Doubtful Sound Tour - Kristiansand review
We had a special evening with Kelvin; as he was sharing his poetry we were taken on a journey through our emotions and around the world. Suddenly we were touched by a young girl caught in trafficking, next moment we where in Scotland and then on a bus drive on a small island. I had a sense that on this journey we all was touched by joy, laughter and sadness.Tove & Torbjørn Sannes

Ian RankinOrion
[Loaned second-hand paperback]
A good 'Inspect Rebus' read, but not one of his best books. Though the ending was good I found it quite slow going at the start. I never seem to tire from reading Rankin's murky tales from Edinburgh's back alleys.

Doubtful Sound Tour - Levanger review
Kelvin Fowler was just something else! To host one of his gigs, as a Sunday service in our church, was just brilliant. I watched people go from "is this church?" to really paying attention to his poems and stories of life. We all left with a nice mixture of what life is about! And that's a good Sunday service, isn't it? Olav Heggvik

Doubtful Sound Tour - Ålesund review
"Having Kelvin come and share his poetry was a superb twist of humour and earnestness. In a typically noisy venue, Kelvin was able to captivate the audience into an attentive silence. His experiences in life are formed in a multitude of witty lines, meeting his audience in heart and mind. It is always nice to meet someone who refreshes the atmosphere around them, and we at Lyspunktet Café were grateful to host such a man." Jonathan Westwood

Coffee, oatcakes & Aisha Duo are all seeking refuge in the overcrowded overworded confines of my noggin.
