Not sure about you, but I’ve always been a sucker for a good bodyguard story. There’s something sexy and heroic about the man (or woman) who’s so badass that they’re willing to put everything on the line to protect others.

Anyway, I’ve always wanted to write a traditional bodyguard story (hunky guy can’t be taken down, must protect woman who resents him and all his hotness), but when the OhellNo Series’ storyline presented the opportunity for a young female bodyguard, I couldn’t resist!

In m...

I can’t speak for ALL vampires, but I can tell you what my vampire dreams of!  Kissing librarians!  Okay, not all librarians, but HIS librarian. And there’s a dang good reason for it: they share of a love of books. She’s also smart and not hard on the eyes.

But that doesn’t mean it’s all peaches and cream or that they’ll end up a couple. SAY IT ISN’T SO, MIMI!

For starters, Michael, our ancient, fearless vampire who’s over four hundred years old but looks twenty, actually hates libraries. Ic...

Would You Tell Off Your Mean, Hot Boss?

There you are, an intern working for the devil incarnate who makes your life miserable (calls you stupid, insults your clothes, and looks at you with disgust).  The suck factor is so bad that on a scale of 1 to 10, it’s a 20!  So every day you come to work, dreaming about telling him to f**ck off!  But if you did that you’d likely be fired.

But what if your boss was also the hottest man you’ve ever seen and you suspect (or hope with all your heart) he might be redeemable?  (Because what a was...

Feeling Fat and Fugly? Then Let a Little Romance Straighten You Out!

I’m not going to sugarcoat this for you, ladies. Our brains can be messed up sometimes. Because despite our accomplishments, intelligence, and amazing bodies (yes, ladies, they are incredible) even the strongest and most secure women have moments of insecurity. For some, it’s something we struggle with on a regular basis. I’m not pretty enough, I’m too fat, I’m too old, I’m too short, my boobs are too small, my ass is too big—the freakin’ list goes on and on.

But here’s the kicker: Even if we...

I know this has been weighing heavily on people’s minds, this question about who is most qualified to assist our beloved librarians with their daily librarianing. But today’s your lucky day! I’ve done all of the thinking for you in an effort to get you over into my camp. No library is complete without a hot, manly vampire.

1.Vampires don’t complain about working late.

Let’s face it, putting away all those books can be tedious work. Even my vampire, Michael Vanderhorst, says he’d rather sunbat...

Why has the sweetest goddess in the world been forgotten?

The answer is simple: It’s her job!  But after seventy thousand years, The Goddess of Forgetfulness has come to terms with an existence that’s practically invisible.

Yes, she secretly wishes she’d find someone special, but she’s not getting her hopes up.

Cue immortal plague.

For reasons unbeknownst to the gods, unmated immortals are changing one by one. Those who are good, are flipping sides to Team Evil. Those who are evil, well, you get the picture.  And now it seems that Forgetty (her nick...
