From Our Readers: To the Best Guy I Never Really Had

To the Best Guy I Never Really Had

When I met first you, you immediately caught my attention. Yes, you were handsome. Yes, you were so easy to talk to. But I knew from then on that you were more than that. We met in the most ordinary way but you became the most extraordinary part of my life. We've hung out for almost 9 months and those months have been the best and the worst moments of my life.

From Our Readers: I'm Sorry, A Poem

You stopped talking to me, noticing me. You didn't even bother to tell me why— I know nothing. It hurts how you acted like you never knew me, like you never did. I don't know what to do, know what to feel, even know what happened to you, to us. Please, say something.

From Our Readers: I Know You Didn't Mean To Break My Heart

I Know You Didn't Mean To Break My Heart

I know you didn't mean it. Neither of us were expecting things to end up this way. Neither of us were expecting to meet each other, fall in love, and have to end it so suddenly. Neither of us didn't mean for it to happen, but it did.

You used to tell me that I was one of the few people you really trusted, so much that you shared your personal stories with me those late times back in school. You spoke fondly of your friends, and I knew they were a big part of your life. Having a distant relationship with your family isn't easy, and the way you were still able to keep yourself together made me admire you so much more. I remember when I would freak out over the littlest things, and you had the rare ability to calm me down instantly. That was one of the reasons why I fell for you. You keep yourself reserved but yet know how to open up when it matters, all the while being able to calm me down and cheer me up in times of crisis.

5 Reasons Why You Should Travel With Your Friends

still from Paper Towns

You will always make memories when you travel, whether good or bad, but did you know science shows sharing them with others can make them more meaningful? According to a study published by the Association for Psychological Science, pleasant experiences become even more pleasant when you have them with other people. When you travel with friends, any good feelings you have can be magnified. Here are 5 reasons why you should travel with your friends.

1  You'll have someone to rely on.
Besides your family, your friends are the best people in your life. You know they have your back, and no matter what happens during your trip, they will be there to support you. By traveling with your friends, you can rest assured that you can make it through any situation.

2  You can be yourself when you're with them.
If you travel with relatives you’re not particularly close to, they won’t know a lot about you and you can end up in a place you don’t particularly appreciate. You might also feel awkward when you’re with them. With friends, you guys can plan together and make sure that the trip will be enjoyed by everyone. Everything will be tailored to fit everyone’s needs, so no one will feel left out and you will all have a fun and memorable time.

From Our Readers: To the Guy Who Left a Permanent Scar

To the Guy Who Left a Permanent Scar

I still remember that trick you used to do just to get my attention: showing up with a frown on your face and telling my friends about me never noticing you. Until one day they just told me you liked me and you had no choice but to confess. Of course I told you the feeling was mutual because it was. It’s the truth.
