When his father dies unexpectedly, Vanya, a self-obsessed playboy, inherits a shady business empire centred around gold and diamond mines in central Africa. His unbridled vanity drives him to do all the right things for all the wrong reasons. Eventually. tragedy catches up with him forcing a reckoning of his motives. (less)
