Self-repost series time! If I titled my stories in the manner of Friends episodes, this story would be “The One with the UFOs and/or Russian Terrorists, Where Sherlock and John Can Only Talk About Their Feelings at Night”. :P This is a post-series 4, a destination story that takes place in the county of Tyne and Wear, on the northeast coast of England. Mycroft sends Sherlock and John on a case to investigate UFO sightings. The problem is that John has just made everything super awkward between them, and now they’re sharing a one-room cottage in the middle of nowhere. Much awkward ensues. Plus a case!

Andy Goldsworthy, meditative ice sculptures
An artist who makes “earthworks”, he collaborates with nature to create sculpture that is serene and meditative, reliant on time and weather, and as much about the material as it is about the making. Goldworthy’s work is abstract yet accessible. We can relate to his use of natural elements and to the simple, yet sophisticated, beauty of his sculpture. His work is site specific, made for and from a place, entirely with tools and materials from the natural environment.
As a dweller of the Canadian prairies, I’m approximately 3000% done with winter and anything to do with it at the moment… but these are absolutely gorgeous!

Do you feel my pain
When you binge watch something and then binge read fanfiction and don’t even remember what’s canon and what’s not
This is 10000/10 why I binge the fanfiction, so I don’t have to care what happened in canon because I don’t remember anyway. I just dip back into canon sometimes because they’re pretty and I like how they look.
I’ve had readers tell me that they’ve now read so much of my stuff that they can’t remember whether something was canon or just in one of my fics and it makes me laugh diabolically! I will continue to flood the fandom will material until we’ve jointly obliterated the canon, mwahaha!
