I’ll be without power soon enough. It’s a mad dash to get everything as charged as possible and enough propane and gas to keep things heated.

Started snowing 10 hours ago and we have a little more than a foot already and it’s still coming down.

I know people in other parts of the country laugh at 12-15” of snow but around here in the backwords of the midwest that fucks some shit up. We’re not prepared for the snow on the roads, people have no experience driving in the weather and every toothless jackass in a 4-wheel drive truck thinks he’s Iron-Man and causes more accidents than ice and snow combined. Did I mention that the ice causes trees to fall and branches to snap which takes out power lines right and left and then leaves me in the dark?

Here come the dark ages.
