Taking the Absolute Beginners Guide on Tour
Over the last few years, we've taught over 600 training classes of many different shapes and sizes.
The Absolute Beginners Guide to Drupal is probably our most famous class. We've given this class at DrupalCons and DrupalCamps around the world.
The Absolute Beginners Guide is a one day event that gives attendees a fast and affordable introduction to Drupal.
Starting in December, we're going to take the Absolute Beginners Guide to Drupal on tour around the US.
Our aim is to visit cities that rarely, if ever, host a Drupal class. Our first three events will be in Atlanta, Nashville and Raleigh.

Take Pride in Your Work - Lessons from The Potter
I vicariously went through art school with friends, back when the Earth was still warm.
One potter in particular remains an inspiration in my life.
This quirky, talented hippie threw pots. His glazes were delicately conceived and meticulously mixed … as if he were an alchemist seeking a cure for an insidious disease or struggling to turn mud into gold.
The walls of his pots were thin but sturdy. His colors were consistent and vibrant. His works of art possessed you … before you realized you wanted to possess them.
The Potter was a master of his trade. He turned mud into gold.

Learning Launch: Drupal Organic Groups 2
18 months ago, we released our first class for Organic Groups (OG).
OG is the major social networking module for Drupal and the class has been really popular.
However, earlier this year, there was a major new release of OG with version 2. Almost everything about OG 2 was re-written and so we realized we'd need a new class.
Today we launch our 18 video class on Organic Groups 2.

This years conference is at Harvard University from November 8th to 10th.

To chess aficionados, those of us who play poorly are known as “wood pushers.” We might have a basic understanding of how the pieces move, but we lack the skills necessary to win.
Chess is war. The mere knowledge that advancing a pawn to the eighth rank allows you to “promote” it into any other piece (except a king or pawn) is not enough to be victorious. You must be able to convert your plans into a winning strategy.
