...The Perfect Song For Days When You're Feeling Ugly Has Arrived
We know that just like us, you also have days when you just feel like crap. Days like those can't be avoided, especially when you're a bit PMS-y. But know this, Candy Girls, the voices in your head that tell you you're not enough or that you're not as beautiful as you think you are are all lies. My style. It varies, but my number one key to dressing up is comfort. One day you'll see me in skirts, another in sneakers. I also opt for basics because they never go out of style and can be paired with anything!
Shopping faves. I shop anywhere, but most of my favorite pieces can be found at Forever 21, Zara, Bershka, Mango, and H&M. I also love shopping at American Eagle and Papaya when I'm in the States.
Style icon. Most of my style icons are fashion bloggers. I personally like Wendy Nguyen, a blogger from the States, for her versatility and effortless style. I also like Vern Enciso and Aileen Clarisse.
Style influence. Reading blogs and magazines. When I'm bored, you can see me flipping through the colorful pages of fashion magazines. I can also say my mom was a big influence–she's a fashion designer.
Closet colors. Black, white, brown, and nude! You can also find pastels in there as well.
Fave accessory. It would probably be Disney's Elsa's Frozen Snowflake ring in which I got for my 18th birthday from my dad.
Never wearing. Heel-less pumps and printed leggings.
Trend return. Halter tops and denim skirts! They were one of my favorite pieces to wear growing up
Best bargain. A $2 pair of blue jeans from Old Navy. They still perfectly fit me even if I've gained a little weight through the years.
Vintage love. A Louis Vuitton bag. It was my mom's first bag and she had it when she was in college. These are one of my favorite hand-me-downs!
From Our Readers: To The One I Thought Was The One, But Was Really Just One
We were each other's almost. I liked you when you had someone, you liked me when I finally decided to move on from you. We were the perfect case of bad timing, and me saying this is quite unexpected, since I ultimately believe that there is no perfection in this world.

5 Everyday Problems That Dont Seem That Bad After Watching The Martian
The best movies inspire us, make us laugh, and help us put things into perspective. Ticking all those boxes is The Martian, a story about astronaut Mark Watney who's left behind in Mars after being presumed dead due to a dust storm. He wakes up alone, with nothing but limited supplies and his wits and optimism. This isn't your typical space drama—Mark perseveres against all odds but also finds the humor and beauty in his predicament. It got us thinking about the problems we face on an ordinary day here on earth, and how they don't seem that awful in the grand scheme of things.

...This Facebook Update Is Getting Us Excited To Change Our Profile Photos
Better brace yourselves for a lot of movement on Facebook soon, and by movement we mean animated images. Yesterday, the world's leading social networking site announced its plans of rolling out a looping video option for its profile pictures in the mobile app—which kind of reminds us of Snapchat, TBH, where you snap a video of yourself for your display image. ...From Our Readers: To The Guy I Foolishly Chased After
For the longest time, I've never been 100% sure of anything, but then I met you. You changed everything. I thought you were finally the cure for my loneliness at midnight and lack of motivation. The older I got, the more I needed someone to be the reason behind every path I took towards self-improvement. I thought you were finally it. At that time, I felt as though life was finally kind but what I didn't realize was that in my desperation, I was blindly clinging onto the false hope you fed me.
...Stalking Your Ex On Instagram Is Now Easier With This New App
Ever stalked your ex-bae or your ex-bae's new girl or anybody and while you're backreading through all their posts on Instagram, you suddenly hit the like button and you hurriedly unlike it and then die a little inside out of humiliation because he might probably be online and caught you stalking on him? We've been through that situation, too. Whenever we accidentally hit the like button on someone's photo, we just want the ground to crack open and swallow us whole.
