Heyyy, look at this!! I’ve been sleeping on the job or something and didn’t notice that my story Love Is passed the 30,000 hits mark! I was aware that it was getting close, but it must have crossed that line a day or two ago! This makes my 17th fic out of my current 87 to have attained this milestone! This is a post-series 3 story that deals hard in the theme of unrequited love. John’s head is *quite* firmly lodged up his posterior in this one, but he has a real come-to-Jesus moment (which the companion story, The Things That Matter) shows in depth and it all works out in the end. The basic concept is: Sherlock initiates the conversation about their friendship becoming something more and John turns him down. The angst level of this nearly gave me an ulcer. Enjoy, lol! If you’re responsible for any one of those 30,000 hits on this story, thank you!!! If you liked it, thank you even more, haha!
