Vermont and Marv had been medically discharged a while ago and left with a leg disability making it hard to walk. I would have asked him to join me if not for his disability.

I had made it half a mile into the main path moving and cutting up the suspected limbs, branches, and overgrown grass as best as possible hoping to come back tomorrow with a weed wacker to do some more work. As I got deeper the feeling of being watched returned, the same feeling I got as a teenager when I was out there. And I began noticing that the dense growth was getting thinner and more and more limbs were smashed or pushed out of the way. As well, the tall grass and overgrowth were no longer in the way. In fact, the trail became almost cleared and looked like it used to. I was shocked that somebody cared enough to come out here and clear all this. But as I thought on it more I remembered that the entrance hadn't been groomed, so how did they get in?

I began looking closely at the ground noticing feet or paw prints I had never seen before, I crouched down to gain a better look. The print had three pointy toes each about 6 inches long, and were spaced about 3 feet apart in sets of two. I didn't recognize these and decided to just follow them a little further to check it out. About a quarter of a mile later I see this creature. My 2nd encounter, and so far my last time. It was walking from the side of the path at a slow pace not acknowledging my presence. Not yet at least. It slowly crossed the path and continued into the woods and after a minute I walked up to the area where he had entered and there it was strolling or creeping into the woods still not noticing me. I could hear his arms dragging across the forest floor and his fur coat still looked silky black, yet I wanted to see its face again but not to the point where I would risk being spotted.

So I slowly reached for my phone only to realize that it was in the front pocket of my backpack as I didn't want to lose it while working. I pulled the bag from my shoulders and placed it in front of me and began unzipping the pocket. But as I did the creature stopped as he had done the last time. "Oh Lord Jesus," I thought as I froze and my chest tightened. It began to turn. Its fleshy face began staring back at me. I tightened the grip on the hatchet I had in hand and now that I think about it that probably wouldn't have done much to the 8-foot behemoth now that I think about it. We both stared motionless for what felt like hours. In reality, I had no idea how long we had been there. I eventually stood up with my legs feeling numb. I backed away until it was out of sight and then took off as fast as I could go. As I was running I was sure I heard a violent scream from behind me but I wasn't going to turn to look.

Long story short, I haven't been back in those woods for 3 years and don't plan on it either. I know this may sound over-exaggerated or fake like something from a children's book but I know what I saw and Marvin knows what he saw. I will never forget this." SK

SASQUATCH IS REAL! Mother & Son Recall Their Personal Experience

A woman and her son were hiking and camping in Mt. Hood, Oregon. That night they hear and feel heavy footsteps near their tent. They eventually realize that Sasquatch is real!

I received the following account:

"One of my sons and I like to hike in the back woods of Oregon and Washington states.  Several years ago we were on a backpacking trip during the middle of the week to several lakes on the shoulder of Mt. Hood. Right at dusk we had a super heavy “something” walk into our little hidden camp on two feet shaking the ground. It abruptly stopped just outside our little tent. Then there was a big “whack” sound from where it had walked in on us. We were zipped in the tent because it had begun to rain.

We sat still because flight or fight had kicked in for both of us. We were waiting to see what the next move would be. We sat waiting for what might come next. Because of being in the woods backpacking for many years, we learned to have a cool head and evaluate what we might be up against.

Then out of the deafening silence, there was an answering rock clap from the opposite side of the tent. We were now aware that we were dealing with two separate “things” right outside our tent. We sat waiting. Nothing. No noise. No brush or underbrush. No snuffling. Dead silence. 

We got out of the tent and saw nothing. Since there was only one way out of that camp, and the “thing” had walked in on the only path out, it was now fully dark, plus a few miles back to where our truck was parked. I made the decision to stick right there for the rest of the night. We would walk out in the morning. I rolled over and went to sleep. I know, strange, but I think the shock of it made me adapt with an “it is what it is at this point.” My son laid awake most of the night expecting them to come back. They didn’t. No smell. No noise beyond the two signals we heard coming from different directions.

The creepiest part of the whole experience was the tranquil retreat. What animal arrives shaking the ground, sends and receives a signal, and then melts away without a sound? I was so glad my son was there with me on that trip. It is helpful to have someone who experienced it all too.

Since the night that happened my son will straight up tell you there is Sasquatch in the deep woods of Oregon. It was a super-odd experience for sure! I live on ten acres in southern Oregon in the woods. I back up to BLM land that goes for miles. I am aware of what is out there beyond our door. I hope to never run into one here on our own ground. No, thank you. This is no joke for me." J

Alien Bodies, Emissaries, & Full Disclosure: What Really Happened?

There have been multiple claims that President Eisenhower had three secret meetings with aliens in 1954. I posted Venusian Emissary: Spaceman in the Pentagon in reference to Valiant Thor's interactions with President Eisenhower and officials at Pentagon. But what evidence is available other than hearsay and anecdotal testimony?

In 2010, Henry W. McElroy, Jr, a State Representative to New Hampshire, declared that President Eisenhower was briefed about the presence of extraterrestrial intelligent beings on Earth. McElroy also said that the document he viewed while at the State Legislature made reference to the opportunity for Eisenhower to meet the alien visitors.

Transcript - Hon. Henry McElroy, Jr.:

Hello, I’m speaking with you from Fort Monroe, Virginia. We’re also known as The Gateway to Freedom.

We sit right next to a little town called Phoebus, Virginia. Interestingly, they call themselves The Gateway to the New World.

Phoebus sits inside of Hampton, Virginia whose motto is First from the Sea, First to the Stars.

My name is Henry McElroy, Jr. a retiring, former State Representative from New Hampshire. Thank you for your attention to this brief message concerning the world’s interaction with both earth-based, and off-world astronauts.

The reason I am making this announcement is in the hopes of encouraging better perspective to all who explore the universe. Therefore, as a result, making a more valuable contribution to humanity, for the benefit of all faiths, all races and all nations.

Another reason I am here today is because I believe in the foundational wisdom of our nation, which was laid down by our founding fathers and because we know that highly advanced knowledge and information can assist human beings in solving various problems both in current times, and in our future.

When I was in the New Hampshire State Legislature, I served on the State Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs committee. It was, apparently, important that as a Representative of the Sovereign People who had elected me to this Honorable Office, that I be updated on a large number of topics related to the affairs of our People, and our Nation. As I understood it, some of those ongoing topics had been examined and categorized as Federal, State, Local development, and security matters. These documents related to various topics some of which spanned decades of our nation’s history. One of those recurring topics is the reason I am addressing you this evening.

I would like to submit to our nation my personal testimony of one document related to one of these ongoing topics which I saw while in office, serving on the State Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee.

The document I saw was an official brief to President Eisenhower. To the best of my memory this brief was pervaded with a sense of hope, and it informed President Eisenhower of the continued presence of extraterrestrial beings here in the United States of America.

The brief seemed to indicate that a meeting between the President and some of these visitors could be arranged as appropriate if desired.

The tone of the brief indicated to me that there was no need for concern, since these visitors were in no way, causing any harm, or had any intentions, whatsoever, of causing any disruption then, or in the future.

While I can’t verify the times or places or that any meeting or meetings occurred directly between Eisenhower and these visitors – - because of his optimism in his farewell address in 1961, I personally believe that Eisenhower did, indeed, meet with these extraterrestrial, off world astronauts.

I hope my personal testimony will aid the nation in its quest for continued enlightenment. I am honored to follow in the footsteps of those who have come forward with their personal testimonies – those who deserve the admiration of the American people for sharing their accounts publicly, in an effort to elevate our knowledge to a higher understanding of our existence.

Did President Eisenhower Meet with Aliens in 1954?

One of the first conclusions an impartial observer must make about the subject of UFOs is that rumors and circumstances play far too great a role in what ought to be a more exacting quest for knowledge. It is just such an observation which once led Dr. Carl Sagan to comment dryly that UFOs "are more a matter for religion and superstition than they are for science."

While this dismissal is perhaps unscientific in its own right, the point is well taken. Attend any gathering of "UFO people" you want, and simply listen. Rumors abound. Perhaps worse, however, is that some of these rumors manage to circulate for years (even decades) without anyone making a reasonable effort to get to the bottom of them.

One of the most persistent of these is a story that President Eisenhower visited Edwards Air Force Base in early 1954, and either viewed the bodies of dead aliens and the wreckage of their craft, or met with live aliens on some sort of diplomatic mission to Earth.

The story takes many forms, with the common thread being that Ike mysteriously disappeared one evening while on a vacation to Palm Springs and that he was spirited to Edwards to view (or meet) aliens. It is said that he returned by dawn and shortly thereafter ordered absolute secrecy about anything having to do with UFOs.

No doubt one of the reasons that this particular rumor has continued to circulate for such a long time is that there are a number of verifiable facts associated with it--some of them rather curious.

For example, President Eisenhower did indeed make a trip to Palm Springs between February 17th and 24th, 1954, and on the evening of Saturday, February 20th, he did disappear! When members of the press learned that the president was not where he should be, rumors ran rampant that he had either died or was seriously ill.

The story even managed to get onto a press wire before being killed moments later. To quell the fuss, White House Press Secretary James Haggerty called an urgent late evening press conference to announce "solemnly" that the president had been enjoying fried chicken earlier that evening, had knocked a cap off a tooth, and had been taken to a local dentist for treatment.

When Ike turned up as scheduled the next morning for an early church service, the matter seemed ended. Although the Palm Springs trip was billed as a "vacation for the president", the trip appears to have come up rather suddenly.

In addition, it is a matter of record that Ike had returned from a quail shooting vacation in Georgia less than a week before leaving for Palm Springs.

While the incidence of a local dentist being called upon to treat a president of the United States is unusual enough that it should constitute a rather memorable event for those involved, the dentist's widow, in a June 1979 interview, was curiously unable to recall any specifics relating to her husband's alleged involvement in the affair--not even the time of day it had occurred. Yet her memory appeared flawless when asked to relate details of her and her husband's attendance (by presidential invitation) at a steak fry the following evening, where her husband was introduced as "the dentist who had treated the president".

This would appear to suggest a cover story, the details of which would have easily been repeated at the time, but quite naturally forgotten 25 years later. Research at the Eisenhower Library has uncovered two other facts inconsistent with the dentist's story.

The first is that while the library maintains an extensive index of records relating to the president's health, there is no record of any dental work having been performed at all during February 1954. A file on "Dentists" contains nothing concerning any such incident either. Secondly, there is a large file containing copies of all sorts of acknowledgments that were sent by the White House to people who had something to do with the Palm Springs trip.

There are letters, for example, to people who sent flowers, people who met the airplane, people who had offered to play golf, etc. There is even a thank you letter to the minister who presided over the Sunday service Ike attended. Yet there is no record of any acknowledgment having been sent to "the dentist who treated the president."

If the matter were as routine as Haggerty attempts to make it appear, then the absence of these records seems strangely inconsistent. The rumor of the president's alleged visit to Edwards is not a new one. UFO contactee fringe writers began making unsupported claims about it less than two months after Ike's trip.

So did a bizarre fellow from the Hollywood hills named Gerald Light, who, in an April 16, 1954 letter to the head of a Southern California metaphysical organization, actually claimed to have been at Edwards where he saw Ike, the saucers, and the aliens. Light's letter has been controversial for years and copies of it have turned up in all sorts of places, including the National Enquirer.

Investigation into Mr. Light's background, however, turned up the fact that he was an elderly mystic who believed that psychic "out-of-body experiences" were a logical extension of the reality of life and should be treated as such. In the final analysis, Light's alleged visit to Edwards was just such an experience.

And so the story ends. Clearly, something unusual occurred involving the president on the evening of February 20, 1954. Whether it was a trip to the dentist, a trip to see flying saucers, or something altogether different and unrelated, no one can say. It's the stuff rumors are made of.

"Shortly after the US Air Force became a separate branch of the service, Alamogordo Air Base became Holloman AFB in honour of Colonel George V. Holloman, a pioneer in Air Force research and development." The old Alamogordo airfield had been a training base for heavy bombers. Then, U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower was landing at Holloman. It was a smooth landing as landings go. The big Lockheed Constellation in passenger service in those days carried over 125 passengers, but there were fewer than twenty aides and secret service men in the main cabin with the crew of fourteen each at his station. At about 7,000 feet into the landing, Major Bill Draper, the pilot, started reversing the engines, and the plane slowed measurably and taxied to the end of the runway.

Air Force One taxied back up the runway about 75 yards and stopped. All engines were shut down. There were probably 300 people with a vantage point, who saw Air Force One land, and as it did, they called others to other windows, work stations and vantage points. It must have seemed very eerie for the president's plane to be seen sitting out there almost a half mile away, alone and quiet.

No red carpet, no band, no honour parade, just a few horned meadowlarks calling in the distance. Eventually, the base workers returned to their stations. And always the question was asked: Is Ike here? What's going on? The civilians and military on the base had been told that while the president was here, this would be a "business as usual" day. A few minutes earlier, Col. Sharp, the base commander, and several officers had gone to the base operations tower to see the president's plane land.

The first communication they heard about 8:10 was "HOLLOMAN TOWER, THIS IS AIR FORCE 7885 TEN MILES EAST OF MARYHILL."

They requested landing instructions, other traffic in the area, and base wind direction. The runway they were assigned was the farthest away from the hangars and workshops. It was obvious to base personnel that what was happening or going to happen was as far away as it could be. Little could be seen unless one had a vantage point and binoculars. Phones all over the base were very busy, many questions were asked, is he still out on the runway?

But about ten minutes after the plane landed the radar officers gave instructions to shut off all radar. He had turned base operations over to his deputy base commander as long as the President was here. He felt it his duty to be with him with no distractions.

There were a dozen visual patrols out around the base and some of the up-range small radars were on. A phone rang in the tower with a report of two unidentified objects passing over Range Road 12. Then a minute later the bogies were over Range Road 7 only a few minutes from the runways. Men in the tower swung their glasses to the north in the morning haze. Then something glinted in the sun, then something else just below it.

A report came in of a third bogie five minutes behind the first two. The tower personnel who did not know what these were, were stunned. No tail, no wings, no motors. Just round objects approaching the president's plane sitting alone on the far runway with a covey of base officers in the tower, including Col. Sharp. They knew something big was up. They reported the objects, logged them and did their job which was "business as usual." The two objects stopped about 300 feet over Air Force One, and one descended on the far side of the plane and gently touched about 200 feet ahead of the plane.

The other hovered briefly and then came across the near runway towards the big hangars and some shop buildings. It took up a position somewhere above the buildings over the tarmac. The disc had a good vantage point of anything that might come towards the president's plane and the disc on the ground. It was with some disbelief that two UFOs had come to Holloman AFB in February of 1955. There was little background for believing in them at all as extraterrestrial. Some who saw or heard about the two craft at the base that day thought they might be new Russian or German innovations.

Soon after the UFO landed in front of Air Force One, a man many assumed to be the President, came to the doorway of the plane, descended the portable stairs and approached the saucer on the ground. Some sort of a hatch had been opened a few minutes before and had folded down to become a small ramp. The man walked up the ramp, stood briefly at the opening, shook hands with someone, and went inside.

Observers thought the period of time to be about 45 minutes. When he emerged from the craft, he walked towards Air Force One. Part of this time he was facing the observers, and most were sure it was Ike. He wore no hat, and many recognized the hairline and his erect military walk."

McClelland also disclosed other interesting information over the years...especially when he details a conversation with Dr. Wernher von Braun:

"On many occasions I had the distinct privilege of speaking with Dr. Wernher von Braun, the leader of the elite group, and several other scientists who were assigned to the ABMA (Army Ballistics Missile Agency) launch crews at the Cape Canaveral launch sites. Eventually, these same men were incorporated into the new National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) organization. During the periodic MFA (Manned Flight Awareness) meetings that were held at Cocoa Beach, I was able to talk freely and briefly with such scientists, particularly Dr. von Braun.

On one such occasion, he and I had taken a break and stepped out of the Cocoa Beach Ramada Inn into the back patio. I admitted that I was aware that he and his German Scientific team were located not too far from the crash site at that time. They were launching captured V-2 rockets from the White Sands Testing Range. On this night, I asked him a question concerning the Roswell Incident that caused his eyebrows to raise.

Did the Roswell Incident in fact happen, was an alien craft recovered along with alien bodies? Did you have a chance to go to the crash site?"

Dr von Braun was a cigarette smoker and he lit one up. He thought for a second, then proceeded to talk freely about his inspection of the crashed craft.

He trusted me to hear such astonishing events because I vowed to not report it to newspapers, magazines, television, etc. I never broke that vow. Since he is deceased, and the incident happened over fifty years ago, I am now disclosing what I heard. I have a right to speak about anything - even things that, according to certain agencies, "do not exist."

Dr. von Braun explained how he and his (unnamed, for now) associates had been taken to the crash site after most of the military were pulled back. They did a quick analysis of what they found. He told me the craft did not appear to be made of metal as we know metal on earth. He said it seemed to be created from something biological, like skin. I was lost as to what he indicated, other than thinking perhaps the craft was "alive."

The recovered bodies were temporarily being kept in a nearby medical tent. They were small, very frail and had large heads. Their eyes were large. Their skin was greyish and reptilian in texture. Dr. von Braun said it looked similar to the skin texture of rattle snakes he'd seen several times at White Sands. His inspection of the debris had even him puzzled: very thin, aluminium coloured, like silvery chewing gum wrappers. Very light and extremely strong. The interior of the craft was nearly bare of equipment, as if the creatures and craft were part of a single unit."

NOTE: You can believe the information or not, it's anecdotal evidence. I suppose the big question is 'Was the Roswell Incident and President Eisenhower's meetings just the tip of the iceberg?' What other non-terrestrial entity episodes involving government officials, past and current, are being suppressed from the public? Don't hold your breath, thinking that full disclosure may be forthcoming. But then again, you may want to be careful what you wish for - Lon

'PORTAL-TRAVELING' BIGFOOT Encountered on Roan Mountain, Tennessee!

An Alabama man is visiting his sister in Roan Mountain, Tennessee. While out at night exploring, he has a dramatic close encounter with a huge Bigfoot. The creature then disappears into a portal!

“The only person I've ever told is my wife at the time, now my ex. She laughed and accused me of making it all up. Before I get to my encounter I'll give you a little backstory. I was born in Mobile, Alabama in 1964. Up until the mid-20s, I'd never been on any higher ground than a couple of hundred feet above sea level. In the mid-80s to early 90s, my sister had gotten married and moved to Roan Mountain in eastern Tennessee. My wife and I took a trip up there to visit for a week.

After the first few days of running around and seeing the sights, we spent the day just hanging out at the house. This led to a few cold beverages being consumed and the grill getting fired up that evening. Later that night, around 9:00 PM, I went out on the back porch to get another beer. That's when I noticed about half a dozen deer about 100 yards out in the field behind the house. One had a nice rack and I couldn't quite make out the number of points, so I slipped off the porch and eased over to the corner of the fence which put me about 60 to 70 yards away from them.

As I'm standing there against the fence watching the deer. (The big one was a nice 10-point minimum 200 class). That's when I noticed the moon. When I say it noticed, I mean noticed! It was huge and seemed so much closer than I'd ever seen it before. Now I've been out in the Gulf of Mexico at night and been able to witness the moon well away from any city lights and you can see all kinds of detail on the surface of the Moon with the naked eye. But that night, I finally understood what the word awesome means or what awestruck means.

So, I'm standing at this fence watching the deer, or was supposed to be but I can't take my eyes off this big glowing yellowish-orange ball of light that seems to be just out of reach. So after what I thought was around 20 minutes later (I found out it was more like an hour), I start noticing a tickling sensation on the back of my neck. I shrug my shoulders and turned my neck a couple of times trying to shake loose whatever it was it was tickling me and just then the deer got spooked and bounced away. The noise finally forced me to break my gaze on the moon. That's when I realized that I've probably been out there long enough.

I decided to go back inside. I took one last look and mumbled a 'Wow' at the beauty of this little sun-reflecting satellite that orbits our world and that's when it hit me. I felt the hot breath of a huge creature hit the back of my neck at the same time hearing or feeling the deepest chest rumbling 'Hmm' I've ever heard. I spied onto my right, looking over my shoulder. All I could see was black as far as my peripheral vision would allow. It was all Bigfoot! This all happened in a split second. When I got my head around far enough, I realized that my face was maybe eight to ten inches away from this thing's upper abdomen. Looking up I saw this beast's pectoral muscles stuck off his chest about six inches and were huge. His chest was every bit of four and a half feet wide his shoulders they're as big as basketballs added another foot or so on each side from shoulder to shoulder. This thing was at least six feet wide. I've not got a good look at his hands or face but his arms were probably more impressive than his chest and shoulders. If Hulk Hogan has 22-inch pipe bones, this bipedal beast was sporting 28 to 30-inch guns. His forearms would make Popeye jealous. His arms were covered in long dark hair maybe four or six inches in length. If I had to guess this behemoth must have been around 10 feet tall and seven to eight hundred pounds. As far as his face goes, from the angle I was at all it could make out was a squared-off bearded chin. I cannot see a nose, eyes, ears, raised brow ridge, conical head, nothing, so I can't say whether it looked more like a man or an ape. His arms were more like an ape's but his chest was more human-like, just a little more hairy than most.

Now this is where the story starts getting weird. As I mentioned earlier, it all happened in a split second. As I spun around and was in the process of looking up, this thing was going from a bent over position to standing up straight and taking a step back to his right. As he pulled his left leg over his right, it was like he was slipping through a slit in a green screen. I'm not sure if it was a portal or some sort of inter-dimensional doorway or what, all I know is this huge thing vanished within that split second. By the way, there was no foul smell associated with this creature. There was a slight musty smell but it reminded me of the same smell a horse gives off. I mean you could smell it but I'm not going to say it was a stench.

I will say this, I hear a lot of people saying that these things are evil and demons and they may be. All I know is I got the impression that this beast was intelligent and appreciated my interest in the “Moon.” The 'Hmm' that he gave out made me feel the same way I would feel when I do something good that would make my grandfather proud and he would give me the same approving 'Hmm' that this Bigfoot did. You just never had the same volume or power that this thing did."

NOTE: I have posted other strange accounts from Roan Mountain in Tennessee & North Carolina. My maternal grandmother's family is from the area, and I have heard a multitude of interesting personal stories from friends and relatives all of my life. It truly is a hotbed for Bigfoot. Lon

'FACELESS' CRAWLER HUMANOID Encountered in Midwestern Small Town

A creepy account that was forwarded to me. A teen girl is walking her dog when she encounters a crawler humanoid. The experience was terrifying and still haunts her.

"I’m from a small midwestern town, and nothing like what I saw happens here (to my knowledge), and is pretty much completely normal. This took place in the fall of my 7th grade so around (2016). Even though it was a few years ago I know that I saw something but I’m not 100% sure what I saw. (BTW I’m telling this in first person simply because it’s easier).

 My mom called up the stairs. I quickly went towards her voice as she began to explain, “Your dad and I are heading out for the night. Do you mind walking the dog before we leave?” I simply nodded in response, clipping in the dog's leash as she continued talking about what they were doing that night. It was a late November night and the sun had already set. By the time my mom finished talking, the dog was clipped in and ready to go. I closed the front door and immediately felt chills not only from the temperature but the atmosphere. Not one person was out. “It's not that late is it?” I said to myself.

I had made it half a street when my dog stopped to sniff something on the ground. I looked out at the road ahead, nothing but houses and a one-stop sign. My brain immediately thought back to a dumb video my friend and I watched trying to scare ourselves in class where, just like me, someone walking looks up at a stop sign to see a woman staring back at them, literally standing on the stop sign. I still couldn’t shake a creepy feeling as I looked down the road.

Then my heart stopped. (I’ll try my best to describe the horrifying sight I saw). Looking back at me was about an 8-9 foot tall shadowy figure. It was something humanoid with 2 legs, tall, and skinny. The arms were even longer reaching the ground but just as skinny. The body was slightly round, complete with a long skinny neck and no face. Once again I say no face. I was purely terrified.

I pulled my dog to run but she was frozen. I yelled out to her, making it hear then see me in the process. It began to follow us in what I can only call a ‘drunk on a tightrope walk.’ In response I ran, cutting through my neighbor's backyard in the process. I slipped and fell all while running on the muddy grass. I turned around picking up my dog in one motion. it was even closer now. My head was pounding, as I ran with tears in my eyes. Turning around I fixed my grip on the dog and ran for my life. I open my back door, throwing us inside. “It's GOING TO GET ME!” I yell as my parents run to me. Thank god they hadn’t left yet. Truly believing I was almost kidnapped my dad ran outside. I sat for the next few minutes sobbing, trying to explain the events that just occurred to my mom. My dad walked in through the back door and simply said “There’s no one.”

Ever since that day, I’ve had terrible problems with anxiety and depression. To be fair it could have nothing to do with what I saw but I have to think that a small part of it was from the pure terror I saw that day." Humanoidencounters subreddit - u/BeautifulAbrocoma203

UFO ENCOUNTER & LOST TIME in Big Lake Park, Council Bluffs, Iowa

A man and his girlfriend were observing a UFO in his Council Bluffs, Iowa backyard. They left in the car and were chased by the craft. Later, they experienced 'lost time.'

"My girlfriend and I were camping in the backyard in the west end of Council Bluffs, Iowa. The date was July 7, 1974. I noticed an object high in the sky traveling from horizon to horizon like a satellite except it was red and traveling somewhat faster and moving side to side in a wave motion, not a fixed pattern but not exactly random either. It went much slower than a meteor. We stood up from our cots to better watch the skies. A short time later we saw a disc-shaped object with red lights on its perimeter from a distance of about two miles. it seemed to be moving above the trees near the Missouri River or following the river itself. It was not quite hovering, but moving slowly while tipping on its sides and demonstrating to us that this was something very unusual. We watched it head south until we lost it below the trees.

We stayed alert and debated if we should go to Lewis and Clark Monument, a park on the bluffs overlooking Council Bluffs and Omaha. About 5 or 10 minutes after last seeing the object, it flew almost directly over our heads, about a block away, now going north and still just above treetop level. We lost sight of it and decided to go ahead and drive to the park.

On the way, we were driving through Big Lake Park and I was keeping watch. I saw the object coming in our direction, still at treetop level, except I had the eerie feeling that it was coming for us. We panicked. I wanted to hide under the train bridge near the tennis court and my girlfriend stopped the car about 50 yards short of the bridge. We ran to and under the bridge to hide.

I've never experienced that kind of fear before or since, but, like a couple of prairie dogs we felt compelled to peek out and see more of this incredible object. So we did. It was hovering above a large cottonwood tree near the tennis court about 50 to 75 yards away from us. It was still dark out.

The disc looked about 100 feet in diameter with large red rectangular lights flashing in sequence around its edge which seemed to be about 15 feet thick. As we watched, frozen with awe and fear it dipped its edge while hovering. One of the red lights went out and in its place a beam of light shot out of it and shined directly at us.

The next thing either of us remember is that it was now daylight and we were back in the car driving towards our original destination of Lewis and Clark Monument.

We called police and they said they had a report of something in Missouri Valley, Iowa, about 20 miles to the north. Animals were behaving strangely; either they were oddly quiet or behaving wildly. When we drove back through Big Lake Park there were people there who said they saw nothing.

I don't really know how much time we are talking about here. In 1974 I had never heard of the phenomenon of "missing time," but over the years I became well-schooled with the term. We make no claims of abduction.

Dr. Kasher of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, after hearing my story referred me to a hypnotist. I never went, maybe out of fear. I was afraid to know anymore. To this day I feel I know enough.

My girlfriend and I went home that morning and drew identical pictures and repeated identical stories. You have to understand at the time I thought the world was coming to an end or something.

In 1977, an article came out in Popular Mechanics about an incident that happened very near there involving a blob of molten metal falling 500 feet from an object similar in description to what we saw. Jacqes Vallee came to investigate that occurrence. That is why I repeat my story and will always harbor these hazy memories and questions.

I've never seen or experienced anything like that since. but I feel it in my gut every day." MG
