For no particular reason, I decided to make пирожки today, stuffed with mashed potatoes. Not exactly the healthiest choice, but honestly, sometimes you just need to treat yourself, right? 😋

They turned out pretty great (if I may say so myself)! Anyone else here have a favorite comfort food that’s hard to resist?
