Want to improve your English with AI? Here’s a better way to use it.
Use AI to improve English.
Ask it to show your written mistakes.
Ask for better sentence construction.
Ask it to make your sentence more persuasive.
Ask it to explain why it’s making the changes.
Don’t just accept the answer — question it.
In fact, use AI like a teacher.
Not just a tool.
Use it to become a better writer.
Use it to become a better teacher.
The more questions you ask, the more you learn.

review by Ronald : Writing Tools: 50 Essential Strategies for Every Write
Pages: 260
Rating: 4/5Pages: 260Rating: 4/5What I liked about the book:
It’s a useful book for any writer. It offers clear examples and solid, actionable advice. What I disliked about the book:
These are tools, as the author mentions, but applying them is left entirely to the writer. The irony of all writing books is that they can provide the tools, but you still have to figure out how to use them based on your needs.Interesting Concept:
The advice on style was particularly strong. I’ve tried to incorporate many of the ideas from this book into my own writing.Final Thoughts:
A good book for both beginner and veteran writers. Definitely worth a read.

What if I told you that real teaching doesn’t need permission?
Once upon a time, I worked as an English professor.
We had to train students—but couldn’t implement half our plans.
So many great ideas. But no time.
It was kind of a big mess.
But now?
I can create an entire syllabus from scratch.
What elements work?
What elements don’t work?
What students truly need.
Everything.
I can now design my own course…
…go teach at different colleges…
…and get amazing feedback.
That’s what teaching is about.
Teaching is freedom.
Want to experiment?
Want to enjoy it?
Want to build real connections?
Then you’re in the right place.
But if all you’re doing is filling forms and stacking files?
You’re not teaching.
You’re stuck.
Academia is dead if it kills your creativity.

Ever wondered if it’s your ego or a real need driving you?
Always know what people want.If you can fill a gap, you can do something good.Steve spent weeks researching the habits niche before writing his book:He looked at websites, blogs, and podcasts to see if people cared.
He checked Kindle for holes in the market.Only when he saw profit potential did he launch DevelopGoodHabits.com.#MarketResearch#Habits#EntrepreneurshipFollow me @ronaldhadrian

🎤 Want to become a speaker people actually listen to? Start with these simple but powerful tips.
Speaking is an art.
And these small rules have helped me over the years.
Tip 1: Use vivid, clear words. If you’re talking about birds, don’t just say “birds.”Say sparrows, crows, pigeons—anything that paints a picture.
A clear description always wins.Don’t say “a boy asked a question.”Say “a boy with blue eyes and black hair raised his hand.”That one detail pulls your listener in.
Tip 2: Use analogies. They make hard ideas easier to understand.Think of abstract concepts like dragons—scary and unclear. Now imagine a story that turns that dragon into something you can tame. That’s what analogies do.
Tip 3: Know your audience.Don’t talk “above” them.Avoid too many big words or complex layers.Speak simply.Respect them.Deliver your message with care.
If this helped you speak better—even a little—drop a

I grew up in Ooty
I grew up in Ooty.
Books, football, rain occupied my mind.
No one to tell what to do next.
Heck there was not a single mentor.
Educated parents had some hazy idea for their kids.
Other ended up in the only Engineering College in the town, or the Arts College.
Well I ended up in Engineering. But I was not up for it.
I was writing and reading, and a technical course was not my best bet.
Just like that I left and took literature.
At that time it seemed like a terrible idea.
But now it seems it is a very good decision.
In a similar manner I left the job last year.
But it is slowly starting to be another great decision.
This is just a reminder.
You may not control where you start,
But you can control where you finish.

Attention Span – REview by Ronald.

Book OverviewTitle: Attention Span: A Groundbreaking Way to Restore Balance, Happiness and ProductivityAuthor: Gloria Mark, PhDPages: 368Genre: Nonfiction / Psychology / Productivity / Self-HelpPublisher: Hanover Square PressPublication Date: January 10, 2023My Rating: ★★★½ (3.5/5)
BlurbIn Attention Span, psychologist Gloria Mark delves into the science of how digital technology has transformed our ability to focus. Drawing from decades of research in real-world settings, she reveals that our average attention span on a screen has dwindled to just 47 seconds. Mark introduces the concept of “kinetic attention” to describe our rapidly shifting focus in the digital age and offers insights into the cognitive costs of multitasking and constant interruptions. While the book highlights the challenges posed by our tech-driven lives, it also provides a framework for understanding and managing our attention to enhance well-being and productivity. (Porchlight Book Company)
What I LikedGloria Mark’s use of empirical data to illustrate the decline in our attention spans is both compelling and concerning. The book underscores the value of sustained focus, suggesting that individuals who can concentrate for extended periods will be increasingly valuable in the future.
What I DislikedWhile the book effectively diagnoses the problem, it falls short in offering practical solutions. Readers seeking actionable strategies to combat digital distractions may find the guidance somewhat lacking.
Interesting ConceptsThe pervasive impact of short videos and constant notifications on our diminishing attention spans. The idea that technology should serve us, not overwhelm us, emphasizing the need for mindful tech usage. The assertion that humans are not designed for incessant screen exposure, highlighting the importance of taking breaks and engaging in offline activities.
Final ThoughtsAttention Span offers a thought-provoking exploration of how our digital habits affect our cognitive functions. While it could benefit from more actionable advice, the book is a valuable read for anyone interested in understanding the neuroscience behind attention and the implications of our increasingly connected lives.

Want to stand out?
Here’s the only strategy that works every time.
Promise big.
Beg if you must.
But always deliver bigger.
Here’s the problem with the usual “underpromise and overdeliver” advice:
If your promise isn’t bold, most people won’t even listen to you.
That’s a problem.
You have to promise something exciting.
Something people want to hear.
Make a bold promise.
Get their attention.
Then blow them away with what you deliver.
It’s the only reliable strategy that works again and again.
