From Our Readers: To the Guy Who Has Me Asking Questions
I never thought I'd ever see you now the way I didn't see you before.
You, to me, were the Harry Potter to my Hermione Granger. I was pretty convinced that I'd never see you as someone who was anything more than a friend. Our relationship was purely platonic. You had always been more like a brother to me. We'd fight over petty things like siblings do: you'd pull my hair every time you get annoyed at my teasing, I'd end up seething inside while trying to maintain a stoic expression every time I couldn't come up with a comeback at your snide remarks, we hurl hurtful words to each other and forget it like nothing has happened the next day.
...12 Simple Resolutions That You Can Actually Stick To This Year
"I will avoid procrastinating this year," "I will get over my fear of dogs this year," "I will workout on a regular basis this year," or "I will stop eating so much junk food this year." How many times have you let yourself down by not sticking to a resolution you've made for the new year? How many broken promises have you made to yourself? Instead of making promises you can't keep, why not try making simple resolutions you can actually follow through this year? Below are 12 very simple resolutions you could try out. There is one resolution for every month of the year, so you have more or less 30 days to adjust and learn each one of the resolutions.

From Our Readers: To the Guy I Loved For So Long But Never Fought For Me
When our path crossed, I never knew that I would deeply fall in love with you. You were just my friend back then. We had fun together. We shared stories and even deepest secrets with each other. We even used to attend dance practices together! I was so comfortable with you, and I guess, you were, too.
As time passed, we began to discover more details about each other. We even went out with some of our friends together. We watched movies. We dined at different restaurants and even competed and won in different dance competitions. Neither of us knew that those little things we did with our peers would definitely become one of the ways to get really closer to each other. Over the years of our wonderful friendship, I did not expect that you would just sweep me off my feet one day. Never did I know that you would confess what you felt for me. I was surprised to know that you had kept those feelings for so long and I did not even see it coming. When you said you loved me, I ran out of words to say; but in the end, you knew I felt the same—that even though I did not speak a word, you saw it in my eyes.
...From Our Readers: You Treat Me Like a Friend, But I Want More Than That
You know how I hate superhero movies, I know how you love them. I know how you hate reading novels, and you know how much I love it. We both love dogs, we both love the same band, we both hate Halloween. We know each other very wel—it's like we could read each other's minds. Our friendship is strong, our similar personalities bind us together. We spend a lot of time together—online and in real life. We talk about our future all the time, and how we'd spend each and every day of our lives. You treat me as your friend, I treat you more than that.

...5 Life Lessons from The Peanuts Movie
How have we gone so long without a big-screen treatment of our beloved Peanuts comics? Good grief! Well, now we have an animated movie of our childhood favorite to welcome the new year. The perfect movie date with your little siblings and cousins, The Peanuts Movie will inspire you to overcome obstacles with positivity, honesty, and sincerity. Here are a few life lessons we learned from Charlie Brown and his friends.
Even if you feel like the whole world is against you, remember that there are people who are on your side, always. Charlie Brown has his loyal, if mischievous, pet Snoopy, not to mention his best friend Linus and his other friends in the neighborhood.

"Snoopy, why is it that everything I try turns out wrong? Sometimes I wonder if the other kids really like me. Maybe that new kid will see me for who I really am. Like you. A dog doesn’t try to give advice or judge you—they just love you for who you are."
We'll always feel like we don't have enough time to finish our to-dos, but take comfort in the fact that we are all given the same 24 hours in a day—it’s up to us how we choose to spend the time we have. This is something Charlie Brown learned the hard way while cramming a book report!

"There's still time. You can do this!"
We need to believe in ourselves more. Although there was an exam mix-up that earned Charlie praise for someone else's work, he later proved himself just as smart and capable as the brainiest kids in school.

"Perfect score? Me? This can't be right... I have heard peanut butter is brain food."
The simplest common ground can lead to new relationships. Connection is connection, and Charlie Brown knows it.

"She nibbles on her pencil like I do! We have something in common!"
Do-overs aren’'t just for the start of a new year. You can begin again any time you want, or like Charlie Brown, you can choose to let a tricky situation be the start of something new.

"It's not often you get the opportunity to start over with a clean slate. This time, things will be different."

Style Files: Reizl Pua
Name: Reizl Pua
School: De La Salle University
My style. It depends on my mood. Sometimes I feel like dressing up, sometimes I feel like a shirt and shorts kind of girl. But in general, however cliche it might sound, my style is always simple yet elegant.
Shopping faves. I love shopping at H&M, Forever 21, Stradivarius, Zara, Mango, Topshop, Greenhills, Divisoria, and SM department store.
Style icons. I have many style icons, some of which are models like Miranda Kerr and Gigi Hadid Then designers like Zuhair Murad, Elie Saab, Oscar de la Renta, and socialites like Olivia Palermo.
Style influence. My style grows as I grow. I realized that as I grow, I become more daring and willing to explore different styles. So I guess, my age has influenced my style and still influences my style.
Closet colors. I like to go for neutral colors like white, black, and grey.
Fave accessory. Sunglasses are a style must-have for me.
Never wearing. Clothes that are way too tight. They're not very flattering.
Trendy return. I just want the whole '90s trend comeback to stay for a really long time.
Best bargain. Branded sandals that I got for 60% off at a bazaar. Good buy!
Vintage love. A vintage Nina Ricci backpack that was given to me by my mom, which she got as a present from my dad about 15 years ago.
From Our Readers: To the Guy Who Loved Me Once
The first time I saw your profile picture with a new girl too close to be just a friend, I felt a tinge of jealousy. I read the comment section filled with people asking whether that girl was your girlfriend, with you answering their questions with a simple "soon." Clicking the Like button of your photo or your meek "soon" or the fact that you've already replaced me will never be my intention. No, we have never been in a relationship, but you can't deny we came to a point when we were almost there. I was waiting for someone to tag me and ask what happened between us, but no one did. I guess it was not just you who forgot about us, but everyone—except me.
