Hey all! It’s your elusive blogger here, actually composing a post 🙂

I feel like the kid who didn’t finish their homework when I give myriad reasons on why I didn’t post last week. It’s a bit long so bear with me:

Saturday Surprise — Sing along!

Sorry for the missed post last week! We were traveling home from Houston and it felt SO MUCH like a Sunday that I forgot that I hadn’t posted until I realized the next day that it was actually Sunday. Being on vacay usually messes me up, does that happen to anyone else?

I need another week to gather my monthly wrap up post for November as I am in the throes of decorating my house for Christmas. I even misplaced my phone yesterday! Anyway, come back next week for the contest, etc.

Holiday Food Memories — what’s a must have?

As Thanksgiving week approaches, and our family is scattered about, I got to remembering Thanksgiving gatherings of previous years and the food that graced the table.

October Wrap-Up…Lorelei’s Life and a contest!

We went way past fall here…two snowstorms in October. Yikes.

Yes, I know it’s pretty but I wasn’t prepared, for some reason, despite being a Native South Dakotan who should be used to it after 56 years in this state.
