New release book ‘Bankrupting the Third World’ reveals a quick fix for world poverty
Those who have already read Bankrupting the Third World, our sixth book in The Underground Knowledge Series, will have picked up on the fact we believe world poverty can be fixed – and fixed quickly.
Just one of many starving children in war-torn Syria right now.
Here’s an excerpt from the book, which, hopefully, clarifies why we are so confident there is a quick fix for world poverty:
Some of you may be doubting our sanity about now. At the very least, you’ll be thinking we are underestimating the task at hand, and that poverty’s far too big a challenge to solve any time soon.
But consider this for a moment: the United Nations Development Program estimated in 1998 that it would only cost an additional US$40 billion above current aid payments at the time to completely eradicate poverty as we know it. This figure was broken down as per the following necessary (US dollar) payments: $13 billion extra for every person on Earth to have enough food as well as access to basic health care; an additional $12 billion to cover reproductive health for all women worldwide; $6 billion extra to provide basic education for all; and an additional $9 billion to provide clean water and sanitation for every man, woman and child on the planet.
Now that $40 billion figure was in 1998 dollars, of course, and the world’s biggest problems have arguably gotten worse since then. So let’s allow for inflation and let’s also assume the UN underestimated the amount required.
Let’s say $200 billion dollars, or five times what the UN estimated, is needed over and above current aid payments. To our eyes, that seems a small price to pay for what would undoubtedly be the greatest moment in human history.
Two hundred billion is also a fraction of the cost governments of major nations like China, the US, Russia and the UK each spend on their annual military budgets. By some estimates, the Afghanistan conflict alone has cost America more than a trillion dollars, with all wars since 9/11 said to have cost America several trillion dollars.
Unfortunately, waging wars is clearly a far bigger priority than ending poverty.

“About 21,000 people die every day of hunger or hunger-related causes, according to the United Nations. This is one person every four seconds … Sadly, it is children who die most often. Yet there is plenty of food in the world for everyone. The problem is that hungry people are trapped in severe poverty. They lack the money to buy enough food to nourish themselves. Being constantly malnourished, they become weaker and often sick. This makes them increasingly less able to work, which then makes them even poorer and hungrier. This downward spiral often continues until death for them and their families.” –Official statement on the poverty.com website as at February 2014

‘Underground Knowledge’ group poll shows most believe Jonestown deaths were mass murder, not suicide
Do you believe the deaths at Jonestown were the result of suicides as per the official story or mass murder? That’s the question we put to members of the Underground Knowledge discussion group in our latest (continuing) poll on Goodreads.com
Bodies at Jonestown…mass murder or suicide?
Jonestown, of course, is the name synonymous with the mass deaths of the infamous (mainly American) Peoples Temple cult members in the jungles of Guyana. Since that dreadful event, in November, 1978, there has been considerable speculation on whether the deaths were suicide, as per the official story, or mass murder.
If ‘Undergrounders’ (group members) are correct, most believe it was mass murder. One compelling argument proffered to support this view is that many of the dead were children – and, of course, children don’t normally commit suicide, do they?
Interim poll results are:
–63% believe the deaths were mass murder.
–22% believe they were suicides.
–15% are unsure.
A random selection of poll respondents’ comments follows:
Mass murder, because children don’t “choose” suicide. Men with guns stood around until everyone had drunk the poisoned cool aide. Then they either drank it, or ran away. But those few men, who held the rifles were both murderers and the only few who actually committed suicide.
No way this is a conspiracy. Jones and his followers killed a US Congressman, panicked and drank Kool-Aid. End of story.
I would say…Mass Murder – MK Ultra Mind Control
How do we know that they were shot except for verbal statements?
The Guyanese army, whose soldiers were among the first on the scene, reported only 408 Temple members had died by their own hand. Then the New York Times reported the actual number was around 500. US Military personnel arrived several days later and the body count quickly rose – from 700 to a final tally of 909. No official explanation was ever given for these differing body counts although one US official was quoted as saying, “Guyanese cannot count.”
…it’s madness! So much death and many things that don’t make sense. It’s either religious fanatics/cult or a corrupt government to blame and we know which explanation we’d rather go with. I vote unsure on this.
This is a hard one to decide on there are so many sides to what the truth is and everyone has a different story to tell.
Neil Sanders does a pretty good job at listing all the anomalies in the official story, as well as all the CIA involvement in the cult before the deaths, in this video here: https://www.goodreads.com/videos/9605…

Sci-fi filmmaker warns there’s something going on below ground
In the foreword to UNDERGROUND BASES: Subterranean Military Facilities and the Cities Beneath Our Feet, film actor-producer-director Jerry Griffin finds common ground between our new release book and his new release feature film ‘The Lake Drain.’
http://www.amazon.com/UNDERGROUND-BASES-Subterranean-Facilities-Underground-ebook/dp/B0184KA4KS/
Jerry Griffin’s foreword to Underground Bases follows:
“There’s something going on. You just can’t see it all,” says Mr. Woodward somewhere right now in the closing lines of The Lake Drain science fiction film. It streams above ground online.
If the Holly Wood (used to make a magician’s wand) feature film All the President’s Men was about the reality of worldwide governmental deep underground construction then the famous line would read, “Follow the concrete” instead of “Follow the money.” The source in the film (and novel) was, of course, “Deep Throat,” a deep undercover (alleged) contact.
Follow the worldwide concrete production reports over the last decades (focus on the mid-90’s.) You most likely will not find evidence where that tremendous production volume was mixed with water and can now be located in governmental structures. You may see obvious evidence using a “satellite” mapping system available on the computers we are allowed to have. This would be the entrances to what James & Lance Morcan have detailed so nicely before you now (see Chapter 4, “Lockheed Martin” entrance photo).
Ever look at something and not know what you were looking at? Later, did you realize what you saw and only then you discovered…you did not know what you were looking at?
Welcome aboard. You will see from the authors’ work here that underground activity has occurred way before you were born. (For intelligent questions here about being born you might look into the authors’ GENIUS INTELLIGENCE: Secret Techniques and Technologies to Increase IQ, book one in The Underground Knowledge Series.) Links to all their works are at the end of this publication. You may come across why you are smart.
So, if we are smart and also not readily aware that underground life is an ancient reality then our “text” books must be front-loaded. Someone consistently keeps overwhelming evidence from our immediate reach.
Ancient cities exist below our feet right now. Maybe way down and a little to the left depending on where you are standing or sitting.
Right now you are reading and if you were to get up and travel quite a distance, possibly, you would find the archaeological existence of great machined caverns below your feet. This means machinery of a higher technology than you might be used to up here on the surface while sitting and reading. Look up, “Subterrene Machine.” You will have a blast.
Some ancient cities underground, too, were machined and one need look no further here on the surface for remaining archaeological evidence than cut stones around the Giza pyramid complex in Egypt (Khemet.) There also exists right now megalithic rock structures cut to laser-like precision (in South America for example) and massive underwater monuments and cities discovered in various parts of the world. (Example – see: Foerster, Brien, Lost Ancient Technology of Peru and Bolivia).
Quite possibly Lance Morcan’s upcoming work titled NEW ZEALAND, an epic adventure novel covering 500 years of South Pacific and Polynesian history, will also uncover evidence. Megalithic construction and underground living facilities must also pepper Polynesian life. (Ever see a picture of one of the Easter Island “heads” excavated below ground to show huge standing figures?).
Mr. Woodward in my film mentioned at top is a journalist hounded by black ops machinery only to find there is no end to the layers involved in going down the “rabbit hole” or “the lake drain.”
There is something behind it all and even those inside cannot see or know it all.
You might consult the Morcans’ Underground Knowledge Series I-V to be awakened to the reality that you have been offered – a programming which skims the surface.
The great thing about running into researchers away from corporate (mental) news (programming) is when your research intersects through an ongoing process of elimination. There is always something to reassess. (Just search a moment for “Anatoly Fomenko” and you may understand to what I refer).
We are programmed by those controllers who have already been in this area of deprogramming research. See Chapter 11 here for evidence programmed right before your eyes in the Denver Airport Murals.
This is where the words “Satanic” and “Masonic” must, at least, be mentioned for an overarching perspective on who is involved in “programming.” A pentagram is a pentagram is a star. A rose represents Rosicrucian and robed Jesuits wear black for Saturn and red and white for Santa, er, Satan.
So, they are already over here in this area of underground bases and tunnels research. Here (Chapters 8 & 9) is this place you will discover in the material below called Dulce. The word means “sweet” in Spanish.
“Alleged” is mentioned here as he also does in my film interviews with Richard Sauder, Ph.D., an internationally noted and referenced author on the subject. The military regularly references his blog.
He says from personal conversation with the major parties concerned in Chapters 8 & 9 that “Dulce is sweet disinformation”. (‘Richard Sauder, Ph.D. Atop A Nuclear Silo on Deprogrammed Radio HD’, approx. 1:20:00 sec.- and can be found online on Youtube. He also addresses WHY the elites would build these warrens). Much of the Alternative Media promotes and refers to Dulce Deep Underground Military Base as a fact and there exists no evidence according to this interviewed author and researcher.
Read on. Go down the warren. The Lake Drain. Come to understand these ‘continuity of government’ projects exist not for you but for those with the knowledge that something will be occurring, causing people to once again retreat underground.
Below, James & Lance Morcan will help you understand what you are looking at.

Fewer than 1000 families own bulk of world’s money supply
In our book INTERNATIONAL BANKSTER$: The Global Banking Elite Exposed and the Case for Restructuring Capitalism, we advise readers it has been estimated by that the bulk of the world’s money supply is in the hands of less than 1000 families. Yes, you read that right: the bulk of the world’s money supply is in the hands of less than 1000 families.
A Rothschild family photo.
Readers are reminded these families include the likes of the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, the British Royals as well as other elite dynasties. Their fortunes are said to consist of a mixture of Old World money, modern (declared) income, as well as invisible money and blood money.
In a chapter titled ‘The world’s hidden system of finance’ we expand on this. An excerpt follows:
In a similar vein, David Rothkopf’s 2008 book Superclass: The Global Power Elite and the World They Are Making, states that the world is governed by a group of 6000 elite individuals.
And according to Oxfam’s 2014 economic briefing, the wealth of the top 1% in the world amounts to US$110 trillion. That’s 65 times the total wealth of the bottom half of the world’s population.
Another staggering statistic from Oxfam’s briefing was that, collectively, the financial worth of the world’s 85 wealthiest people approximately equals that of the poorer half of the world’s total population. In other words, and get this – the richest 85 individuals have as much wealth as the 3.5 billion or so people who make up 50% of the world’s population and who are categorized as the poorest on the planet!
What if those 85 Rich Listers got together – assuming they or their representatives haven’t already – and agreed on certain financial things?
Things like bailing out private banks facing bankruptcy, lobbying for the amalgamation of various currencies, forcing austerity measures upon vulnerable nations sinking in debt or anything else that fits their definition of a better world?
With their financial clout and inherent power, surely almost anything imaginable would be achievable for the global elite. After all, who would have the power to stop this uber-powerful niche – the .000000001% of the world’s population, who control the bulk of the world’s money supply?

Universal income / bare minimum wage poll strikes chord
The latest poll in our Underground Knowledge discussion group on Goodreads.com has struck a chord with most respondents indicating they believe a universal income for all citizens would be beneficial.
We put the following question to group members: Do you believe your country would prosper from having a Universal Income aka “Basic Income” (i.e. a bare minimum wage unconditionally granted to all citizens)?
Interim results show: 57% say YES / 38% say NO / 5% are UNSURE.
A random selection of poll respondents’ comments follow:
As someone who believes in Capitalism, I previously would have voted NO on this subject. But having now researched it in depth and seen the success stories of trials done in Canada and EU countries, I can see the merits and therefore voted YES.
I think being able for a country/state/city to provide citizens with basic needs is an excellent idea. ..and who knows. ..it may end up cutting down welfare costs in the long run.
I would never be in favor of a minimum income if welfare didn’t go away. It’s double dipping. You have income. Ok, need more? You are responsible to go get it. This is separate from charitable efforts if someone is medically challenged. This has always been an aspect of society–to take care of the helpless.
Countries/states/cities that have trialed the basic income idea have found cases of domestic violence, petty crime, drug addiction and ill-health caused by poverty have all dropped by a significant amount.
Finland is doing it. We’ll have direct evidence of its effects. Beside, Finland analysts have shown how the maneuver will actually SAVE money for the State. At the same time, they will remove a costly bureaucratic apparatus to manage unemployment benefits, requests and their processing, paperwork, and much more.
To live people need enough money to do so. If you remove all income from people then they have no choice but to turn to crime, to survive. Therefore it is insane not to have a basic income for the lowest of the low but those actually working should earn more as an incentive to do so.
I can see the value in doing a minimum wage to every American. If we simplified the tax code, we could use it also to substitute for the many tax credits like “earned income” which is essentially a refund for taxes NOT paid. There would be a lot of saving on complexity.
I’ve recently had this discussion on Linked In at the following, albeit with a slightly different op ed introduction to the issue. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/univer…
I voted no because the question did not say anything else would go away, so I had to assume this redistribution of income would be IN ADDITION to programs that already exist. Now, if the question was worded to say it would replace those programs, then I’d have to rethink my answer but it would likely not change because people need to have the support especially among those who are inept.
These days I tend to think a smart nation should be generous with social welfare and assume that there will be a small element (maybe 5-10%) who “free load”.
This poll was inspired by this excerpt of INTERNATIONAL BANKSTER$: The Global Banking Elite Exposed and the Case for Restructuring Capitalism posted in this discussion thread here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/…
A good summary of the basic income model can also be found on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basic_i…

New book speculates on tunnels beneath the White House
In our book UNDERGROUND BASES: Subterranean Military Facilities and the Cities Beneath Our Feet, we remind readers it has been widely reported by mainstream media that there’s a vast tunnel system below Washington D.C. It’s our understanding that at any given time there are hundreds of security personnel patrolling the tunnels, on foot or with the aid of motorized vehicles – and it’s considered very likely many of the capital’s tunnels lead to and from the White House.
The White House…connected by tunnels?
An excerpt from Underground Bases follows:
The often-told stories of Marilyn Monroe being sneaked in and out of the White House via underground tunnels to meet with JFK would seem to confirm this. Such tales reveal the capital’s extensive tunnel system enabled Marilyn to be the President’s mistress without much scandal – for a period, at least.
JFK and Marilyn.
In an article dated April 4, 2011, the UK’s Daily Mail asks if “a secret lair was being built under the White House”.
The Daily Mail article continues: “The West Wing of the White House is all-but disappearing behind an $86 million building project that is going to last for years. And a mysterious tunnel is being built, fuelling speculation that a secret underground lair is what’s really under construction.
“In recent weeks, an expanding and sometimes ear-splitting zone of excavation has enveloped the mansion’s famous office wing…
“The White House already has a number of tunnels —the exact number is, of course, classified.
“The most well known is the underground corridor that leads to the President’s Emergency Operations Center (PEOC), a supposedly nuclear-proof bunker located six stories under the East Wing. It was to this bunker and its adjacent Executive Briefing Room that Dick Cheney and Condoleezza Rice, among others, directed Government operations on September 11, 2001.
“While Hollywood and many conspiracy theorists suggest a rabbit warren of subterranean passageways— including mythical tunnels to Capitol Hill and even Camp David —there is at least one hidden passageway that has been revealed in the famous residence.”
The Daily Mail confirms “a 50-yard tunnel leads from a concealed doorway in the Oval Office to the basement of the First Family’s residence” in the East Wing.
“The clandestine passage was built during Ronald Reagan’s presidency as a way to guard the President in a terrorist attack…Pressing a panel on a wall adjacent to the President’s rest room next to the Oval Office causes a secret door to slide open, leading to a staircase down to the passageway.”
The Daily Mail also asserts there is talk of a tunnel linking the White House to Blair House across Pennsylvania Avenue.
Before It’s News columnist Monica Davis, in an article dated February 20, 2013, says “the massive 4 year White House construction project has finally been completed.” She’s referring to the same “secret lair” the Daily Mail reported on earlier.
Excerpts from Ms Davis’ article follow:
“The deep, underground project continues to be shrouded in secrecy and has reportedly been planned for 40 years…
“Given that the president has so many fortified hidey holes, why was this one built? What does its construction really mean for the security of the most powerful man in the world?
“…And deep underground, whatever has been built there remains shrouded in mystery.”

‘Medical Industrial Complex’ highlights medical tests that may kill you
In a chapter titled “Medical tests you may not need and procedures that may kill you” in our book MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX: The $ickness Industry, Big Pharma and Suppressed Cures, we quote a Reuters report that provides an insight into how the medical system, or machine, works.
An excerpt from Medical Industrial Complex follows:
The above-mentioned Reuters report (dated July 1, 2013) advises that one-third of people with heart disease have their cholesterol levels checked more often than guidelines recommend, and reports that research suggests such extra testing may be a waste of time and money if it doesn’t lead to improvements in patients’ health.
More about those over-the-top cholesterol-level checks later in this chapter. Meantime, that Reuters report got us thinking…
How many medical tests and hospital procedures are unnecessary?
An exhaustive search of published medical documents, mainstream media releases and medical websites reveals the answer to that question is: far, far too many.
Even the medical profession, it seems, admits many medical procedures are unnecessary or over-used; an article dated March 5, 2013 on the well-respected Scientific American site states that the routine use of 130 different medical screenings, tests and treatments are often unnecessary and should be scaled back; that’s according to 25 medical specialty organizations whose findings are reported on in the article.
The writer quotes a 2012 report by America’s Institute of Medicine, which estimated that “in 2009 some $750 billion, or about 30 percent of all health spending, was wasted on unnecessary services and other issues, such as excessive administrative costs and fraud”.
__________________________________
“Fifty percent of all doctors graduate in the bottom half of their class – Hope your surgery went well!” –Simone Elkeles, bestselling author of Rules of Attraction
__________________________________
Many of the services deemed unnecessary appear on lists released by Choosing Wisely, an initiative of the American Board of Internal Medicine Foundation aimed at reducing needless medical interventions that waste money and can actually do more harm than good.
The Scientific American article reports that some of the items on the lists are familiar, giving as one example the recommendation that patients should avoid scheduling non-medically indicated labor inductions or cesarean sections before 39 weeks. It states other items are designed to reduce the use of expensive and often unnecessary imaging tests, such as early use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or computed tomography scan (CT) scans for complaints that will likely go away on their own.
The report continues, “Other list items may surprise patients. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends that women 30 to 65 years old who are not at high risk for cervical cancer skip the annual pap smears; the research shows that conducting screenings every three years works just as well”.
Professor Virginia Moyer, chair of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, is quoted as saying that mammography use is responsible for around one fifth of the cases of over-diagnosis of breast cancer. “Sometimes a screening leads to a false positive, after which additional tests can expose patients to unnecessary radiation or even biopsies, which carry their own risks,” she says.
“Moyer points out that women have gotten mastectomies to treat small, nonaggressive cancers that were never going to affect them. ‘That’s a huge harm,’ she says. ‘Yet it can be difficult to convince people that it’s okay to simply live with a cancer’.”
In an article dated June 27, 2013, the Huffington Post lists four medical tests you may not need. Quoting a report in the Archives of Internal Medicine, it claims that 28% of primary care physicians admit to over-treating patients, including by ordering potentially unwarranted tests as a precaution against malpractice suits. “Unfortunately, excessive screening can open the door to unnecessary surgeries and medications — not to mention needless anxiety”.
The four tests Huffington Post readers are invited to reconsider (with the reporter’s abridged comments in quotes) are:
Electrocardiogram, or ECG, to detect heart abnormalities that can indicate cardiovascular disease – “There’s no evidence that an ECG will reduce your risk of having a heart attack, according to…the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force”.
Upper endoscopy to diagnose conditions like gastroesophageal reflux disease – “ ‘You could be better off… trying proton pump inhibitors for four to eight weeks,’ says Amir Qaseem, MD, PhD, director of clinical policy at the American College of Physicians”.
Imaging (MRI, CT scans) for lower back pain to pinpoint the source of your discomfort – “MRIs not only don’t improve recovery, but can increase a patient’s likelihood of having surgery as much as eightfold…(and) may increase your risk for cancer”.
Bone mineral density scan to screen for osteoporosis – “If the test reveals mild bone loss, you may be prescribed osteoporosis medication, even though evidence suggests it would have little effect…You could be better off…waiting until you’re 65 (before being screened)”.

Book singles out the US for special mention regarding dirty economic tactics against poorer nations
In our book BANKRUPTING THE THIRD WORLD: How the Global Elite Drown Poor Nations in a Sea of Debt we draw readers’ attention to some of the dirty economic tactics used against vulnerable nations. We single out the US for special mention – not because we are anti-American (we’re not) but because America’s foreign activities all too often result in large amounts of collateral damage.
Here’s a relevant excerpt from Bankrupting the Third World:
Some of the dirty economic tactics used against vulnerable nations are examples of modern imperialism in action.
This is especially true with the US, which is in many ways the world’s last remaining superpower. With hundreds of military bases worldwide and untold intelligence agents strategically placed in almost every country on Earth, the American empire is unlike any other.
Unfortunately, America’s foreign activities all too often result in large amounts of collateral damage.
If we are ruffling any patriotic feathers in this chapter then you’re viewing it all wrong because the reality is no powerful country – be it the US or the UK, Russia or France – is immune to financial domination from the likes of the World Bank and the IMF.
The recent financial austerity measures placed upon EU nations like Portugal, Greece and Spain are prime examples of this.

“Western governments tax their citizens to fund the World Bank, lend this money to corrupt Third World dictators who abscond with the funds, and then demand repayment which is extracted through taxation from poor Third World citizens, rather than from the government officials responsible for the embezzlement. It is in essence a global transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich. Taxpayers around the world are forced to subsidize the lavish lifestyles of Third World dictators and highly-paid World Bank bureaucrats who don’t even pay income tax.” –Ron Paul’s statement at the World Bank Hearing, May 22, 2007

There’s no reason to suggest if a country like the US slipped into a deep enough economic recession that corrupt international financial organizations would not swoop to enslave Americans in a web of debt. In fact, many conspiracy theorists, and more than a few economists, believe this is already happening to America.
The key point is nearly all the decisions to commit these destructive acts against Third World countries, and other vulnerable nations, are made above governmental level. And above countries, too. For it’s not about governments or countries and, in truth, it never really was. It’s simply about the powerful global elite who secretly rule the media, the politicians, the political parties, the governments and ipso facto, the countries.
The privileged individuals and families who comprise the global elite will happily bankrupt their own countrymen, decimate their own communities and evict their neighbors from houses in their desperate bid to increase their wealth.
Call us cynics, but it’s hard not to be cynical when assessing a world managed mostly by sociopathic, greedy political leaders who are almost solely focused on increasing their own money and power.
