Tattoo Tuesday Featuring Shane 'Swift' Greer
Welcome my special inked guy of the week, Shane GreerI am so thrilled to share him with you all. Check out the ink, the interview and give him a shoutout. Thank him for his service while you're at it, and tell him Lea sent you!
My name is Shane "Swift" Greer and I'm 23 years old and currently serving in the USMC and have been since July 22, 2007. I went to boot camp at MCRD San Diego and graduated there in 3rd Battalion Mike Company then went to SOI to train to become a 0351 "Infantry Assaultman". After completion of SOI I was sent to 1st Battalion 4th Marines Charlie Company. After a long training work up I was sent to Fallujah Iraq for a 7 month deployment. I returned home to start another training cycle for my second deployment which was aboard the USS Peleliu on the 15th MEU "Marine Expeditionary Unit". On this deployment we went to many different countries such as Guam, East Timor, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, and Dubai where I re-enlisted for another 4 years. Once back from the MEU I received orders to 1st Battalion 9th Marines Bravo Company. We deployed to Helmand province Trek Nawa. I was attached to Battalion QRF "quick reaction force" for the deployment which was another 7 months. I am currently stateside still with 1st Battalion 9th Marines Bravo Company.
What was your first tattoo? Does it have meaning to you?
My first tattoo was on my ribs. It is a big picture of the Death Bat from Avenged Sevenfold. This one has some importance cause it was an agreement between me and a close friend of mine that we would get this as soon as I returned from boot camp which we did and of course Avenged Sevenfold rocks!
Do you have any that you regret getting?
Fortunately I do not have any tattoos that I regret just tattoos I learned never to get again but I wouldn't remove any of them as they all have their own story behind them.
Do you have any tattoos (hidden or something like that) that haven't been photographed?
Yes I have one tattoo that isn't visible because its on the inside of my lip saying "ouch".... I still don't know what I was thinking.
Lea Note: Umm, that had me cringing! Ouch is right.
Do you have more tats planned?
I have a lot more actually planned once I EAS from the Marine Corps. I want my neck and hands done as well as my other sleeve and of course to get my current ones I have done either finished or small stuff added.
Do you buy into tattoos being addictive once you start getting them?
I don't cause it is not a drug of some sort but more of a hobby. Some people collect stamps, bugs, and cars but I on the other hand collect tattoos.
What's your plans for the immediate future? Long-term?
My future goals are to not live in a box on the side of the road not saying that's a bad thing if you do it's just not for me "just kidding". I actually plan on getting out and going to college for graphic design and trying to open my own tattoo shop one day and enjoy my life to the fullest.
What's something about yourself that most people don't know?
Something about myself that most people don't know... I like The Notebook that movie is awesome!
Lea Note: and all the ladies went awwww....
If you were a superhero, what would your power be? Your weakness?
If I was a superhero I would like it be along the lines of Spawn with all the chains and such and the costume is pretty sick. My weakness would be women with tattoos.
Quick Questions:
Bottle or can?
Defiantly more of a bottle kinda guy.
Chocolate or vanilla?
I prefer vanilla over chocolate.
Muscle car or motorcycle?
I feel more comfortable on 2 wheels rather than 4
Morning person or night-owl?
Huge night person the daytime is just full of to many responsibilities.

Fondled and Gobbled: Back For More Cover Reveal

Can I just say that I LOVE our Fondled and Gobbled covers. LOVE THEM! Fondled and Gobbled is a set of erotic spoofs. A group of erotic romance authors, me included, took on some of our favorite genres and lovingly poked fun. They are hilarious! Our first two books, F&G: Someone Had To Do It and F&G: Going Back For Seconds, cover so many fun tropes. Science fiction, shifters, Doms, MM... I could go on.The next three books are going to be even better. We've added three new authors, Cara Carnes, Sky Robinson and Justin Whitfield. If you want to hang with the nutjobs, I mean crazies come on over to The Cabal of Hotness blog.
Here's a very short snippet from my story, More Than Enough. It's unedited so forgive any issues. LOL Can you guess what my story is about???
“They have got to be joking. How could they put the ‘On’ switch there? That’s just… so wrong.”
Gerty stood staring at the androids genitals. Why would a company put the on/off switch under the balls? She’d donned gloves and was just trying to get the courage to grab her new employee’s scrotum and press the button.

Danica's Bio:
Danica Avet was born and raised in the wilds of South Louisiana (that would be somewhere around Houma) where mosquitoes are big enough to carry off small children and there are only two seasons: hot and hotter. With a BA in History, she figured there were enough fry cooks in the world and decided to try her hand at writing.Danica is the lucky pet of a compulsively needy dog and two cats. The pitter-patter of little feet has been known to make her break out into a cold sweat.Writing is how she gives the voices in her head a way out. When she isn’t writing, working or contemplating the complexities of the universe, she spends time gathering inspiration from her insane family, reads far more than any sane person would want to, and watches hot burly men chase an oblong ball all over a field.

Demystifying the Male- 17

Ramrod: My toolbox. It was not just any toolbox, it was one of the huge mechanic roll away toolbox I bought for a previous job. My current job at the time didn't require me to have tools so I had brought it home. One day we got frisky in the garage and I put her up on the box and we started going at it. It was almost 3 feet deep and 6 feet long so we had plenty of room on top of it. With the wheels unlocked it gets a nice rocking motion when you get going. When the box is rocking don't come a knocking. I eventually got a job where I took my tools to work and every now and then I would grin when I would go to my toolbox to grab something. I have since traded that one in, so I Will have to break in my new roll away someday soon.
Brian: I am all about the ready whip in bed. Love when a woman uses it while sucking a mean dick.
Vile: I have used a lot of stuff from the kitchen, it is a turn on to Arianna when I use different objects. Like the small round bottle of steak sauce. I have a couple of plastic spoons with round handles, lets not forget the almighty cucumber, which everyone at one time or another has used. mostly small bottles. If it looks like it will fit, I will use it. I love watching things slide in and out of a pussy. Just watching the lips fold in and out is a huge turn on.
Lea Note: I love kitchen utensils, too. The only thing here I'd note is that if someone wants to get brave with bottles, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure that the tops aren't sharp.
Jose: I never fucked in a garage yet, surprisingly. In the kitchen counter, chair, and table have been (not at my house thou).
2. If I had elephantiasis would I let them hack on my nuts?
Ramrod: Fuck yah I would, fix them babies and if you can't, replace them with some stainless steel balls so they clang as I walk. That way you can hear me coming as I am walking down the hall. When I set off the metal detector at the airport, I can say it is because I have balls of steel so don't fuck with me. If they don't believe me, I will slap a refrigerator magnet to them to prove it.
Scott: Oh I would definitely take the surgery. Life and all the experiences that go along with it aren't worth the health risks associated with that type of medical condition.
Vile: Fucking ouch I saw that shit. One the pain would be unbearable. Two life without sex, how the fuck does that work. Man I would call a doctor so fast. Yup cut me, fix me. What woman would want to give head.
Jose: You gotta do what you need to do to fix my nuts!!! That shit must be fixed!!! MUST MUST MUST !!!!
Brian: Well i would definitely have that taking care of. I couldn't live life walking around like that. I wouldn't put my kids threw that. I know it is nothing that is anyone's fault but i would rather not have anyone to be like that. It's a shame that someone would want to walk around carrying his sack like that.
3. What are your thoughts on vaginal sex during a woman's period? Yes? No?
Ramrod: Interrupt blowjob week to grab my surfboard so I can go ride the Crimson wave. Sure. I can always take a shower after or we could just do it in the shower. The problem is most women don't feel like sex from discomfort or they just don't feel sexy because of it in general. I am not turned off by it, if anything I am turned on a little more, you have extra lubrication down there. If I do the timing right and beat the full fire works show, the hormones make it some of the best pussy eating ever. It just changes how the foreplay works is all. The plus side for you is Having an orgasm releases endorphins that helps with the pain of cramping.
Scott: I personally only feel it's something I'm comfortable enough with with the woman I could call my one and only. That kind of trust only exists like that.
Jose: I have before but i aint a fan of it. Don’t float my boat, had a episode of that over weekend when me and my cuz went to do a London bridge.
Brian: I am only ok with it being with the woman i am committed too. I could not do that with anyone else. I can wait a for aunt flow to leave to get mine. I have before in the past. I believe its acceptable in the shower and that's it.
Vile: My thoughts are yes, it does wash off. I know it bothers a lot of women for what ever reason, that is all good as well. Just bust out a towel, fuck in the shower. The only thing I refuse to do is eat pussy during that time. I do not plan on getting my red wings at any time. I am not going down and coming up looking like the joker in a Batman movie.
I also like to fuck while the female has a temperature. Yes guys if you have not, you need to hit it. The pussy is so hot. I am telling you. Now I am not talking about her being in the hospital hooked up to a ventilator, at home. Take a 10 minute ride. It is an incredible feeling.

CBP Presents- Grammar Goggles
[image error] That All-Important Second Look
Whether just starting out or an experienced author, looking to break into a new market or planning to self-publish, Grammar Goggles can help you polish your manuscript and take it to the next level.
Just Wanna Hang with my Peeps
The other day someone asked me an interesting question. Why, she said, would she bother with an editor when she had two awesome critique partners and a slew of people begging to Beta read for her? My answer was to the point and took her aback, I think:
Expertise, with a heaping helping of honesty.
She was expecting the ‘expertise’ bit, but not the honesty. I hope it made her think, carefully, about the roll critique partners and Beta readers play, and what editors should be offering.
For the most part your crit partners and Beta readers are your “peeps”. They’re in your corner, on your side, wanting to make you feel good and keep writing. Yes, if you’re lucky, they’ll be honest with you but, for the most part, they don’t want to hurt your feelings. You’ll probably get comments like, “You know, I can’t get into your heroine, for some reason,” or, “the scene when the protagonist meets the doctor just doesn’t sound right.” Really? Okay. You go back, look at the heroine or the scene, fiddle a bit, and hope you’ve fixed the problem. Have you? Only the Shadow knows.
Editors, on the other hand, are in your employ. If they see something grammatically incorrect, they’ll not only point it out but also give ideas on how to fix it. They’re supposed to notice if your character’s eye color changes partway through the story, or if your hero goes from wearing a suit to jeans within the same scene. Most importantly, you’re paying them to be utterly and completely honest. Rather than say your heroine isn’t sympathetic, they’ll tell you why. Instead of just saying a scene isn’t working they’ll try to figure out the reason, help you to decide whether you need to get rid of it all together or if, and how, it can be fixed.
I don’t want to sound mean, because really I’m not, but I’m not being paid to be a friend. Authors I work with need to remember why they sent me money, which is to help make their books shine. I’ll do everything in my power to make that happen, but sometimes it ain’t pretty. Sometimes the comments fill the margin and jump into a separate box because they just go on, and on. I’m not trying to tear you down or make you cry. I’m just doing my job the best I can. With all the expertise I possess and all the honesty I can muster.
On the other hand, if you read your editor’s notes and feel as though you’ve just got a reprimand from the principal, I suggest quietly looking for another. It’s also not the editor’s job to chastise or judge, and unprofessional comments are unacceptable. Honesty? Yes. Expertise? Of course. That’s what you pay for. Tact should come free of charge.
So keep your critique partners well-fed and happy, thrill your Beta readers by letting them see that new work-in-progress, but remember why you have them and why you pay an editor to take that second look.
My main focus is on grammar and line editing but my rates also include low-level content editing, where I make note of any questions regarding continuity, pacing and story line. These services are built into the charge since I know, from experience, I can't see problems in those areas without making mention of them.

Big Cocks and Shamrocks Bloghop
Welcome to theBig Cocks and Shamrocks Giveaway Hop

Thanks to Close Encounters with the Night Kind and Read Between the Lines for helping us with this hop.
I'm a proud member of the Cabal of Hotness, a group of crazy, neurotic, absolutely hilarious erotic romance authors working together to corrupt the world... one reader at a time.

We've just released our first two volumes of Fondled and Gobbled, a set of spoofy parody erotic stories. The perfect man—with the imperfect cock and oral skills. The Dom who isn’t a dom, and the man who proves it to him. The alien with dessert-flavored semen and three cocks. The older man (a kajillionaire with a penthouse in Seattle…) who has limitless ability to come all night with his naïve little virgin. A woman on a diet who craves a feast of meat and finds herself five Broadshaft Brothers who can deliver. If you’re looking for the perfect romance with the perfect hero and heroine, this isn’t it! This is a series of spoofs, parodies, just-for-fun lighthearted take-offs. It’s for all us longtime, hard-core romance readers who can laugh at the clichés, purple prose and “suspend your disbelief” plot devices that haunt our beloved favorite genre.

Thoughts of the submissive nature
I don't often put my life out there in the open. Sure, I talk about superficial things, but nothing that really means a lot to me. Some know that I'm a confessed submissive. Less know that I live the lifestyle when possible.
Anyway, this came to me last night. If you don't understand or agree with D/s relationships don't worry, I won't judge you if you won't judge me.
Sir, I have a million questions for you tonight.
What are you doing?
Why can't we- *snick*
I love the feel of the collar, Sir.
It calms me.
Sir, I have a thousand questions for you tonight.
What do you want me to do?
Should I- *snick*
I can think when you put on my cuffs.
It calms me.
Sir, I have a hundred questions for you tonight.
How should I act or behave?
Should I- *snick*
My mind is finally still.
It calms me.
Sir, I have one question for you tonight.
What can I do to serve you?
That, right there is my mind. Nothing pulls me from the gerbils running in the mental wheels like being restrained.

It calms me.
Sir, I have one question for you tonight.
What can I do to serve you?
That, right there is my mind. Nothing pulls me from the gerbils running in the mental wheels like being restrained.

Tattoo Tuesday- Featuring Dominic Dasinger
Do I have a treat for you this week!
Welcome Dominic Dasinger...
Dominic is German and Varg is Norwegian.
Lea Note: might explain the awesomeness?!
I did most of my growing up in Colorado. I was a football player and quarterback throughout school. But, I never really hung out with one group. Kinda hung out with all the clicks in school. Being a military brat and moving a lot helped to instill in me at a young age that family/blood came first. My brothers and I always had each other. I wanted to join military growing up but when it came time I was tired of moving. Instead I decided to serve my country by Law Enforcement. Was S.W.A.T. for about 10 years doing operations from basic search warrants to hostage rescue. I've seen a lot of horrible things in that time but hoped I made a difference in someone's life.
I do everything I can with my family now, they are my world. My lil girl and boy are going to grow up quick. I volunteer to read books at their school, take toys and visit with mentally handicapped children... it's things like that, that make life worth living.
Other than that most of my time is occupied by bodybuilding, hand to hand combat training, and shooting guns. Never could let the warrior aspect of my life go.
Don't chase your dreams, stalk them. So sayeth the Reaper.
What was your first tattoo? Does it have meaning to you?My first tattoo was a tribal eagle on my left shoulder blade and its meaning was to represent the United States. I plan on having a tribal tattoo for every country I visit. I have always wanted to travel the world. I love meeting all types of people.
Do you have more tats planned?Oh, yes I plan on getting a tribal wolf for visiting Canada, a tribal scorpion for going to Israel, and then I need a tribal tattoo for Mexico. Any ideas? I'm open to suggestions. I have a trip planned next year to Spain and I want a tribal bull :)
Lea Note: Me thinks he's going to need more skin for all these tats... or perhaps they can be placed in fun places...
Do you buy into tattoos being addictive once you start getting them?No...well um maybe :)
Lea note: sorry I was tracing the path of that water... Wait, I have a better one of water...
Not what you were expecting? How about this one??
That's the one you wanted, isn't it?! Look again I know you want to. Take your time. Go on, I can wait...
What's your plans for the immediate future? Long-term?In the immediate future I am relocating to the beach in Gulf Shores, AL. I will be moving there in the next couple of months and concentrating on my bodybuilding career and fitness modeling. Long term plans are to continue to grow to be a better husband to my wife and a better father to my little boy and little girl. They are my world.
What's something about yourself that most people don't know?Hmm...I guess it doesn't matter now, most court cases are over. I worked for a sheriff's department for some years. I worked as an undercover agent buying drugs and guns for three years and then spent the remaining time as a S.W.A.T. officer performing operations from hostage rescue to executing search warrants on homes.
If you were a superhero, what would your power be? Your weakness?I have always wanted to be Superman :) So flying and super human strength would be my super powers. My weakness would be Wonder Woman, my fav female comic heroine, she's hot! Another weakness might be Froot Loops, because that is my weakness now. Love me a bowl of Froot Loops before I go to bed.
Bottle or can?Bottle (Corona)Chocolate or vanilla?StrawberryMuscle car or motorcycle?Harley Davidson motorcycle
Morning person or night-owl?Morning person...love watching the sun come up over the horizon of the ocean.

Newest Acceptance with Ellora's Cave- Wired in Sin
Mornin'. I've been sitting on this news for a few weeks awaiting the go-ahead to send in my contract. But, now that I've done that....
I have news!
My newest acceptance with Ellora's Cave is called 'Wired in Sin'.
Victoria is a ‘made’ succubus. She fights her nature and hates having to feed off of others to survive. She has founded a company, SIN Incorporated, that uses magic and technology to give succubi and incubi a way to feed without actually touching anyone. Phone sex has never been so intimate.
Vic finds that after a meeting in which she senses her mate, she can’t let the thought go that she should have made contact. Fear and frustration holds her back. Memories of men she’s killed and her own attack keep her from pursuing the one man made to be hers.
Dominick isn’t going to sit back and wait for Victoria to come to her senses. He bribes a friend, Gynger, into getting him on Victoria’s list of clients. He woos her with gifts but will that be enough to win her and make her overcome her fears?
Here's a little unedited snippet (which means you can't hold the editing against me!)
“I’m not laughing at anything. Knock much? Do you often just wander into someone’s apartment without the decency of ringing their doorbell?” “Don’t get all haughty with me, Vic. I did ring, and I knocked. You’ve been sitting there for over five minutes staring into nothing. I was going to throw something at you, but thought better of it.” Vic watched a shadow of concern move across her friend’s face. “Come on, you have to stop this. He’s not going to hurt you, but you can’t know who he is yet. You’d eat him alive and spit out his bones before giving him a chance.” “Really… you think I’m mad at you because of him? Oh, Gyn, you don’t know me very well do you?” “Victoria. I’ve known you for fifty years. I can tell you that you bite the corner of your left pinky nail when you’re nervous. You roll your eyes every time someone calls you baby. You have a bad habit of mumbling nonsense in your sleep, and I know you are running scared from your feelings about this male. I know you, hon. I know you’ve kept yourself frozen behind your walls of indifference. Come out, even if it’s for a little bit. Vic, I’ve missed you. The girls miss you. Hiding from everyone isn’t going to make your life better.” Victoria wanted to argue that she wasn’t hiding, but she knew that would be a lie. She’d been hiding for most of her succubus existence, and not only from the men she serviced. That didn’t mean that she’d be crawling into bed with another man, though. She’d made sure that she would never have to do that again. Her demon side now could feed in the comfort of her apartment without all the messy attachment that came from real sex. Why would she give that up? The anonymous donors of their lustful energy never wanted anything else from her. But, you never get anything extra from them either. She sighed and wanted to bury the little voice that was becoming louder with each passing day. “I know I’ve been a bear the last few years. I never meant for it to affect our friendship.” She sighed and ran her hands through her hair, pulling slightly to focus her thoughts. “I’m sorry. Look, I just don’t want to get my hopes up over some guy who doesn’t even know me.” “But he wants to, Vic. Really, he wants to know you, and not just in the sexual stuff.” “Sure he does, just like all the other clients I have. Don’t you ever get sick of being someone else, Gyn? Doesn’t it get to you that they don’t really make love to you? They don’t crave you. They crave whatever female they have in their heads. I don’t even know if I’m actually seeing myself anymore when I look in the mirror. I become so many other females each night.” Victoria couldn’t hide from the pain in her voice. She knew she was admitting to far more than she ever wanted to, but perhaps it was time to face her fears and hatred of what they did.
