I can't believe one of my humble little books has the better half of 1,000 ratings. My day is officially made.

This is a good time to point out that the banned third book in the series is finally available for purchase again. Since I couldn't resubmit the book on Amazon, I switched to Smashwords, where you can access the book HERE.

I will now be publishing all works of erotica/mature content on Smashwords because I don't want to have to go through that whole song and dance again. The interface seems really great and easy to use, and I love the fact that they cater to a larger amount of e-reading venues. <3

Also, I'll try to host a giveaway to celebrate soon. I'm thinking maybe I'll give away 10 copies of Terrorsccape and 10 copies of my new book, Tantalized, as a thank you. This will most likely occur at the end of the month.

I wrote the Horrorscape series and the IMA series when I was still in high school, so I always feel such a wave of awe and gratitude whenever somebody reads them.

Readers, thank you for always being there for me through thick and thin. Whenever life hands me a serving of personal crap, it's wonderful to know that I can still chat books with all of you at the end of the day.

I'm so grateful to everyone who downloaded a copy of the book, reblogged my post(s), posted announcements, and basically helped get the word out/support me as an indie author. Also, thank you for tolerating my one day of being a spammy author. It isn't easy doing all my own promotions, and I know that means you see a lot of crap showing up in your newsfeeds sometimes, and I'm sorry for that. <3

Over 1,000 people downloaded Fearscape today, which is really, really cool. I'm so excited to get 1,000 new readers and I look forward to seeing what you think of the book (be it bad or good).

...700th friend (yay! people want to be my friend!)

...600th rating of Fearscape

...500th fan (as an author)

...500th rating of Cloak and Dagger

AND

...collectively, my books were added 10,000 times by almost 3,000 different people.

I'm so happy. T.T

And now, less than half a month later, Fearscape is about to break into the 700s, which is just 300 away from 1,000 - and when THAT happens, I'm going to take my whole family out to dinner. My treat. :D

As I said before, I'm slowly moving my books over to Smashwords. Today, I added HOW TO WRITE GOOD: A GUIDE FOR THE ASPIRING INDEPENDENT AUTHOR to the site (wow, that's a mouthful).

If you do NOT have a Kindle or a PC, this is a great way to read my books, as Smashwords vends books in a wide variety of formats, from mobi to epub to pdf.
