Then turns to Mycroft like “Yeah I’m off to surprise John, where’s my coat”

sherlock: i’m going to have to get John to get rid of the beard.

mycroft: that is clearly a moustache.

I’m here for ALL of this. Especially given that Sherlock literally carries handcuffs with him. He definitely knows how to get out of those.
