Several people have asked us about this change, but we could never find a simple, plain-English explanation of what was happening.
So, for those of you have been too busy to follow along, here's what's changing with the Joomla project.

New Video Class: Better Drupal Administration
In this week's new class, Robert shows you how to add some great modules and a theme to make many aspects of Drupal administration much easier!
Administering a Drupal site, either for the site builder or the content editor, can be a challenge. What comes with Drupal "out of the box" is pretty bare bones. This class will make Drupal much easier to use.
Robert introduces us to modules such as Administration Menu, Module Filter and Masquerade, plus the Adminimal theme.

Our initial focus is on the city of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Scroll to the bottom of the post to see links to all the articles in this series.
This week we're talking with Kim White from River City Company, a non-profit company promoting economic development in Chattanooga.

New Video Class: Exploring Drupal's Glossary View
If you need a listing of content based on the first letter in the title, you need a glossary. In this class, Robert demonstrates how to build a glossary from scratch.
He demonstrates the view, adding an attachment, a context and how to include all the letters even when there's no content. He concludes the class up by looking at the glossary that comes with Views.

Emoji are the Most Important WordPress Feature in Years
One of the major features in WordPress 4.2 is emoji support.
The inclusion of emoji did not go down well with everyone. Here are some sample Twitter responses:
"Emoji support in WordPress core is the stupidest thing ever."
“improved emoji support”. WordPress 4.2 sounds scintillating."
"Why do I feel like the upcoming WordPress emoji feature is a little 1999. Really guys?"
Even the WordPress 4.2 intro video doesn't seem to take emoji very seriously. The emoji section starts around the 1.30 minute mark:
"Tell the world about your love for ice cream, kittens, or even jazz. All without using a single word."
