Body of Previously Unknown Pharaoh Discovered

Just when it seems little remains to discover of ancient Egypt, an amazing new find comes to light. Researchers are thrilled to have found a new tomb with the bones of a long lost pharaoh named Woseribre Senebkay still inside.

Tomb robbers may have looted most of the tomb's original contents, but there is still much to be excited about. The pharaoh's funeral mask has been found. Also, scientists have pieced the pharaoh's bones back together.

Replica of King Tut's Tomb to Open in Egypt

Visitors to the Valley of the Kings in Egypt will soon be touring a replica of King Tut's tomb rather than the real thing. The installation of an exact copy is now scheduled to begin in January 2014, with an opening to the public expected in April.
