New Release, Dating Wars by Ravyn Rayne

Finding love in all the wrong places.
When a serial rapist and murderer targets women on an online dating website, FBI Agent Leslie Hunter must pose as a potential match at a bar. How hard could it be? She’s been dating online for years.
While undercover, Leslie meets a handsome gentleman. She can’t tell Kevin her profession without ruining the investigation. How long can she keep this man out of danger without revealing she’s an FBI Agent?
A taste of pole dancing, phone sex, and spankings combined with a lick of danger. A romantic erotica story that’s sure to leave your heart racing and pleased afterwards.

“Hey sexy.” I hear Kaitlyn’s voice and my eyes widen glancing up, as the dancers are once again on the bar.
“Kai?” I can’t stop myself from calling her by name. I’ve always seen the dark-haired agent in a pants suit, one rare occasion a skirt. This is something else entirely.
Kevin removes his drink from the bar. “You know the dancer?”
Kaitlyn is up there wearing nothing more than a red g-string bikini. Her brunette locks cascade down her back and her makeup looks like a hooker must have put it on her. She’s got thick turquoise eyeliner and lime green glittery eye shadow.
“Long story. We used to work together.” It’s not a lie but in the way Kevin’s mind is ticking, he must think I had been an exotic dancer. Not the case! Though, what harm could come from him believing it to be true? It is safer for everyone, than Kevin knowing I’m working undercover.
Kevin laughs and his cheeks redden. I’m guessing it’s the beer. He’s looking over Kaitlyn a little too intimately and long for my pleasure.
“Quite a story, I bet,” Kevin says. “Maybe you can share it on our second date?”

Cover Reveal for The Challenge by Kim Iverson Headlee

Arthur the High King of Breatein has fallen captive of a longtime enemy, the Saxon warrior-princess Camilla, who lusts to avenge the death of her betrothed at Gyan’s hands and will stop at nothing, even the black arts, to achieve her goal. Because Gyan and Arthur have grown estranged, she fears that Arthur may side with Camilla to make her his new queen. To meet Camilla’s challenge, Gyan must face all her demons—public as well as private.

Kim is a Seattle native and a direct descendent of twentieth-century Russian nobility. Her grandmother was a childhood friend of the doomed Grand Duchess Anastasia, and the romantic yet tragic story of how Lydia escaped Communist Russia with the aid of her American husband will most certainly one day fuel one of Kim’s novels. Another novel in the queue will involve her husband’s ancestor, the seventh-century proto-Viking king of the Swedish colony in Russia.
For the time being, however, Kim has plenty of work to do in creating her projected 8-book Arthurian series, The Dragon’s Dove Chronicles, and other novels. She has been a published novelist since 1999, beginning with the original editions of Dawnflight (Sonnet Books, Simon & Schuster, ISBN 0671020412) and Liberty (writing as Kimberly Iverson, HQN Books, Harlequin, ISBN 0373771347).

Re-Release of MB Feeney's Just Like in the Movies

Name of Editor – Elizabeth Lawrence/Sydney Kalnay
Name of cover designer – J. C. Clarke
Official genre of book - Romance

Ava Jones has settled for a life that she’s not sure she wants anymore, but won’t admit it. Her best friend, Erica Davidson talks her into taking a break on the Isle of Wight. Her days on the island are spent thinking things through, and arguing with Morgan whom she hates on principal. Is it so wrong for her to want a life that follows the script of a honest to God romance film?

Losing myself in the titles, covers, and blurbs, I faintly heard footsteps behind me.
“Hey, can I help?”
I turned to face quite possibly the most beautiful man I had ever seen. His light brown hair had been bleached by the sun, and the bundle of messy curls made my fingers itch to tangle them among the chaotic strands. The man’s hazel eyes regarded both me and the slim book in my hand. His tall, lean figure was clad in skinny jeans, with an open, oversized shirt over a t-shirt and well- worn biker boots. He looked a little out- of-place among the surfer types I had noticed wandering around town.
“I’m just looking, thanks.” I couldn’t help but blush when he gave a slight smirk at the sight of the Mills & Boon book I held.
“If you’re after more . . . err . . . books in that particular genre, there’s a wider selection over here.” He indicated a bookcase to his left.
“This? Oh, no. This isn’t my type at all. I was just moving it out of the way to get at the new James Patterson.”
He cocked an eyebrow and his smile grew at my obvious lie. “Yeah, okay. I’ll leave you to . . . peruse.” He chuckled to himself as he made his way back behind the counter.
I slammed the bright pink book down so I could grab the James Patterson, the one I’d initially been after, and walked over to pay. “I’ll take this one.” I thrust my card at him and waited while he ran it through. I knew it was a simple misunderstanding, but it rubbed me the wrong way. Why couldn’t I just accept that he thought I wanted the Mills & Boon book? It was an easy mistake to make, I guess.
“Are you sure you don’t want the other one, too? It seems a bit more . . . your style.” He looked me up and down, taking in my denim shorts, skimpy vest top, and flip-flops.
His scrutiny made me nervous. I took a deep breath and ran my fingers through my hair to calm myself. “What would you know about my ‘style’?” I demanded, snatching the book out of his hand and clutching it to me, almost as if it were a security blanket.

until it's Not
AUTHOR: K.S. ThomasGENRE: Contemporary RomanceCOVER DESIGN: KG Cover ArtCONTENT WARNING: Adult language

*****UNTIL IT'S NOT is a Short Story intended to compliment the novel WITH WHOM WE SPEND OUR LIVES***** It's been five years since I've seen him. Five years of growing up and growing apart. But every second we've spent separated by time and distance will disappear the second I see him. The second I feel his touch. He's mine. I'm his. And nothing and no one will ever be able to change that. I may be young. And I may not know much of anything...but I know him, and therefore I know at least one thing for sure: Love is EVERYTHING in this life.

Breathless, from nerves and the way my heart is expanding in my chest and crushing my lungs, I come to a stop within a few feet of where he stands. He’s so focused on scanning the sandy seaweed at his feet for turtle shells, he hasn’t even noticed me yet.
I swallow several times, trying to will my vocal chords back into existence. Finally, I find them.
“Hey.” Not as poignant a first statement as I’d hoped to make, but it’s enough.
Before he even moves his head to look at me, I know that he’s recognized the sound of my voice.
“Pickle.” No trace of a question in his tone. Just that same ridiculous nickname he stuck me with when I was fourteen and hated the idea of being called ‘babe’ or ‘baby’, or anything even remotely generic. So, I got Pickle. A name I hated even more. Until I loved it because he loved me, and hearing him call me Pickle was like hearing the words ‘I love you’ every time.
For a long moment, we just stand there, staring back and forth, our eyes locked onto each other’s souls and seeing everything we already know is there, but had to go without all this time we spent apart.
Then, without uttering a single word, we both come together in one fluid motion, his arms wrapping around my waist, pressing my body to his while my hands reach up and run through his thick, dark hair. It’s still soft and curls at the ends. He needs a haircut. He always needs a haircut.
My eyes flutter shut just as his lips sink into mine and finally, I’m home.

Giveaway & New Release, Body Lock by Kimmie Easley

Boring and comfortable. Dakota Asher functions best under a structured routine. However, her mundane life has other plans as she violently loses the love of her life. Realizing the boring lifestyle now only leaves her with her own, crippling thoughts, Dakota puts a new plan in motion.Adrenaline.
MMA coach, Ford Herveaux specializing in adrenaline.
Dakota now specializes in Ford.

In that moment I knew I would always love Scott, but I had come to terms with his death. What I was struggling with now was the guilt.
Ford turned and gazed at me. His magnetic eyes were now stormy and dark.
“Dakota, there’s nothing I can say that would keep you from beating yourself up. The way I see it, the ball’s in your court. You’re either in the ring or you’re on the sideline watching. That’s no way to live. It looks like you’re trying, and to be honest, that’s all a person can do, keep moving forward. I know it’s easier said than done, but it’s live or die. There’s no in between. There’s always going to be hurdles, hopefully nothing of this magnitude, but you have to look at it like everything is outside of your circle. You have to choose one thing at a time to bring in and deal with. If it’s too much or overwhelming, you kick it back out.”
I was fixated on him and his unexpected words of wisdom. “Something tells me there’s some deeply rooted baggage behind that advice.”
“Maybe.”
“Anything else you want to share?”
“Without a doubt.” Ford turned and positioned himself in front of me. “But I’m not so sure this is the right time or not.”
My chest felt weightless, the air bouncing around on the inside leaving me winded. “What if I told you it was the perfect time?”
He pressed himself against my bare legs. “I would say you’re a smart lady. Who am I to argue?” He used his weight to make my knees fall to the sides. He leaned in further and I felt the heat rolling off his skin.
Ford’s eyes locked on mine as he moved in to claim my lips. The pressure from his sensual mouth bit at my sensitive bottom lip, but I didn’t care. The taste of Shiner was enthralling. I wanted more. I wound my arms around his hard, muscular neck, pulling him in closer. My body begging for more.
I moaned in his mouth, causing his body to react. His hands moved from my face, trailing down my back and gripping my bottom. He squeezed and pressed me further into him. The erotic kiss left me breathless. Ford’s hot lips moved, peppering my silky shoulders with urgent kisses.
Gasping for air, I dug my fingers through his short hair. The muscles in my body contracted as his rough hands skimmed my upper thighs.
Heat surged to the apex between my legs.
“Shit, I can’t get enough of you. It’s messing with my fucking head.” Ford took a step backwards. His excitement was obvious by his aroused cock straining to break free, which only made me wetter.
“But it’s okay, really. I want it. I want you. Don’t you feel the same way?” There was a pinch in my chest, like a knife nicking at my heart.
He lowered his head to make eye contact. He took my face in his hands. “So much it fucking hurts to breathe right now.”

New Release, Sunset Kisses by Angela Ford

Alivia Jones set out to New York to become rich and successful. Her dream to work on Wall Street happened but left her heart empty. She sold her soul to the CEO of Financial Freedom, Brent Atwood. He had everything to give a woman except his heart. He referred to their relationship as a perfect arrangement. Her emotional struggle to stay with him tore her apart until she realized he didn’t own her.
Alivia quit her job, ended her ‘arrangement’ and left for Sunset Beach for her tenth reunion. There she’d left a broken-hearted Jacob Adams. Hesitant to see him again quickly disappeared with one sunset, one kiss. Will sunset kisses and one crazy idea with her best friends keep her in Sunset Beach?

There were no clouds in the sky. Jacob felt it to be a sign of promise for a calm, peaceful night. His wish for her to return had come true. This time he wished for her to stay. As he got closer he inhaled her scent deeply as the ocean breeze carried it to his senses.
“Liv.”
She turned and smiled. “Jacob, just in time.”
She said no more as she held out her hand to him. He reached for it. Her fingers intertwined with his and he stepped up beside her. Silence remained as they watched the sunset just as they had so many times. It felt like she’d never left. No matter how much time had passed and wherever their lives had taken them, it no longer mattered. Their special spot remained theirs. Jacob smiled as the tip of the sun drifted beyond the horizon. He laughed.
“What’s so funny?” Alivia’s eyes met his.
He smiled. “Just remembering when we were kids and you thought the sun sunk and the water put out the fire.”
Alivia chuckled. “I was five!” she protested.
Jacob reached for her other hand. He lifted them both to his lips.
“I’ve missed you, Liv.”
Her eyes filled. She smiled.
“I missed you, Jacob. “Her eyes locked onto his gaze. She’d always been the most beautiful part of the sunset. He kissed her hands as he held them against his lips. He watched a single
tear fall upon her cheek. He leaned in and brushed his lips gently against her cheek to wipe it away. His head tipped down to rest upon hers. Her heart beat against him and his eyes closed. Silently he prayed her heart belonged to him. His heart belonged to no other.

His Princess was a little bit eclectic, a lot of eccentric, and a big time potty mouth. She was outgoing and loud, but held her friends and family close to her heart. She ranted about everything wrong in the world and her wild passion made him fall hard and fast. His life gave him the middle finger when she opened his eyes to the beauty around him - or right in front of him.
Her ‘Prick-a-Doodle-Do’ was uptight businessman through and through. He never saw the fun in anything and she knew right from the start that she could have fun with this man and get him to open his eyes. He made her see that she didn’t have to always be alone, even when surrounded by people. His knack of bringing out the best in her was what made her fall for him, even if she didn’t want to admit it to herself.
Both of them were raised in ‘high society’, but where one was guided by the rules, one had fun going against them. He was her new boss and she didn’t give two hoots about it, so when she was given an opportunity to express her views about a certain subject, she readily agreed. It was now her personal mission to make the life of her boss a little harder, while experiencing a little fun along the way.

“Bossman, what are my shoes?” I asked and leaned back in my chair to put my feet up on his brand new desk.
“Stilettoes?”
“Wrong, for starters, no one calls them that these days. They’re either pumps or heels. Normally, if they’re designer, you just give people that name. What color is my shirt?”
“Red?” he asked, puzzled at where I was taking this.
“No, it’s burgundy. My hair is also in a low twist to the side, but you’d say that it was a ball of mess on the side of my head. My point is, no female author should write her male lead so . . . girlie. He shouldn’t know what cut her dress is or what the exact shade of her nail polish is, because, putting it simply, men don’t know these things. They don’t want to know. The second real men start showing an interest, their girl will never stop asking for their opinions. All men want to do for an easy life is say ‘Yes, dear’ and scratch their balls while watching a game,” I ranted. All the while his eyes got wider.
“You need to calm down, Princess,” he finally said, but I shook my head.
“But why? As readers, we are basically paying these authors to produce shit work. I don’t want to read that every male character has a monster cock and can give award-winning oral sex. No virgin can deep throat on her first go and the wording, oh my God. Do I really have to read every character announce that they’re coming like a freight train in every sex scene. If the sex is good enough, it should be clear to the reader in the description, not through ‘Incoming orgasm approaching platform three, please stand clear of the gap!’”

Blog Tour for Forget Me Knot, New Release by Ruth Silver

Don’t mess with death.
When Wynter explores his newly developed dark angel powers, regret soon fills his heart and mind. Saving a soul isn’t what he imagined it to be, and it puts the grim reaper he loves in grave danger.
Obligated to take the throne as Queen, Mara must face the truth and unravel secrets she may not be ready to accept.
The second book in the Royal Reaper saga takes you on a paranormal fantasy adventure into a world of grim reapers, dark angels, and undead trucidators.

“Reapers were human once. Young reapers still have their humanity, their innocence. It takes time to adjust to the idea of helping a soul move beyond this world to the next. Do you think it would be easy for a reaper such as your friend Leila to understand that there is a greater evil out there causing death?”
Wynter let out a heavy sigh. Leila. Why did it always come back to her? “So you’re telling me I can’t say anything to Leila about trucidators?” He still didn’t fully understand what they were. How could he tell her anything?
“It would be wise not to scare the woman you care for. It’s not as though she has the ability to see them, like we do. It’s rare for anyone else to see a trucidator.” Juliana gestured for Wynter to follow her into the kitchen. She poured water into the kettle from a jug and placed the pot on a grate above the fire.
Wynter shook his head, growing irritated. “You’re giving me bits and pieces. Nothing that I fully comprehend let alone can do anything with when it comes to knowing how to save a soul.”
“You’re still a child, Wynter. In terms of dark angel years, you were just born. Trucidators are frightening creatures. We barely have the ability to see them, and trust me when I say you don’t want to. They lurk in the shadows; they cause goose bumps in the dark. They’re the reason your hair stands up on your arms or you shiver for no reason.”
“Monsters?” He laughed, finding the whole bit absurd.
“Humans call them demons for lack of a better word. The undead prefer trucidators. They live in an existence between our world and the next plane. They have the ability to travel between the realms, marking lives for death. Usually the lives they mark are deserving of their destiny. Greater evil seeks evil, however, occasionally, trucidators choose a pure soul, and that’s where we come in.”
