ARTIST'S DESCRIPTIONThis #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by the fact that the mega-corporate Big Business of the Dutch East India Company and how it performed trafficking-in-persons during the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, was very different than how slave trades were performed before it. For one, the Dutch East India Company was the birth of the modern corporation form with the same unlimited money generating potential. For two, lesser slave trades as among the Euro-ethnic and African ethnic tribal groups just didn't operate on that big of a scale, turning the trafficked persons it moved like pure product and no longer human with the same mindset anti-Black corporatists display today.
Another point that's very interesting to me is that once the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade was finally done, the now fabulously wealthy white officers and crews of those great stinking Middle Passage ships stayed on the African continent in communities that would become hundreds of thousands of members deep into the modern day. Since those folk made their obscene legacy fortunes from the insanely lucrative slave trade, one would have to be a damned fool to even briefly entertain that it didn't continue to be the family business. What's more, no one abhors competition and commits to monopolizing markets more than the the whites, so any Black Africans performing slave trade activities certainly would not be doing it on their own behalf. So all this talk of "...who are even now selling each other...!" and even "Arab slave trade" (at most those people are just clients, customers, or low-level middlemen management) is a ridiculous fiction divorced from any kind of reality that we know the white peoples to walk within.

White people control all media, all education institutions, the content of all mainstream entertainment, for the Eurocentric version of his as THE definitive history of the world, and always give people a British accent when they want to shorthand "intelligence, and then wonder why I, as a Black American who knows only English as my native tongue, demonstrate the same brainwashed traits as everyone else in modern society (though I honestly try my best to cut myself loose from that machine).
