who’s putting washing machines in their kitchen
British people, apparently
tag with where you live and where your washing machines reside
Arizona, U.S. and, we have a laundry room specifically for laundry??
Utah, U.S., and we have a laundry “hall” right off the garage door (but it can still close off with a door)
Washington, US. Yeah our washer and dryer are in a little alcove that’s just for laundry
California, US our old house had the washer/dryer in the garage. New house came with a laundry room.
Scotland, and the washer (no dryer!) is in the kitchen. I’m American, so this is super weird to me. Also hanging my wet laundry like a Pioneer woman.

Dove is here with me in bed!...

Dove is here with me in bed! We’re going to watch a movie or two on Netflix together. She looks pretty excited to me! I didn’t take any pictures, but she was on the Christmas display table for a bit. I’m glad to have her hanging out with me. She’s one of my special dolls.
Without going too much into detail, depression has really been kicking my butt. I miss my dolls so much. So, instead of missing them, why not just take one out so they can hang out? Makes more sense! Sometimes, interacting with my dolls feels like a high energy task, but it doesn’t have to be. We can just be in our PJs and watch a movie together.
I’m not the only adult that hangs out with their dolls in their bed, right? …Right?
Definitely not the only one! Dolls are great company. And usually when I’m working on a craft for a particular doll, I like to stand them up nearby and let them “watch” me work.
Hugging a doll as an adult is totally underrated. They’re sort of like a person, but they don’t give unsolicited “advice”, and they don’t get tired of being there for you or accuse you of bringing them down. Perfect for an introvert, especially.

“But why? Why would God choose an obscene child to be His instrument? It was not to be believed! This piece had to be an accident. It had to be! …It better be.“

Reblogging for the mood
big yikes
Ok but like if you’re gonna taks cute photos of your Joss doll and dress her up in cute outfits and stuff, please leave her hearing aid in
Like it’s 2020 and i saw someone leave a comment on the part of the ag website where you can buy her where someone legit said they hope her hearing aid is removable because “something like that shouldn’t be on a doll”
The idea that objects that actually help disabled people aren’t ~aesthetic~ enough is so bad that appearently people think it can make a plastic toy undesirable looking
That is just frankly unacceptable like! Let the character who needs a hearing aid use her hearing aid! Let her be cute and instagramable and pretty and lovable with her hearing aid! Do not teach children that this is ugly! Do not teach children that bigoted opinions on what is and isn’t pretty matter more than the comfort and wellbeing of disabled people!!!!
