From Our Readers: Fangirling Broke My Heart
Everyone was talking about it. I heard someone cried about the news. I was so curious so I searched what everyone was fussing about.
There I saw a picture of you holding her hands, leading her to your car. I never thought heartbreak would hurt this much. I've never had a boyfriend before. All I know about love and relationships are just from your songs and young adult books.

...Here's What Happens When James Reid and Alden Richards Go Undercover
What happens when you ask two of this generation's cutest guys to go as an undercover building security guard and store bagger? The world goes cray, naturally.
To promote Metrobank's Yazz Prepaid Card, On the Wings of Love star James Reid and Eat Bulaga host and leading man Alden Richards take on these roles to the surprise and shock of those who were fortunate enough to bump into them.
First, James transformed into Gino Medina, an adorable building security guard. Instead of securing people's belongings, he instantly stole the hearts of those who entered the premises. Current mood: That lucky lady who got to hug James several times just because the stars aligned for her that day. Ugh, dying of envy or kilig or both.

5 Things You Missed Today (November 13)
Somebody hold us because the One Direction boys aren't going on hiatus for just a year. Make that two! Liam Payne might have accidentally spilled the beans during an interview with BBC Radio 1. Say it isn't so, Payno. "We haven't really had time to write an album and whereas two years off," he said. "Writing's not really a job, it's so much fun, we've always had to rush it so it's nice in these two years I'm going to write some songs and see what happens." NOOO. (via J-14.com)
...3 Gentle Reminders After a Devastating Heartbreak From a Comic
If only we could move on from heartbreaks as easy as changing our clothes every day, the world would probably be a happier place right now. But in real life, saying that moving on and letting go of the past is hard is a major understatement. This process could take years and years of hard work, of learning, and continually making a conscious effort to forgive people including yourself.
But Singapore-based illustrator Cherlyn Chong couldn't have captured this painful process better. Her comic about looking at your feet is filled with gentle reminders for moving on from something that broke you. In her interview with The Huffington Post, the 28-year-old artist said that she "wanted to focus on the baby steps it takes for a person to get through another day after a breakup. There's no unhelpful clichés in it, like 'time heals all wounds.'" We've rounded up a few of her beautiful words and illustrations below, but you can read the entire piece over here.
...Things to Consider When Choosing the Right Hairstyle for You
Besides face shapes, there are other things to keep in mind when looking for the perfect haircut. Your lifestyle, for example, should dictate a big chunk of your decision, especially if you've got no time to blow-dry and layer hair products on your tresses. Here, we list down the other factors you need to think about before getting a hair makeover.
Short hair is not all that.
Sure, short hair appears low-maintenance, but it's harder to hide flyaways when you can't tie your chin bob in a ponytail. And if you're loving the pixie cut a la Emma Watson, you need to frequent the salon every three weeks to maintain its shape. Our tip: Get the chic style of short hair while still reaping low-maintenance hair care benefits with a medium-length bob, more popularly known as the lob—it's still short, but it's easy to tuck in a pony when your hair decides to misbehave.
Bulk is the enemy.
Shapeless hair or blunt cuts have a tendency to end up shaped like a pyramid when not styled well. By this, we mean a flat crown and the ends all spreading outwards. We recommend getting layers instead. It doesn't just cut your hair's drying time in half, but also slims down your face and makes you look younger!
Work with your hair's natural state.
Your hairstylist knows the best cuts that suit your hair's natural texture. Yes, you may have hair pegs that serve as a reference, but the end results will all depend on how your hair will respond to every snip. This is why sometimes, the ‘do you see on a certain celeb won't match what you'll see in the mirror. Save yourself the trouble by sticking to hairstyles that are more appropriate for your hair.
Be aware of the chemical treatments you let your tresses go under.
Whether you dye, bleach, straighten, or perm your hair, you'll need a certain set of hair products to maintain the vibrancy and health of your locks. So if you're not the type who’s careful about the shampoo or conditioner you use, you may be better off embracing virgin hair.
