Austin!

First, let me thank everyone who came out to the event that Jennifer Lynn Barnes, Sarah Rees Brennan and I had in Tulsa last weekend! It was incredibly fun, and only made me a little sad that I get to do so few events with other people! Maybe there will be more in the future.

Hi everyone!

So today marks a very special anniversary for me. In a couple of ways.

First and foremost, eight years ago today my oldest niece was born. It was the day my sister became a mother, my parents grandparents, and me an aunt. So…ya know…BIG DAY.

But one other very important thing happened that day, and that’s what this blog is really about.

July 13,2004 is also the day my agent went out on submission with my very first book, CHEATING AT SOLITAIRE. There I was with a new baby niece, but I...

Finished!

At last, PERFECT SCOUNDRELS (Heist 3, in stores in the US Feb 5, 2013) is finished! Or “finished” in the “it’s going to my editor and I doubt I make any more huge changes”sense.

And that’s good enough for me.

Which means now I do the Dance of the Finished Book!

New Event!

I hope you had a great fourth.

I have a VERY exciting piece of news to announce today. It isn’t often that I get to do a signing/event when I’m not on tour for a new book release. It is even more rare that I get to do a signing/event with a good friend.
