Love on Landing Rerelease — Cover Reveal!!

Gavin could think of a million things he’d rather do than fly a rich girl from The Meadow to Paris. Now he’s stuck with her for a week, acting like her personal assistant, and it just might be the most frustrating time of his life… and strangely the most enjoyable too. There’s just something about Tali he can’t ignore.
When Tali’s forced to choose between her family’s expectations and Gavin’s belief that she should stand up for herself and what she really wants, she’s not sure she’s strong enough for either option. If she chooses wrong, does she risk losing the other forever?

Love and Lattes Rerelease — Cover Reveal!
I have new cover art!!! Yay!! It’s always one of my most favorite things about writing books. I love to see a book captured in a single picture for the cover. And I’m a lucky, lucky girl… I didn’t just get 1 new cover this past weekend, I got 3! That’s right. All 3 new Meadow Ridge Romance covers are here and I love them. LOVE. THEM. Hot Damn Designs did a fantastic job with this series. I’m so happy!
So today you get the new cover for Love and Lattes. The other two will come soon enough! It wouldn’t be any fun to show off all 3 at once, now would it…
Julia’s just a normal girl trying—and failing—to fit in. In Meadow Ridge, an upper-crust society where designer labels rule, the only thing that matters more than money, is status. Julia’s got neither.
Chase has it all—born and bred in The Meadow, he’s the most eligible bachelor and the object of every woman’s attention. And he wants nothing to do with any of them… until he meets Julia.
Struggling just to make ends meet long enough to finish her degree, Julia needs her new job as a stock girl at Bloom’s Books. When her new boss turns out to be her steamy fling from the bar a few nights before, Julia’s not sure she’ll be able to stick around to collect her first check. Now Julia’s stuck in a tough spot—stay and resist her feelings for Chase so she can get the paycheck she desperately needs, or give into desire and risk her job, future and probably her heart.

Meadow Ridge Update
Hi all,
It’s been a crazy busy summer, but things are starting to settle down. School is almost back in session and I’m beginning to get a little more work down again. One of the first things I’ve been trying to take care of is getting the Meadow Ridge Romance series back online. But before I can do that, the books needed to be reformatted and have new cover art made. Good news! The cover art is underway and the formatting on my end is almost complete. Then the books have to go off to the professional formatter to make them beautiful and ready to upload. I’m getting closer and closer to having them back! And I can’t wait to see the new covers and share them with all of you! Soon…

Poolside Paperback Reads
One of the things I love most in the summer is going to the pool with the kids. But they usually last a lot longer in the unheated water than I do, so I usually get time to lounge in the sun with a good book. This year, I bought a couple of paperbacks so that I wouldn’t have to worry about my kindle getting too hot in the sun.
The Codex I started at the beginning of the summer and then took on vacation with us so I could finish it. It was a fun treasure hunt adventure story with great characters and a plot that kept me guessing what would happen next. I’ll definitely read more by this author.
I started Aftertime once we were back from vacation, but I haven’t gotten nearly enough pool days to really dig in. I’m still in the first few chapters of the book, but it’s already full of dystopian/post-apocalyptic awesomeness. I find this book so captivating I just want to keep reading it. I have no idea where the story is going to go but I don’t even care. I’ll happily go along for the ride!

How I Spent My Summer Vacation
Did you ever have this assignment when you first went back to school? I have. And I feel like I have to do it again after the summer I’ve had.
We started the summer with a 2.5 week vacation home to Canada to visit with family. Every year we make the trip so our kids can get a good dose of Canadian culture and spend time with Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and friends. It’s always a good time!

Not the greatest picture but it gives you an idea of where I come from. Flat, fields, big sky, and beautiful.
When we got back to NY it was time to finish packing up our house and move. But we didn’t go far. Only one mile away! That mile took an awful lot of work! Now that we’ve been here 1 month, we’re mostly unpacked, sort of settled and not at all decorated. But at least we know where all the necessities are! We did manage to do some painting so at least there is color on a few of the walls! Hopefully it won’t take too long to decorate once we get to that point.

The nook in the girls bedroom. One kid wanted green, the other wanted turquoise so this is how we made both happen. You can just see the blue on the little walls, but the rest of the room is actually that blue. I love it!

My office! Painted and ikea furniture built. Yet to be unpacked and decorated. But so far, I’m in love with my new space!
We didn’t want the summer to turn into all work and no play for the kids so we made sure to put some of the unpacking/decorating on hold until the cooler weather sets in. Our friends invited us to Medieval Times and since we’d never been, we couldn’t resist going! 2 hours in traffic later, we pull into the parking lot only for my oldest to look out the window and say, “Wow, that’s a fake castle.” I couldn’t stop laughing! Good thing the show was entertaining and the food was delicious.

Go Red Knight!!
We love being outside in the summer and didn’t want to miss any nice days by hanging out indoors. Two of our favorite things to do as a family are hiking and geocaching. Luckily, we’ve been able to do both this summer!

One of the beautiful Hudson Valley views we’ve hiked to.

This lake was too gorgeous! Lily pads and lotus flowers everywhere!
How did you spend your summer vacation??

Amazon Author Rank?!?!?
OMG, the good times just keep rolling this week! I don’t know when this happened or if the numbers were different earlier this week after the success I had with Falling for You (Thank you, thank you, thank you for making Falling for You an Amazon best seller!!!), but this morning, I woke up to find myself on Amazon’s Top 100 list for authors!!! In case you can’t read that little number beside my name, it says #56. OMG!! 56!! Ca-raz-y!!! And to see the company I’m in—I’m looking at you Jennifer Probst!—is just mind blowing to me.
Thank you to all of my wonderful readers who shouted out my Kindle Daily Deal earlier this week, to all of the new readers who picked up FALLING FOR YOU while it was on sale and gave me a chance.

What Comes Next?
Did you just read Falling For You and now you’re wondering what to read next? No problem! Here’s the series in order. Although books can be read out of order or as stand alone novels, the best way to enjoy the series as a whole is to read them in order. So here they are:
1. Falling for You — Cassidy and Evan’s dating show romance.
2. Stuck on You — Paige and Miles’s adventure in geocaching show inspired romance.
3. Lost Without You — Zoe and Chip’s surviving in the wilderness show inspired romance.
