Cover reveal: Stockholm Syndrome
Hi all,
It's here - TEB's wonderful cover artist has done her usual magic and created this fantastic cover for my upcoming release Stockholm Syndrome - don't forget, pre-order is on July 5th, release date on July 19th, and availability from all big distributors August 16th.
So, here it is
Daniel Eames is a bodyguard. Usually assigned to protecting politicians, he has fallen out of his boss’s good books after getting too close to his last charge’s son but when rising Hollywood star and Academy Award nominee Bryan McTiernan receives peculiar letters and requires the best possible protection, Dan is put on the job. While he agrees that the letters are more than harmless fan mail, he finds it impossible to narrow down his suspicions and Bryan isn’t helping by alternately seducing and irritating the hell out of him. Against his better judgement, Dan falls for Bryan’s manipulations, but the more he gets to glimpse behind the façade of the young actor, the more he realises that something in Bryan’s past has a strong hold over him. While both Dan and Bryan are aware of this, neither sees the full extent of his fixation. With the help of Gabe, a fellow bodyguard and friend, Dan pursues different theories and even hires a private investigator to learn about Bryan’s well-hidden past. What he discovers has the potential to destroy more than just a promising career and in the end, Bryan has to make a choice—allow for his past fixation to take him hostage again or run away and into Dan’s open arms?

Special: Clair de Lune interviews Jane Scott
Hi all
Welcome to a special event on my blog today. My dear friend and fellow author Clair de Lune has tracked down her character Jane Scott from "Initiation," "Learning to Live with her Master," and "A Shock for Master Angus." They needed a space to sit down and chat in silence and of course I was delighted to hand over the keys to my blog. Here you go, honey~S
Clair de Lune: Welcome Jane. Do come in and sit down. It's been such a long time since we talked.Jane : That's true. We haven't spoken alone since the beginning of "Initiation." I have something to tell you about Fiona*. Clair de Lune: Excuse me Jane but that was the doorbell. I will be right back.

Clair de Lune: There is someone here who wants to speak to you, Jane.Jane: Master, what are you doing here? Master Angus: You didn't think that you could leave me behind did you mo run? Jane (giggling) No, not really. Master. Clair de Lune: Well, being as you are here Master Angus. Do you want to be interviewed too?Master Angus: It all depends what you want to ask me Clair, my dear.Clair de Lune: Shall we start with some tea and chocolate orange marble cake? I have orange blossom tea too. Jane: How lovely. I'd love some tea.Clair de Lune: Tea for you too, Master Angus? I do have some Cardhu.Master Angus: I will just have tea and cake thank you. I have to go to work later. It wouldn't do to arrive smelling of whisky.Clair de Lune: My readers are curious about you Jane. They want to know more about you. Would you mind answering some questions? Jane: No of course not. I know how fond you are of your readers, anything to help.Clair de Lune: Will you tell us a little about yourself? Jane: I'm a retired teacher. I loved my job and enjoyed teaching the young people. Some of them have become friends and we keep in touch still. I lost my first husband a few years ago. I was angry and resentful that he left me. He always said he wouldn't be able to cope without me but when he died I was lost too. I couldn't sleep, so I took refuge in reading. Many of the books I bought for my Kindle were about BDSM. I enjoyed them, and became curious about the lifestyle. I remembered that my friend, Jenny, now engaged to Master Prometheus, was a member of a club and I persuaded her to take me one night. There I met a fascinating Scot. (snort from Master Angus) Well you did fascinate me, Master. Right from the very first time I set eyes on you. We fell in love and married. The only person who wasn't happy for us was Jessica. She hated me from the start because of Master's interest in me. She'd wanted him for herself and couldn't bear it when he chose me. She was younger and prettier than me too. (Warning growl from Master Angus) Well you must admit she was.Master Angus: I will admit no such thing. She was stick thin and you, my darling are curvy. I love curves and especially your curves.Jane: Yes I know you do but you're making me blush. Now hush and let me answer Clair's questions.Clair de Lune: Did you live happily ever after?Jane: (Looking down and blushing) Well no, not really. I had a lot of issues to work through. Master was very patient and helped me a lot. I thought that I knew enough about BDSM and could handle things, but really I didn't. Master had to be very patient with me. I lost my temper and was disrespectful. I often challenged him. I made him unhappy and he had to punish me. I had a really bad accident because I ran from him when I ought to have waited and asked him what was going on. A woman from his past came to the house and pretended he was in love with her.Master Angus: I don't like to think about that incident at all. I almost lost you and it still frightens me. Mo run you never made me unhappy. You hadn't been in the lifestyle long and so it was very natural for you to challenge what you didn't really understand. Now I think we have worked through all that, and it has brought us even closer. I am so very lucky to have you in my life.Jane: We are both lucky to have found each other.Clair de Lune: I am sure you are. My readers love your stories and are always asking when the next one will be released. Master Angus you are a bit of a hero to many ladies. (Another snort from Master Angus)Jane: That's only right, Master. I do hope those ladies realise you are spoken for. Clair de Lune: Tell us a little about where you live, Jane.Jane: Sheffield is a city in South Yorkshire. It used to have a thriving steel industry and is famous for its cutlery. It has two football teams, soccer for your American readers. Sean Bean is from Sheffield and he is an avid supporter of the Blades, as Sheffield United is called. I understand your son, Clair, supports Sheffield Wednesday. Clair de Lune: Yes he does and has done since he was a boy. I used to work in Sheffield myself you know.Jane: So I understood. It's a beautiful city. It's very hilly but close to the Yorkshire Dales and the Peak District. I like Sheffield and our house overlooks open countryside. I'd love to live in Scotland. Master has taken me there a few times and when he retires we will probably buy a house in the highlands.

* * * **Fiona appears in "Fiona's Two Masters," she marries Master Angus's two nephews, Alexander and Ruari Scott.
A Shock for Master Angus releases on June 18th and is available to pre-order at a discount: www.bookstrand.com/a-shock-for-master... You can find all books by Clair de Lune on www.bookstrand.com/clair-de-lune or check out her website: www.clairdelunebooks.co.uk

Release Day Special: Sorry Bro by Genevieve Bergeron
Hi all,
It's Friday, which means it's release day at Total-E-Bound. This week it's talented new author Genevieve Bergeron's turn - please give her a warm welcome!
Hello Gen, thanks for being my guest today. Please sit down and have a glass of wine - I'm afraid it comes straight from a bottle, but it will have to do to get us started on
The business ones
Please give us a short introduction about yourselfHi there! My name is Gen Bergeron, I’m 25, I live in Washington, DC, and I LOVE boxed wine. By day, I’m a communications manager for a national non-profit organization, and by night, I write steamy romances, articles for professional journals and short stories of all genres.
What genre(s) do you write in and why?In the romance/erotica world, I’m still a new(ish) author—my current release, Sorry, Bro , is only my second novella—so I’ve had occasion to write one M/F and one M/M/M. When I compare the two, I have to say I had an absolute blast experimenting with M/M erotica, and I’m brainstorming more M/M stories. While both are contemporary works, I’m open to other genres—science fiction and fantasy, especially!
Tell us about your latest releaseSorry, Bro, is volcanic M/M/M erotic romance. But Sorry, Bro, isn’t about sex—no, that’s just one of the perks of Sorry, Bro’s larger discussion of how American society views male-male friendship and M/M romance.A twenty-something "straight" guy, Bryce, the main character, is experiencing somewhat of an existential crisis, questioning his life decisions (read: sexuality). Once Tim, an old crush from high school, shows up, Bryce starts thinking twice about whether he's really "straight," and if not, what that might mean for their friendship. Along the way, Bryce, who's a nurse, experiments sexually with a surgeon at his hospital, then has to come to terms with both his sexuality and his feelings for Tim. In a way, Sorry, Bro is an exploration of the destructive effect denying one's true self can have on relationships. It's pretty gritty stuff, but scorching at the same time.
Do you need a special setting to write in or do you have a ceremony to get you in the mood? What does it look like?As a writer, I know procrastination comes with the territory. To avoid it, I have to sit down in a dark room and set the timer on my phone. In other words, I force myself to set aside uninterrupted writing time. Often, I’ll also wear earplugs to stave off any sound save for the thoughts bouncing around inside my head.
Describe your feelings when you learnt that your first book was accepted for publicationElated. I thought, “I’m really getting somewhere as writer!” Becoming a “real” writer was always my childhood dream, and I’m thrilled to see my dreams coming true.
Has the release of your first book changed anything in your personal life? If so, what?My life has always been work, work, work. If anything, adding erotica writing into the mix has led me to be even busier!
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration? Simple. Be careful what you say or do around me. You may see yourself as a character in one of my stories or novels!
Who is your favourite character and why?So far, Tim, one of the three main characters in Sorry, Bro, my latest release. Tim is so in love with Bryce, the protagonist, that he follows him from New York to New Orleans just to be near him. Yet, Tim is also prepared to be disappointed if Bryce rejects him. I think this is what’s so special about Tim’s love—he’d be willing to sacrifice his own happiness for Bryce’s, if that’s what were to happen. In that sense, I think I also avoided characterizing Tim as an obsessive creep (which would not have been sexy).
Your favourite drink and food when writingOh, I am lame. String cheese and coffee or tea.
The nosy ones
How much of the real “you” is in your stories?More than I’d like to admit, which you’ll see if you read both my bio and either Hyperpersonal, Hypersexual or Sorry, Bro. Funnily enough, both stories take place in cities and on college campuses where I got my degrees! I’ll leave you guessing about any other details!
Have you ever had a crush on a fictional character? Who was it?I’m almost afraid to say, as I’m sure you get this answer all the time. Mr. Darcy!
What’s the silliest error in a book you’ve submitted?I’ve got a good one for this. I had choreographed an M/M/M scene for Sorry, Bro and didn’t have enough time to proof as closely as I would have liked. My Total E-Bound editor later pointed out that I had flipped around who was penetrating whom between paragraphs. I was so embarrassed!
Who is your least favourite of the characters you’ve written? Why?Filler characters are the toughest for me because I never have enough time to develop them. I’m talking friends and exes, etc. Tatum, Bryce’s girlfriend in Sorry, Bro, wasn’t well-developed, but she did serve her purpose. With that said, she’s thoroughly and satisfyingly un-likeable.
The steamiest scene from your booksThe scorching M/M/M sex at the end of Sorry, Bro. You’ll have to give it a read for more details. :)
Favourite comfort food?Red beans and rice. Yes, I’ve spent a lot of time in New Orleans.
The fast ones
Favourite colour?GreenDog or cat?DogCoffee or tea? Both, at the same time.Quickie or candles?Candles, definitely—as long as they don’t burn down the house.Hunky or chunky? Both? Too many muscles are, inexplicably, a turnoff for me, but he can be solid and hunky at the same time, right?Suit & tie or jeans & boots?Jeans and boots! /swoonsWalk in the park or chat over cocktails?Alcohol is a conversational lubricant. Vodka. But not tequila. Never tequila! Thank you so much for the interview, Gen! Let's take a look at Sorry, Bro now, which I've already read and thoroughly enjoyed, btw
Book blurb:Still aching from the mistakes and denials of his past, this ER nurse could heal anyone but himself…until now.

Tuesday Teaser: Beverly Price
Hi all,
Today's Tuesday Teaser is a very busy lady. Reading her about makes me wonder how she finds the time to write at all, but she obviously does, and that's a good thing. Ladies & Gents, please welcome Beverly Price!
Hi Beverly, glad you're here today. Please grab a glass of this yummy Cabernet, sit back and make yourself comfortable. Let's start with
The business ones
Please give us a short introduction about yourself:
I am married to my wonderful husband for 10 years now. We have four wonderful children ages 9,7,6, and 16 months. I just finished getting my MBA in Dec 2012 and live in a small town in North Florida.
What genre(s) do you write in and why?
I write erotic Romances in that are cowboys/BDSM. I write these type of books because the hot men run in my head and tell me dirty thoughts. LOL, okay seriously I write them because it’s fun. Tell me what honest person would not want to spend their day writing about hot sexy men doing so many dirty, naughty and delicious things to their little toys?
Tell us about your latest release:
In my latest release we head back over to Lucky Montana. Piper is a secret romance author whose normal day job was a manager of a spa, but when her only luck runs out again, she turns to her best friends Sam for help. Soon Piper moves in with Sam in Lucky.
Milo gets out of the Marine Corp and head home to see his sister, but comes face to face with Piper who he remembers as a weird kids. Through more strings of bad luck Milo finds he is very interested in Piper. Soon the two of them hit it off, but an unpleasant blast from the past shows up and Piper is once again out. Wonder what will happen next. Read it and find out. heheh
Describe your feelings when you learnt that your first book was accepted for publication:
When I put in my first book, I assumed it would take about two months to hear back. I remember my daughter doing some weird braid thing to my hair and my phone pinged with the sound of incoming mail. So I pull up the program and there was the email. I opened it and said they wanted to publish my book. I wasn’t sure this was correct to I got up and went to the computer and reread the email. I think I actually cried. I have never wanted anything so much. I have always been the person in the back helping others get to the top, and for once this was all about me. What I had done all on my own. It hit me then, that I am more! I am more than just the mom sitting playing on the computer, I am more than the wife, I am more than a daughter. I am now an author and I did it! And I will do it again. So now I tell my kids to always strive to be more!
Has the release of your first book changed anything in your personal life? If so, what?
It changed me for the better. I grew up military and had always had an open mind, but this opened me up to a whole new world of possibilities. I speak with people every day that are interested in what I am working on next. I have met people who I feel connect to me better than some of the people I use to call friends. It gives me the chance to write more, and it pushes me to do better the next book, and then the next. I like challenges and this does it for me.
Where do you find inspiration?
I find inspiration everywhere. I live in a small town so some of my characters are based off of things I have seen or heard. I like to look at people and wonder what their stories are. I use to play a game with my grandpa when I was little. We would sit by the dock and watch the people walk by. We would create a story on what we saw. Now I was only child then so my ideas were more like ice creams and candy filled.
Who is your favourite character and why?
I love Sam. She is very loyal and always there. She is not a main character on these two books, but she plays a vital role in Piper and Milo’s life.
A favourite line from one of your books:
When Old man Winter’s asks Piper about her injury. “You get bit by them Sasquatches? They leave a nasty infection if they do. I recommend pouring whisky on it. Helps clean out any infections they might infect you with”
Your favourite drink and food when writing:
I am very typical when it comes to some of the other authors I know. I love to write with a large glass of red wine and some dark chocolate. It’s a perfect combination and really allows my imagination to run wild.
Yep - red wine and chocolate, the best combination ever! So have another glass and let's move on to
The nosy ones
How much of the real “you” is in your stories?
I say there are bits and pieces of me in each book, and that about all I can really say on that. hehehe
Have you ever had a crush on a fictional character? Who was it?
Oh my gosh, have you read Unlucky yet? Milo is so fricken hot! He makes me turn into a puddle of goo just thinking about him.
What’s the silliest error in a book you’ve submitted?
Well it was caught in editing, but through a section in Unlucky, I kept call the female the wrong name and it was the male. It sounded really bad when the male and male got together and they are brothers. Yup... my bad!
Who is your least favourite of the characters you’ve written? Why?
I dont like Jessie! She is such a bitch. But she needed to be.
The steamiest scene from your books?
In the books that you have read, it would be in Unlucky were Piper is bedridden and toys are brought into play. I love toys!
Favourite comfort food?
Lasagna... And I make a mean one to boot!
Ooh, lasagna - goes well with red wine... Here's another glass to get us through
The fast ones
Favourite colour? Plum
Dog or cat? Cat
Coffee or tea? Coffee
Quickie or candles? I love candles!
Hunky or chunky? Hunky, duh..lol
Suit & tie or jeans & boots? Damn, that’s tough But suit in ties is such a turn on if done right!
Walk in the park or chat over cocktails? Park... No one to see what might happen next..hehehe
Thanks for the interview, Beverly! Let's take a look at your wonderful new book now (I have to say, the guy on the cover looks strangely familiar...)

Piper Andrews is a secret romance author who has had nothing but bad luck all her life. Making a decision she hopes is the best, she moves in with her friend Sam, who lives in the small town of Lucky, Montana. Picking up what is left of her life, Piper is determined to finally get the luck in life she craves. However when a secret crush reappears, Piper is overcome with desire and for once in her life unsure what to do next.
Just out of the Marine Corps, Milo decides to make a new start with family and friends in his hometown of Lucky. Trying to keep his past in his past, he ends up running face to face with a fiery redhead who turns his world upside down. The downfall is that she is his sister’s best friend. Will Milo put away his fears to finally give in to the desires he now has for her?

Author bio:
As a person who does believe in love at first sight, it was easy to find romance where ever I went. I

I was never much of a writer in school. I enjoyed mostly poems, but anything longer never held my interest. When I decided to go back to school I learned that writing can be therapeutic. With my MBA complete, my time was spent watching the grass grow. Then, a friend challenged me to actually write a book better than the one she was reading. I toyed with the idea, and now here I am today. I have found a hidden passion that allows my wild side to come out while keeping the romance together. I would love to hear from all of you.
